Long live the Bat.

Name: Harlow Elizabeth Fallon – Don’t even attempt to call her Harley (something her parents and friends called her when she was younger as a nickname). In her mind she believes the nickname is drenched with irremovable notoriety. She would prefer not to be associated with the infamous partner of the Joker.

Age: 26

Gender: Female

Appearance: For most, the first impression of Harlow is wow, this woman means business. Her pin-straight blonde hair is always slicked into a tight pony-tail that rests almost perfectly upon the crown of her head. She is always dressed neatly, not a single wrinkle in her clothing. In her hands is usually a fat and thick accordion file which, in itself, is menacing alone. Her nails are simply coated with a French Manicure and are cut fairly close to her fingertips with precision.

However, her eyes belong to that of a person who stays up late nights working hard to somehow find what they’re looking for. A light lilac area of restless skin is found underneath her dark blue eyes. Despite her tired eyes, long and curly eyelashes surround and somewhat mute the lilac coloring beneath them. In negotiation, her eyes are her greatest partner.

Harlow is most commonly found wearing either a white or black blouse coupled with a solid pair of slacks that usually reflect her mood. Hardly is she ever found wearing a skirt or dress White meant her reports on Bruce Wayne and the Batman went well. Khaki meant that she was in a tolerable mood, but preferred to be left alone to deal with her work. Black, well, that meant that something went wrong. That the Batman, or one of her higher ups, had pissed her off in some way or another…

The youngest member and head director of the Batman Inc. government operational division, created by the United States government, hardly ever wears jewelry. She considers it a hindrance in whatever she may be posed to face: hand to hand combat, the handling of a weapon, etc. However, she never removes her moderately sized pearl earrings for reasons that are unbeknownst to others like her deep interest with the Batman assignments.

Abilities and Skills: Harlow is a master of negotiation. She will not take ‘No’ for an answer no matter how hard a person may struggle. Both of her parents had been corporate attorneys in the past, and this has influenced her to never stray from a fight no matter how hard it may seem.

Also, Harlow has a third degree black belt in Karate and has had extensive training within the martial arts. But, the source of her training is unknown all except her officials. As such, Harlow is well versed in hand-to-hand combat and can fend for herself should the time arise.

Aside from those two, this ability in particular allowed her to obtain the current status she has in the Batman Inc. assignments. She has access to the Bat family. The reasons why are confidential and are closely monitored by appointed officials.

Role: Appointed to oversee the actions of the members of the team and complete the task at hand, Harlow was also given the role of the architect within the extraction team. Her exposure to the certain conditions and situations in which the current subject matter is usually most natural has allowed the team to rely on her to recreate these conditions in the dream world.


Personality: Restless. Absolutely restless.

Whether it is in a variety of ways, Harlow Elizabeth Fallon has a restless personality. She will not stop until she is satisfied. She will not rest unless she feels as though the job has been done. She will not stop until she feels that she can do no more, which is a rare circumstance in its own right. As predicted, this way of operating can sometimes land her into undesirable situations. Nevertheless, it can help her out of them as well and open doors.

While a bit reserved, Harlow has no fear in speaking to strangers and she will not hesitate to point out any issues that she may have. She is in no way afraid of defending herself; yet when someone begins to question reasons why she has certain things (access to the Bat family, becoming the lead director of the Batman Inc. government division) she tends to hesitate. Despite her hesitance, she has yet to find a person to break her down and understand why some things are left unsaid.

Biography: Born from the union of two renowned lawyers, Harlow Elizabeth Fallon was merely months old when she was introduced into the social scene of the rich and elite. From a young age, Harlow never truly enjoyed the life of a socialite as much as her mother did. As a result she was rather distant from her mother, Sophia Fallon, and was more compelled to spend time with her workaholic father. Harlow admired the dedication her father, Edward, had in his profession.

When she was six years old she accompanied her father for “Take Your Child to Work Day”, and that’s when she found her idol. She was entranced by the work environment, the way he carried himself and how he always found a way to negotiate things towards his favor. She admired the effort he placed in his work and wanted to one day continue his work…

Harlow was well rounded in her education and school. She ended her high school career with a soaring 4.0 grade point average and went on to study at Stanford and acquired her masters in both Law and Business. Declining the help from her parents to help her attain a job, Harlow made her bones and worked her way up from the bottom of the totem pole. After years of hard work, she found herself on one side of a large desk seeking a job with Wayne Tech.

It was then that she met him…

Following her time at Wayne Tech, Harlow was offered a job by the government that would allow her to retain certain needs for the time being. At first Harlow refused to accept, hesitant at first. But when she was given word of the Batman’s death she accepted their proposal without looking back.

One day Harlow was told of the extraction team, the only one to perform successful inception. She was given a quick briefing as she read over the files of each member on the team. It was then that she was told that the time to act was now. She was told to produce her best agent in order to fill her would-be-position as the architect of the mission since the team was short one.

She refused to let each of her higher officials leave the briefing room until they could “get it past [their] thick skulls” that she was the “best candidate for this position”. However, they declined with a unified ‘no’. This didn’t deter her though, it never did. While she half-heartedly chose a ‘worthy’ candidate, she appeared at the doors of her bosses telling them that not one member of the team understood “them” as best as she did. They didn’t know where or what “they” usually did as normal people. They could only guess by reading awful magazine articles on the rich and famous and Gotham’s poor records-keeping department. She knew “them” better than they ever could. And they needed her to produce the most accurate environments in order to perform the most delicate and difficult of tasks.

They needed her.

With hesitation on the part of her higher ups, she was given the assignment to meet with the leader of the extraction team and discuss what was to be expected of her…

Other: After much consideration, Harlow turned to the thing she hated most, jewelry. Her totem is a diamond encrusted platinum bracelet that she had never truly worn. She designed a way to remove the bracelet without even touching the clasp, a method of realizing that she was in the real world. In order to remove the bracelet, Harlow would have to place her thumb and forefinger on two specific points on the bracelet. It will then in turn recognize her thermal heat and then release the clasp with faint metallic click. If she failed to remove her bracelet even when resorting to using the clasp then it was apparent that she was still within the world of dreams.
