The King's Request

Sora was feeling the Breeze of Destiny Island and Riku walks in just feeling the breeze.

" It's great to be back home isn't it. " Riku said sitting by Sora

" Yea now everything is perfect. " Sora said smiling

Kairi walks in and has a bottle in her hand and shows it to Sora. Sora sees the seal of the King and opens it imidiately.


Dear Sora,
I want to thank you for helping us fight off the heartless and nobody and also defeating Ansem and Xemnas
But sorry to say we need your help again. There are new enemies with powers we have never seen before. They are know as Half-Hearts. They are dragon like creatures that are a fusion of heartless and nobody.Not only that but the heartless and nobody have started to appear again. The leader is Currently unknown but he is powerful no doubt. I'm sorry for bothering you with this burden but it has to be done. Donald, Goffy, and I are finding out who the real villian is. I ask you make an army to destroy the Half- Hearts because you and riku arent enough.

Sora went off with Riku and Kairi to find recruits for their army. They start their search at Radient Garden.

When Sora, Kairi, and Riku arrive in Radiant Garden they agree to see Leon and the others for info and advise. As the three of them walk through the deserted Radiant Garden, they are attacked by a group of Shadows and Dusks. Riku and Sora are shocked to see the heartless and nobody, but they quickly dispatch them. As they begin to walk away, the Shadows and Dusks begin to fuse into each other to create a new creature they have never seen before. There was a small group Golems Half-Hearts where the defeated heartless and nobody once were. Sora and Riku begin to fight the newly formed enemies, but quickly learn they are much stronger than the heartless. Sora and Riku become fatigued and fall to the ground.

Suddenly, two figures appear in front of Sora and Riku. One was tall and had his head covered by the hood on his red sweater. He had a black and gray Keyblade with a white hilt and guard, and held it behind him in his right hand. The other figure was a boy about Riku's height, but shorter than the hooded figure. He had light brown spiky hair and greem eyes. He had a long, red and white spear, with the image of a dragon wrapped around the entire body of the spear. “This should be fun.” said the boy with the spiky hair. The boy in the hood lunged at two of the Golems. He ran passed them and they split in half. The boy quickly dispatched the remaining half-heart with one swing of his spear. “Who are you?” Sora asked? The boy with with spear turned to Sora. He bent down and got close to Sora's face. “You're definetly the goofy looking kid Yuffie mentioned. I'm Franky. The tall mysterious kid is Ari.” Ari turned to Sora and Rikua and waved. “He doesn't talk much. Actually I don't think he can talk. Hey Ari can you talk?” Ari shrugged. “Yeah well Leon sent us to get you so we better get going. Sora, Riku and Kair looked at one another. “You guys comin' or what?!” Franky said. He and Ari had already began walking away. Sora, Kairi, And Riuk, quickly caught up with Franky and Ari and followed them through the streets of Radiant Garden.

While the story is unfolding for Sora and His friends, it is just beginning for Mickey and his company....

"Gawrsh, sure is spooky here...", trembled the dog-like captain of the knights.

"Aw, hush up you b-big P-palooka! You're not Helping!", quacked the royal mage.

Goofy looked down at the one member of the group who hadn't spoken for a while."So, uh, What're we doin' here yer majesty?"

The small mouse looked up to the dog-man, "In order to not be seen, we hafta take some of the dark paths. It's the only way those things won't come and get us."

The duck shivered and looked around the abyss surrounding them. "What exactly are they your majesty?", then he jumped when goofy's sheild made a slight rattle.

Mickey looked back at the path ahead of them, barely illuminated by the eerily glowing substance that constructed it. Even without that glow, he could find his way to anywhere he wished. He had experience in the Darkness, but the feeling had changed here. Things were definately in motion. "They're something that shouldn't exist."

The everlasting sunset of Twilight Town shimmered over the lake in the distance. A spectator on her apartment's roof watched it in a silent admiration, standing on the very edge of the large building. She wasn't afraid of falling or tripping off of the large structure, for she was far too used to the need for balance. She had been doing this since she can remember, and never once, even in a bad storm, has she fallen. It was almost like she trusted the wind to steady her. It was like she was confident she could leave herself in the Earth's hands.

Ah, poetic crud. Sakura always had such romantic thoughts wilst daydreaming. It was part of her strange nature. She was almost always serious, and yet at the same time, she was a dreamer. It was like she was serious about her fantasies. Somethings like that would always get her teased by her older brother, so she never told him how she fedlt anymore. She closed her pages and locked up like a diary, only writing how she was feeling for herself.

An uncomfortably loud clattering sound below her awoke Sakura from her daze. There, on the ground level below, were a few strange looking creatures. They were like if someone were to melt down a heartless and a nobody and smold them together. She crouched on the railing where she stood and looked down to observe more. The creatures were toppling around themselves clumbsily like brainless beasts.


Kairi followed behind Sora and Riku silently. In truth, she wasn't completely sure about this whole quest, and wasn't sure if she even wanted to fight anymore, but the only two people in the worlds she cares about were going to leave her again, and that she couldn't let happen. So, she offered her aid in the new quest, and refused anyone who told her to stay at home.
Afterall, she was a Keybearess now. She had to fight for the light.

Meanwhile Sora,Riku,Kairi,Ari,and Franky all reached a huge airport like castle. Sora,Riku, and Kairi were amazed at the sight. Franky tells them" Can you believe Merlin did all this in only one swish of a wand. "

" Where is he now ?" Sora asked

" That old geaser is on a vacation somewhere ? " Franky told him

They entered to see Leon,Yuffie, and Cid waiting for them in the front door. " Well surprise, surprise look who came." said Cid. " Hey guys, how's it going, I knew you would come so I sent those two to find you." said Yuffie pointing at Franky and Ari. "I guess you also got the message from the King right?" Said Leon. Leon showed them a bottle with a message in it just like the one they have. Suddenly an alarm went off and Yuffie, Leon, Franky, and Ari ran into a room. "I guess they were spotted in town again." said Cid. Franky and Ari then ran out of what Cid said was the briefing room.
Yuffie went out and told sora" We have a special mission for you guys." Leon came out and said " Sora there are some readings of Half-Hearts in Twilight Town so you guys head out now to see the problem." Sora, RIku, and Kairi all ran to their Gummi Ship and prepared for their mission.

[Bebop Blues]

The white cobblestone streets of Radiant Garden were silent except for a few people running home. Frany and Ari ran as fast as they could through the deserted streets. As they turned a corner, they could see Sora's gummi ship fly by them. It was leaving Radiant Garden. "Leon sent them on a mission that fas?." Franky said.

Suddenly, six Hound Half-Hearts and two Golems appeared in front of them. "He sent out for eight Half-Hearts?!" Franky said turning to Ari. Ari shrugged. "Let's just get this over with." Franky said as he ran towards one of the Half-Hearts. A hound jumped at Franky, but he defeated it with one strong swing. Franky quickly turned around and shot a blast of fire at another Hound that was running towards him. Ari ran at a Golem who was also running towards him.

Ari quickly swung his Keyblade and kept running as the Golem fell to the ground. Ari jumped in the air and killed the Golem that pounced at Franky. Franky turned around and froze two hounds as Ari dispatched the last two. Franky hit the two frozen Hounds and caused them to shatter. "Leon to Franky and Ari." Leon was contacting Franky and Ari though their ear pieces. "You sent us out for eight puny Half-Hearts Leon. Yuffie could've easily taken them out by herself!"
"Shut up and head to Twilight Town. I wan you and Ari to help out Sora."
"Don't you tell me to shut up!" Franky said as Ari was dragging him away by his collar to the gummi ship hangar. "When we get back I'm gonna kick you ass!"

[Nami]

The little creatures below Sakura's feet continued to rustle around in the alleyway, aparently trying to figure out how to get out. They continued to trip over the garbage and eachoher until they found a flat surface, and then they raced off like speed demons. They were into the city faster than Sakura could comprehend. She gasped. What were they going to do to Twilight Town? Destroy it? Hurt the citizens? Sakura lept off of the railing and onto the roof, then she sped down the staircase to her appartment. That was where she collected her staff and ran back out.

Maybe she couldn't fight, but the young mage could still try to help.

Sakura made her way back to the ground floor, and rushed outside. The doorman hadn't even opened the door completely before she was slipping out. He gave her a warning of yells about the dangers of Heartless and Nobodies this late, but Sakura already knew. She was looking for those other creatures. She skidded to a halt at the edge of the marketplace. Where did they go? She swallowed the nerves in her throat. She was nevrous now that she was actually close to facing the danger. She held onto her staff tightly and held it infront of herself. When it's bottom rested on the ground and it stood straight up, Sakura's staff was a good foot taller than her, so it made her feel less pathetic.

But right now, it didn't help. She still felt rather pathetic.

[Tenyasyugan]

Darkness. Nothing but black, utter darkness. A single grayed path was winding through, tendrils of black crawling on it's surface ever so often. Only 3 figures could be seen.

The trio had been traveling for quite some time, with each moment a wisp of the darkness creeping closer. The mage of the group, Donald waved his staff at a single branch of black that had decided to wrap around his foot, and it relinquished it's grasp.

"stupid *mumble* darkstuff *grumble*"

The one leading the group looked side to side, then halted as if hearing something.

Goofy took a gander at their surroundings,"What's the matter yer majesty? Is it a heartless?"

"If it is, those suckers are going to wish they never met my Thundaga!", exclaimed the Duck, daring the darkness to move closer, which it did...

"Quiet.... We've been spotted...", Mickey reached out his hand and summoned his keyblade. For a moment, in the flash, Goofy could've sworn he saw a bird-like object circling above them...

Franky went to his Gummi Ship

" Ok Ari do you know where this Twilight town is ?" asked franky

Ari just shruged

Franky sighed and said " Well Sora and the others musn't of gone far so well follow them. "

After a couple of minutes getting lost he finds Sora landing on a dark world

" Wow its pretty dark here. I thought this place was called TwiLIGHT Town." Franky said while walking out of his Gummi

" Something strange is going on here. I've never seen such a dark place. This is darker then the Realm Of Darkness." Sora said meeting up with him

" Well lets go and split up so we can cover the whole town faster and get over this. " Said Franky

Sora went one way while Franky went the other.

Franky suddenly sees four mysterious figures in an alleyway.

[Bebop Blues]

"Great." Franky said as he pulled out his spear. "Hey Sora they're over here." Sora ran over to Franky's side. There were four Golems in the alley way. "Can you handle this many?" Franky asked Sora mockingly.
"Just stay back and watch a pro." Sora said. Sora ran at the Half-Hearts, but he tripped over a trash can lid. Franky laughed and said, "Yeah you're a pro alright." Franky charged the Half-Hearts. He jumped over Sora and landed on a banana peel. Franky fell hard to the ground. Sora and the Golems began laughing at Franky.

"Aw shut up!" Franky said.
"What're you gonna do? Trip on another banana peel?" Franky and Sora didn't realize that Riku, Ari, and Kairi had jumped down from the rooftops and defeated all of the Half-Hearts. "Is he always this useless?" Riku asked Ari. Ari nodded. "Yeah, Sora too. Break it up you two."
"Where the hell did you guys come from?!" said Franky.

Pearlscale had been shopping for stuff in Twilight Town. She was OVERLOADED with shopping bags, and had collapsed from all the weight.
"Man, sometimes I hate shopping, but it's the only way to get rid of my anger beside beating up Half-Hearts and innocent dragons." she said.
This Elementus dragon could lose her temper. And when she does, she gets dangerous. But, as she struggled to get up, all her temper vanished, and she couldn't help laughing at herself.
"Man, sometimes I just lose my strength and look like a klutz!" she said while laughing.

Suddenly, screams were heard coming from another direction.
"Looks like we have trouble! I hope it's not the Half-Hearts..."

[Nami]

They were collecting like a meeting was to be had. Those creatures, they slid through the ground like they were swimming through it. Not like Shadows, which have to absorb into the ground before sliding underneath, or like Nobodies, which move like rubber in the air. Like a freakish mix of the two.
They formed a mob infront of her. A group of four or five of the strange beasts. Sakura's head spinned in confusion and fright. What were they? Apparently, she had screamed, for there was an echo in the empty marketplace that sounded like her. That was when the creatures slid their creepy heads in her direction. Their actions were illuminated by the pale moon, which made it all the more scary.
Her legs locked.
She screamed again.


Screaming? Kairi turned her into darkness at the sound of the shrill scream. There was definetly something going on. She twisted her head to Riku and Sora, whom had just defeated a few heartless themselves.
"Guys, I heard screams! Those Half-Hearted must already be causing big trouble!"

[Tenyasyugan]

Mickey looked to the left, tendrils of darkness wisped in an odd fashion, then shifted to the right, seeing more wisps appear. "Fellas, I hope you're ready to fight!"

From above came silver talons, poised to strike the skull of whoever was beneath it. Goofy blocked the attack only to be thrown off balance by wing.

"Are these Nobodies?!?" Donald shouted, sending bolts of lightning out to the darkness, seemingly hitting nothing.

The king thrust his keyblade at a point where the dark mist was gathering, and a shrill sound came from the spot. "They're the Half-hearted! Be careful or else they'll rip your heart out!"

"How do we fight em? I can't see em!" Goofy was blocking another aerial blow.

"Just look where the darkness seems to move!" Mickey swung at what appeared to be a grayed Beak. The beast fell down and was spotted for what it truly was.

A dark gray mass with points of silver here and there took the shape of a demonic bird, wings jutting out with rows of spikes. The creature got up and thrust it's head about, seeing nothing without eyes. It made a loud shriek and flew off, then all movement stopped.

Donald looked about, suspicous. "Are they really gone?..."

Mickey relaxed after checking the path. "Yep, I think we startled em by fighting back. This way fellas, we're almost there."

They all regained themselves and hit the end of the path, a flash of white appeared, and they walked out into what was known as Twilight Town.

Franky rushed to where Kairi pointed and had his spear ready in his hand.
Ari came behind him with his keyblade ready to strike

Suddenly Franky sees a girl being attacked by five Golem Half-Heart and jumped to where she was
" Don't worry I'm here now just watch the show." Franky told the girl.
Ari appeared and sliced one in half while Franky sliced the two that were attacking.

Sora appeared and destroyed the rest of the Half-Hearts
"Who's the Pro now ." Sora said with a smerk. "We destroyed the same amount of Half-Hearts Dumbo" Franky told Sora

Then A dragon like creature started getting closer to both Franky and Sora

[Bebop Blues]

"Monster!" Franky and Sora yelled. Franky and Sora ran at the dragon. "No, wait!" the dragon said. The dragon quickly back handed Franky and Sora at the same time. Sora and Franky were sent flying backwards. "You guys are such idiots." Riku said as he helped Sora up. Ari helped Franky. Ari was shaking his head in disapproval. "I know, I know. Look before I leap."

"What the hell is wrong with you two!" The dragon said pointing at Sora and Franky angrily.

"Sorry." Sora and Franky said. "I'm not used to seeing dragons." Sora said. "Well I'm used to seeing dragons, but not dragons that walk like humans."

"Well you better get used to seeing my fists!" Pearlscale said as she ran at Sora and FrankySor and Franky began to run away from the enraged dragon. "Are you alright?" Kairi asked as she, Riku, and Ari walked over to the girl that had been attacked earlier.

That's when Pearlscale calmed down, and realized she had made a mistake.
"Oh my god, I'm so sorry! I hope I didn't hurt you."
After a brief introduction, Pearlscale noticed a girl, who was attacked by the Half-Hearts.
"I hope she's alright... Lets go check and see if she's ok."
She walked over to go help the girl up.
"Are you ok?"
