Shiori is the type of person to believe that she is perfect and that everyone else is inferior to her. Well, not really, she comes off like that probably because she really does believe it. Shiori is a rather flamboyant genius; while she doesn’t flaunt her intellect per se she makes it obvious that she is certainly aware of her genius. She is sadistic and almost downright cruel to some people, but while I say this she isn’t the type to start picking fights. With some misguided sense of invincibility she believes she is untouchable due to how easily manipulative people are, she claims that she is a know-it-all and that there is nothing in the world that she doesn’t know. A self-proclaimed genius she tends to look down on anyone she deems appropriate but otherwise she shrugs people off.

Shiori is brutally honest to people especially when it comes to her opinion about them or anything akin to that. She is straightforward and cuts to the chase when explaining her distaste of people, she isn’t the type to start conflicts considering she is rather cowardly and would proudly leave as soon as something seems to be going bad. She doesn’t like the icky mess that comes with fighting and would much rather have others do it. She loves messing with situations from the background and control things to watch them play out, while she is an instigator she isn’t fond of boring fights. Shiori isn’t hesitant when displaying her distaste for something. Rather conservative and calm-mannered she doesn’t like jumping into things without thinking.

Shiori is a big eater. With a seemingly endless appetite she is the type to down food as fast as someone could dish it out, she eats more food in a day than how someone would in a week. She claims this is because she has a growing body and needs the extra energy but then turns out to say it is related to her abnormality. Shiori is rarely seen without some sort of food in her hand, and because of this bottomless pit of a stomach that she has her outlook on food is rather odd. She tends to think cooked noodles are a type of drink while chicken is a little snack comparable to chips.

At 5’5’’ Shirori has the appearance of a puny little kid unfit for this world and more likely to be at McDonalds playing in the park. She has rounded out features and puffy cheeks indicative of her youthfulness, with bright green eyes and a mess of brown hair cropped over her face framing it nicely with individual bands of hair acting as bangs she looks so innocent and cute. She has a thin body that is shapeless underneath her clothes; her peach complexion seems to give her a radiant quality.

Shiori wears a white shirt that is neatly button up with black fin-like designs cutting through the cloth barely resembling a shark. Her sleeves are far too big as they overextend her arms and cover her hands neatly; her cuffs and collar are bright gold contrasting against the black designs. She has on blue jeans with color markings scribbled over the legs. Shiori isn’t considerate to her clothes either since she tends to spill her food over her top, a shame really.

Appearance –

Cute beyond all belief would be a good way to start it. Yuki is of small stature being the tiniest of her age at 5'5'', her rounded out face and cute chubby little arms and legs indicate an extremely immature child. She has bright purple eyes and an ineffable mane of white hair that falls at her waist; it acts as a fringe covering her forehead but then separates and divides at the middle falling at either side of her face framing it rather nicely. Her complexion is that of a pure peach-cream, she looks like she radiates pure happiness. Yuki is never seen without that blindingly cheerful smile and that cheerful disposition, she is relatively just a warm person to be around. Everything she does seem to be centered on that happy personality of hers.

With a childish stature her underdeveloped hips and curves won’t catch too much attention but instead augments her cuteness and allows her to become the center of attention with relative ease. Her clothing is deliberate and purposeful, she wears a long pink coat hiding her body underneath, and the coat has black watermark designs that look like splotches rather than a coherent design. The sleeves are much too long for her and hide her hands well. Underneath the coat she wears a lavender long sleeved shirt with bright red dragon designs and underneath that she is wearing a chainmail shirt. The latter end consists of equally bright pink pants with teddy-bear designs all over it – so it looks like pajamas. Topping it off with heavy black boots, she doesn’t look dressed for combat but trust me; all of this is deliberate and on purpose.

Personality –

Bubbly, eccentric, and easily excitable would be words to describe Yuki with ease. She just seems like a very proud, very bouncy, very childish person and enjoys playing around with people or just socializing. It would be very rare to see Yuki sit still or be quiet for quite a long time. Yuki is always in motion doing something no matter what it may be. Happy to meet new people and to make her acquaintance with others she seems to be at her best when around friends. People described her as “sugary” in her mannerisms and speech. She speaks cheerfully and obnoxiously out of habit, saying cutesy things she would rather have the other person be in a good mood rather than be a “grumpy goose.”

Yuki seems to despise conflict. She never likes getting into fights or arguments or even disagreements. She tries to act as a peacekeeper in conflicting times and when all else fails she falls into a depressed state. She is the type of person to be extremely excited whenever she gets complimented or praised by others, if her day is in the crapper and her dog just died or something a compliment will literally brighten her day!

Contrary to this bubbly personality Yuki is rather calculating and intelligent. Her choice of attire reflects her intellect, her choice of words, mannerisms, and even personality are all products of her intellect. Terrifyingly tactical Yuki never does anything without planning two steps ahead. She enjoys hiding her intellect and feigning ignorance and seems to have a sort of elitist personality underneath that “sugary, cute,” personality of hers.

Bio -

Yuki, in a past life, was born into a small and humble family that eventually became one of the strongest families in her world. As a result, it seems Yuki became drunk with her own power. Having political, economic, and supernatural powers over the populace, Yuki became enamored with her status.

It is hard to say what happened next, but the world crumbled with Yuki and Shiori the only ones that remained. They had lost their Earthly forms and became these Astrays.

Black Blood: her blood has become infused with the power of darkness. She has to cut herself to use the ability, but that hardly bothers her. It pours out in the form of a murky black liquid and can be controlled by her will. It can be formed into various shapes and even crystallized to attack her foes. It also contains a potent venom, which if it get's into someone's blood will cause extreme pain in small douses, hallucinations in moderate amounts, and finally paralysis in large douses. This blood also gives her an enhanced healing factor. If she wills it minor cuts and damage can be healed instantly, more extensive damage takes a while longer to heal. If given enough time, she can grow back an entire limb.

Appearance: Ryoko stands at 5 feet, nine inches tall. She has straight obsidian hair that falls down to her hips. She has a modest figure, and a beautiful face that is framed nicely by her hair. Her mouth and nose are petite and cute, however her eye's are... Unsettling, as they are always slanted in a haunting fashion, and the blue in them is like azure steel, cold and empty.

Personality: Ryoko at first seems like an all around normal young woman, however her heart and mind have surrendered to the darkness of the world a long time ago. She has a smile that's as fake as a crocodiles, She has a calm demeanor that betrays her inner sadist. She has no problem killing, maiming, torturing, and in fact gets off on it. It's the only time she has an honest smile. Seeing the look of despair and hopelessness in someone is ecstasy to her.

Bio: Ryoko was born into an abusive home in Twilight town, her parents would fight, often things would become violent. She saw it all, and to her it was normal, she hated the noise, but it was normal to her. In school she would laugh and play, those around her were oblivious to the upbringing she had. It was one day when she came home late that she found out that perhaps things were not so normal. There was yelling, which she ignored, however while in her room she heard a loud sound like thunder come from downstairs. A few seconds later the same sound filled the house. A child of only 7 years old, she found it odd that there was thunder with no rain outside, so she went downstairs. The house was silent, and at first she thought that her parents had left. However entering the living room she was surprised to see both her mother and father, dead.

The police arrived, on call from neighbors about hearing gun shots. Entering the house they were greeted by a smiling little girl.
"Hello Mr. Policeman, it's so nice and quiet now..."
Ryoko ended up in an orphanage, a run down place in Twilight Town. Things there were pretty much the same as they were at home, only she would often be the victim of abuse. Wither it was fellow orphan or the caretakers, it was an endless cycle of hatred. It wasn't until she was 16 that she found her inner sadist. She woke up one day not knowing just who she was. She knew a name, as well as where she was, but anything concerning herself was lost to her. That same day one of the caretakers thought it would be okay to take advantage of her, that is up to the point she smashed his head in with her bare hands. After that she couldn't get enough, the blood, the victim's cute hopeless face, their screams of agony, it was sublime! For a while she got her kicks with whatever scum she could find, con artists, murderers, wife beaters, she would prey upon them like a lioness would her food.

Spoiler: Junichi Eisou; Original Character.

Name - Junichi Eisou
Age - 17
Gender - Male

Weapon - Himself. Junichi has, since being at preschool age, been training his mind and body for punishment and strengthening. Sacrificing potential long range capability and a greater reach with a weapon, he has chosen to instead rely on what he was born with to fight his battles, finding weapons often used by cowards and weaklings. This doesn’t mean he cannot use a conventional melee weapon or firearm. Though he sticks to wielding his own body as his weapon, he has trained in many types of combat arms to not only turn against the foe, but to also know what the best way to defend against them is, if any.

His stamina is to a level beyond many, as is his endurance. To be of little use at a distance, Junichi has made it so he can close it and deal the damage necessary while up close and personal. This style of fighting was inspired by his own traumatic early childhood.

Feeling even the softest of quakes in the ground and hearing the sound of the smallest pin drop, he has strengthened all senses to help them be just as effective as the one sense others rely on so much; the eyes. Training in a martial art given by the only master of this unnamed style, Junichi tends to deal critical blows in vital areas to settle things quickly, leaving the enemy bruised and crippled to the point where fighting back is impossible and death is certain.

As well as his strong body, Junichi also has another weapon, his inner energy, otherwise known as ki/chi. It is a force that is regained over time and can be used for all sorts of purposes, and even though it is within his arsenal, Junichi will rarely utilize its full potential unless the situation is critical for him, or something he deemed worth saving. Always pushing his body to its limits, Junichi will constantly find his peak, and climb higher until the day when he no longer needs to become stronger.

Appearance - Junichi stands at a height of 5’11 with short auburn hair that stops down to his cheekbones and a pair of almost unnatural white-colored eyes that make it appear as though he is blind. Harsh training had taken a young body and forged the entirety of it into a weapon. His entire body is at a peak that very few in his age group could manage without the will, the desire, and the push to achieve it. Though he is slim he is by no means frail, and his lean compressed muscle is not easy to bruise, much less damage by conventional blunt methods. To compensate for his need to fight with freedom, he wears a sleeveless gray t-shirt, accompanying it are the lower half of a complete gi of the same color.

Although he prefers himself barefooted he knows that he cannot do this everywhere he goes. To that end he wears worn grey sneakers that appear to have seen a lot of activity, accompanied by white socks. For travels sake he carries a white bag with string to tighten the opening shut and easily pry it open when he needs something. Within it he stores necessities. Extra food, often fruits, water, currency, and spare clothing if his current pair gets destroyed in a conflict. That among other items that need not be named, the entire bag is no longer than his arm and no thicker than his own body.

Personality - Junichi is a silent young man who may only speak if he deems the input necessary. He is incredibly judgmental of those around him and no one is invulnerable of his often harsh opinions if he believes it is necessary to give them. Growing up a very capable fighter, he does not separate a man from a woman. Both are targets and both are capable of defending themselves just as well, so there is no male code such as ‘No hitting women’ in his mentality. Due to his adopted father and master’s teachings, Junichi himself has decided to stay a path that better suits him instead of others. Without companionship or ‘friends’, he thinks it better to fight for his own ideals and goals, instead of others.

None of that means that he wouldn’t protect someone helpless. Acknowledging his strength, Junichi will use it for his own purposes, and though it seems as if he lacks humanity enough to protect others, it doesn’t. Having witnessed his own parents die at the hands of another with more ‘power’, he is willing to help other innocents along the path he treads. Often times there will be an inner conflict between what to fight for, and what to let fend for itself. The idea for him is that not every battle should involve him unless the cost affects not only him, but those who face punishment for another’s failure. For this reason he prefers to fight alone, to not be carried down by someone who cannot keep up with him and fight on his level. At the same time, Junichi acknowledges that there may be battles that he may one day not be able to fight alone.

To this young man, humanity is a weakness, but also a temporary strength. Sometimes he wishes to abandon it and do as he pleases with the power he has adopted and honed, but there is the fear that if he does become heartless and careless of those around him, then he’d be no different from the man who killed his own mother and father.

Conflicted but stable, Junichi is on a journey of self-preservation as he decides just what kind of life he should lead; one for the benefit of himself, or for others.

Bio - His world gone and all that he knew missing or worse, Junichi has not abandoned his desire for strength. Without his father, his teacher, Junichi will put his martial art to use and have it both feared and respected among these new worlds he finds himself traversing. He has been alone and without companionship for very long, always by choice.

There won't be a tragic retelling of how his parents were murdered, how he had to see the world he was in crumble into nothing and disappear. It's impossible to tell you how he was one of the possible few that made it out, or why. Junichi is alive, and he'll make the most of that luck.

At an average height, tall enough but shorter than most, Danika is pretty much your average teenage girl after hitting puberty. Her skin is a bit on the pale side, her face heart shaped. Her eyes are almond shaped and colored green, her brown hair kept up in a long ponytail kept up by a red hair tie and two red barettes.

Her clothing is something she considers 'cool'; whether that be true or not is entirely up for opinion. She layers red, yellow and white sleeveless tank tops on one another and covers hrself with a light wiolet and white sleeveless hooded jacket. She wears red bands on her arms, neck and thighs with black and red gloves and black thigh high boots and a matching black skirt.

Personality:
A girl who is fueled by her passion, Danika is a confident, courageous individual. She believes strongly in justice and doing what’s right, as goodness and righteousness is how one becomes a hero. She is a cheerful person who strives to see the best in anyone and everything around her. Life is a blessing, something that should be enjoyed every single moment. Despite her bold attitude, she is generally a very friendly person, always proper and polite regardless of friend or foe.

Because she often lets her emotions get the best of her, there are times when she will become reclusive and shove others away, despite her loneliness. This, coupled with her rather sheltered and naïve mind, tends to get her into more trouble than it needs to. Often hesitant when it comes to her own emotions, she tends to bury them and put on a smile, deciding its best to avoid any more problems than necessary. While she tries to be serious, you can easily say that she wears her heart on her sleeve. She tends to take insults too seriously, but refuses to let anyone know, often looking upset about it while she’s by herself.

It was unfathomable—a lady wielding a weapon. Even if it was to defend her home and family, it was not looked upon with well eyes. Eventually leaving her village in fear of dishonoring her family further, she stumbled upon what seemed to be a portal to another place—and ended up in Destiny Islands. Throwing away her old life, she adapted and remained there for some time.
