Zekkai paused in his stroll, suddenly going from a completely relaxed mindset to a much more…’amped up’ one.

“Looks like somebody can’t wait to get things started, heh.” He watched as a large red symbol floated overhead, for a split second he pondered on who sent the thing out. Then he went back to the object of his new enthusiasm: a huge source of Imagination. Way too powerful to be a player, too strong for an average reaper.

That trademarked devilish grin of Zekkai played along his face, it showed boundless amusement, yet incredibly dark intentions, with a sharp change of direction the maniac poet made his way to a certain nearby skyscraper.

-A few moments later, Atop a Shibuya skyscraper-

There he stood, fiddling with that same pocket watch. For some time he stood there just watching, wondering how one such as him got in such a powerful position, and then he thought about what he could do with such power. It was just a little…push, away. All Zekkai needed was one little push, and he’d take him out right now, he gave ‘The-Powers-That-Be’ one more minute to kick in, and when he realized that ‘push’ wasn’t coming he sighed and strutted on over to the Composer.

Once beside him, Zekkai began, rather mockingly by the way;

“Got the time ‘Boss Man’?” He snickered smuggled, staring directly across the way to the next building over. It was much taller than the one they were on, and the glass windows created a perfect reflection of the two men, minus they’re wings which the RG material could not fully pick up.

Blood red eyes were full of a demonic fire.

((crappy, short, sorry.))

Without so much as a glance toward the stranger, he finished tearing up the last piece of paper in two and letting it, like the rest, sway downward to the ground. As if the paper had been dirty, he then resumed to brush his hands together, ridding his skin of any particles. Finally, Kyo turned his head to acknowledge the man, but even then all he did was raise his right hand to his headphones and push them up so they rested comfortably on his ears.

"Not by my standards." He replied after some time, shifting his golden gaze toward the opposite wall. While the patterns of paint differed, none caught his liking. But he still stared anyway and even moved his eyes to different points here and there along it.

At the very least...

Kyo straightened his back, pressing his shoulders blades onto the hard surface as his left knee bended and supported his foot along the wall.

It's better than staring at him.

---------------------------------------------

The cold breeze from so high up, blew against the ends of his trench coat that hung over the edge of the building, causing them to appear like the flapping of wings. Though even as this was happening, the tall black haired man continued to watch the crossings far down below, seeing all of the many people that littered it every day, yet only a few were of any real importance to him. His red eyes still watched the girl and Kam as they final met face to face, at least in one form, while it could easily be felt, that others would be arriving soon.

Once again removing his pocket watch from the confines of his coat, the Conductor continued to watch as it slowly ticked backwards more and more, counting down the end to the assignment given to the Players, and rather quickly. Just as Zekkai moved to beside the tall man even as he sat, Kumori grinned as his short yet long black hair kept his face hidden from the other view of the Reaper. “Got the time ‘Boss Man’?” said Zekkai, snickering as he said it all while looking at the building standing towering infront of them, they're reflections clearly seen.

Releasing what could have been a small chuckle, Kumori slowly placed his watch back yet again, before pushing himself up from his seating position on the edge of the large skyscraper. Within a few seconds, the tall conductor stood at his full height, towering slightly over Zekkai as his own red eyes locked onto the reapers own. "Now, to what do I owe this little arrival from yourself Zekkai? I'm sure there must be many other things you could be doing, that are more important right now." the tall man said to Zekkai, leaning forward so the shorter reaper could clearly see his leaders large and very painful looking scar on his face.

"I mean, just for example, you could...release some of your wonderful noise...or perhaps try and see how our other Players are going so far. I trust I do not have to find the need to explain the rules, 'to you', of all people, do I?" Kumori said to Zekkai, pressure clearly placed on the, 'to you', part as his red eyes seemed to be staring deeper and deeper into Zekkai's, as if they were trying to drudge up something deep within him. "Now..." the conductor began to say as he turned and walked straight past Zekkai, the ends of his coat still blowing against the wind, all while he still spoke.

"Kam is busy with her job for today... and when the day has come to an end, a new game master will have to be picked for tomorrow. Just incase you have forgotten. Until then, I believe you shouldn't waste what time you have left...of the current assignment that is!" said Kumori, a smirk on his face as he continued to walk further away from Zekkai, before disappearing through the shadows that were numerously casting themselves across the rooftop.

God. Too antisocial to acknowledge the mission even? Can't see this person going anywhere.

Raimyd sighed, steping again, subtley. Was it worth trying? As his thigh shifted in his jeans he felt the Noise Pins click, a realized at anytime he could fool this person int oa pact if he wanted to. He could make this entire week one crazy experience. A smirk came across his face, as his standing presence gained the attention of Kyo once more; he probably thought he was some wierdo coming onto him or something. Going into his jacket pocket, rather than choosing to go for the Noise so soon, he pulled out his small mirror, handheld and hexagon-shaped, to check his new appearance. Nothing exciting; it's how he looked when he was younger, but it would pass. Sliding it back into the leather opening, he let his smirk come back on.

Now, now, let's not give anything away. Gotta screw with him a little first.

"Ah, so you're an artist then?" He spoke casually, sly regardless, and leaned against the wall with him, mimicking his stance. He enjoyed that childish form of mocking. "That imagination is admirable--" Rai cut off his words, realizing he was bothering him enough for now. A glance towards the timer on Kyo's arm; the blood-red markings made out 42:58.

Ugh, what a slow first day, and this guy thinks the real goal of this mission'll just walk right up to him...Don't see many other Players working on Noise. Guess I have time before weeding them out on my own.

After a short time, Jezza placed his hands in his pockets as he walked to 104. As it came into view and he approached it, he felt as though he was approaching a threshold, not just the space between the Scramble Crossing and the 104 Centre, but rather an actual wall was there, a distinct divider. In his right pocket was his phone of course, but in his left, he felt several unfamiliar objects. Each was the size of a coin, lighter than one, and with a smooth, rounded face. Jezza pulled out the Pins from his pocket, and brought them close to his face, stopping in his tracks to analyse them. Each of them, save for one, were all depicted with stylised drawings of astronomic objects: The ring around a gas giant, the accretion disc around a black hole, a jet of plasma blasting out from a star. The only one not of these designs was a very simple one, black with a white skull on it. He eyes the last one carefully, and from the contact with the pins, began to notice something about them.

The space-themed ones all gave the impression of power and potential, as though they had some great secret hidden away. The skull Pin felt nowhere near as strong, but it still had its own masked energy to it. And, most intriguingly, it beckoned to Jezza to be used first. He had no idea how he might do that, but something about the Pin just told him. He placed it on his thumb, then flicked it into the air, and caught it once more.

The buildings immediately dissapeared. So too did the cars. All that was left were people. Jezza didn't hear it in his ears, but he could hear something, the sounds of hundreds of voices, right inside his mind.

Adjusting the prized headphones on his head, Shiro figured it the people weren't going to listen to him, he'd shut them out. The music filled his ear drums as he looked to the timer on his hand. He couldnt spend anymore of his tie...wasting it. He needed to reach 104. Not like there was anyone around to talk to him or greet him anyway. It nudged at the depth of his being. That he may have been all alone fopr no particular reason. It's not like he wasnt alone before, but now when people dont even start to notice you....it made him feel...outcasted. Quarintined. The timer read:

40:27

He had to hurry. He looked at a nearby sign top figure out where exactly he was.

"West Exit Bus Terminal! Aw crap! 104 is so far from here! I gotta book it!" He said, as he took off running toward the Statue of Hachiko, dodging the annoying people walking in the opposite direction, too engrossed in thier 'busy' life to even stop and listen to a word he had to say. Skidding toward Hachiko he made his way past the statue and tapped it's head for good luck as he passed. He felt the music pump him forward, drive him to get there. It was like background music on a anime tv show. And he liked it. It make him smile. He got to the Scramble and caught his breath, checking the time.

35:50

Not bad. Could be better. He figured he didnt have to rush anymore. bBut he couldnt believe he ran that distance in that small frame of time.

The Scramble.

This was the life of Shibuya. Everyone and anyone passed through this place, a hub for everything and for nothing.

And Kanji realized just how alone he was.

Maybe it hadn't hit him until now, when he was surrounded by this many people, and none took notice of him. He was here, they were here, and yet the two entities had no way to communicate.

Could I really be dead? Is this really happening to me? Kanji sighed in disbelief. He knew he was dead, and now was the time to accept it. Now to get to the 104 and figure out-

Kanji turned, throwing his left fist out in a mean hook, sending whatever was attacking him sprawling in another direction.

Are those. . . Frogs? Kanji took a step back, as these strangely marked animals moved towards him. Taking a quick glance to the side, Kanji looked in horror as his initial attacker got up quickly, with hardly a scratch. There was no hope of a friendly meeting, Kanji could see that the frogs' only intent was to either hurt him, or kill him.

And yet. . . he was already dead.

"What the hell is this!" Kanji yelled at the frogs, taking a leap towards them in what he knew to be a hopeless effort.

Jezza's mind began to sting as the presence of hundreds of others entered his mind. Desperately, he brought his hands to his ears to try and block them out, but of course, it didn't work. Immediately failing that, Jezza realised in the back of his brain that if this was truly telepathy, there would be some way to filter it so as to not listen to everyone at once, or to not have to listen to anyone at all. He fell to his knees as he stopped focussing on standing, and turned his efforts to concentrating his scanning field. Right now it must have been a massive sphere, encompassing all of the Scramble Crossing. He needed to turn it into a narrow cone, or even more preferably, a thin line.

He opened his eyes to focus on the people in the darkness. Through the legs of the passer-bys, Jezza focussed on a man sitting in a chair outside a café, about to take a sip of coffee. With a mental force he didn't know he had, he willed himself to hear the thoughts of that man alone. The defeaning roar of the people subsided considerably, and Jezza realised he had made that cone. Now he needed a line...

Before he could do that, however, he heard a voice behind him, distinctly away from where he was trying to listen. It also sounded different, as though actually spoken and not thought. Jezza tried to block out the thoughts of the crowd as he turned around to face the source of the noise. Eventually, he found an anomaly among the flowing crowds: a moderate-height teenager jumping around and focussed on something. The crowed flowed around him just like they had for Jezza.

Someone else? He thought, running over to the boy. He yelled out to him. Jezza wasn't sure what word he spoke, but it was designed to get the boy's attention, and it seemed it did, because he turned around just in time for Jezza to make out something behind him. A creature. A frog. A very large one, vivid green, with tattoo-like markings down it's back, and rear legs that seemed made out of similar stuff but with no three-dimensional depth. The boy was skinny, with shaggy crimson hair and icy blue eyes. He looked slightly terrified by what Jezza could tell, and that was expected in such a situation as they were both in.

"I mean, just for example, you could...release some of your wonderful noise...or perhaps try and see how our other Players are going so far. I trust I do not have to find the need to explain the rules, 'to you', of all people, do I?"

The Conductor certainly put enough stress on that ‘to you’ part didn’t he? The way he spoke made the hairs on Kia rise up, and made Zekkai’s blood come to a boil. The man spent no time hanging around, it was only moments after Zekkai strolled up to him that the Conductor glided on out leaving Zekkai all by his lonesome.

Before he completely took his leave from the rooftop, the Conductor left the Officer with one last, rather grim statement.

"Kam is busy with her job for today... and when the day has come to an end, a new game master will have to be picked for tomorrow. Just incase you have forgotten. Until then, I believe you shouldn't waste what time you have left...of the current assignment that is!"

It was that last part that struck him as odd.

“What time I got left? Hmm,” He shook the chills off as a more important thought came to mind; the mission time.

Zekkai fished around in his pocket for his cell. Pulling it out he quickly slid it open and pressed down on the call button, brightening the dimmed screen.

35:50

“Hmm, nobody’s made it yet huh.” He shoved his phone back into his pocket, letting a deep sigh escape from him as he plopped down on the end of the roof.

Day one’s always slow, but damn. I guess weaker players works out good enough but it sure doesn't add any...finesse to the Act.

Zekkai glanced at the streets below; the skyscraper he was on gave him a perfect view of the scramble. Indeed there were a few players ‘scrambling’ (xD) about, to his surprise two were fighting some frog noise.

“Huh. First Pact of the game…” He grinned.

“Let’s see how the Groundlings do, I want floor seats.”

The Reaper snapped his fingers, a thorn-like mass of darkness taking form around him as he disappeared from the rooftop. He would seconds later appear in the center of the scramble, in perfect viewing distance of the two players.

(I’m not really sure if the reapers can actually teleport, didn’t really say in the game, but just for the sake of getting there I added it in lemme know if you guys ((EWS & Rhap)) want that changed)
