Pokemon: A New Battle (RP)

"AHHHHHHHHH" Said Raiden jumping out of bed. "Right today is the day my journey starts! I got to get ready." Raiden then went to take a shower, after he came out and got all dressed he ran down stairs with his backbag.

"Your finally awake sweetie. I made you some breakfast so eat up." Said Raidens mom.

"Thanks mom." Raiden then ate like crazy trying to get his journey started as soon as possible. But he ate to much and felt like he was gonna throw up. "See you shouldnt eat so fast or you will throw up." Raiden didnt pay attention to his mom and then got back to feeling better. "If you feel well the Prof.'s letter is on the counter." Raiden then picked up his stuff and got his letter.

"Alright I guess thats it mom, tell dad I said bye." Raiden opened the door and Pachirisu came in but before he could get out his mom stopped him and hugged him. "Ok sweetie before you go I just want to tell you to be safe and dont get into any trouble. And me and your dad will miss you." Said Raidens mom looking like she was about to cry and Pachirisu in the background eating some berries. "Dont worry mom ill be all right." Raidens mom gave him another hug and then nodded. Raiden then headed out and said "Ill be back as soon as possible." He waved goodbye and so did his mom and he walked away.

Alex waved to his mom and dad as he walked from the door.

"Bye Mom, Dad. I'll try to make it back soon to show you the pokemon I've caught."

Squirtle jumped on Alex's back and began to wave too.

"Bye Alex, bye Squirtle. Take care of eachother and be safe. I left some food, clean underwear, and other things in your bag sweety." said Alex's mom.

ALex blushed. He kept waving.

"Dont forget to go to the Cerulean Gym before you leave town." said his father.

"Ok bye."

Alex walked down the street with Squirtle walking beside him.

"Well Squirtle, we're gonna go talk to Misty then we're gonna go off into the world and meet new pokemon."

"Squirtle, squirt, squirtle."

Alex laughed. He couldnt understand Squirtle but somehow he always knew what he was saying. He had just got Squirtle from Prof. Oak 3 days ago and they were already best friends.

They walked into the Cerulean Gym. A show was going on so they had to wait for a while. They decided to look around the rest of the gym. They walked into a back room. It was a large pool. They walked up to it.

"This must be the pool Misty uses for gym battles."

Alex touched the water. It was cold. Squirtle jumped in and splashed water on Alex.

"Hey, watch out Squirtle."

Squirtle began to swim around the pool. Alex decided that they could wait there until the show ended.

Eric sat at the end of his bed. In front of him sat his new pokemon Burmy. Burmy was enjoying a plate of pokemon food that eric had made specially for him. "Eric its just about time for you to go." said a voice from outside. Eric opened his window to see a Beedril fly by. Just a few feet away, feeding a mother Bastiodon who had a baby Shieldon next to it was his grandfather. "Your mother is looking for at the front of the house." he said without even glancing up. Eric got dressed quickly and grabbed his pack and set of pokeballs. His Burmy followed him out into the rest of the house. His mother was standing in the kitchen with his grandmother next to her. "Are you all set to go Eric." said his grandmother turning away to finish cooking his meal. "Yes im ready." he said taking a seat at the table. Burmy got up on the table next to him and watched him eat. After eating his meal he got up from his spot and headed for the door. His mother and grandmother at his heels. Outside the air was cool and the sky was blue, his father and grandfather where standing at the main gate with a few pokemon. As Eric came up he noticed the pokemon around him where the ones he had helped while he had worked in the day care and at the farm. "Roserade, Manectric, Granbull, and Dewgong have all come to see you off." said his father as he approached. Eric thanked his family and the pokemon and said his goodbyes. He walked out the gate and into the town. Ahead of him a great journey was unfolding.

"You remind me of your father when I met him." Mrs. Brown said to Jeff.

The young boy fought out of his mothers grip so he could get to his bag by the door. He then fixed his hair that his mother messed up during her sad session. "Hey Sentret, let's go!" Jeff yelled. The small scout pokemon bounced down the stairs and onto Jeff's head. He looked up and smiled at his first pokemon as they turned toward the door.

"See ya later mom, and when dad gets back tell him I said that the next time he sees me I'm going to be the number one ranked Normal type trainer in the world!" Jeff roared with fist in air. He then stormed out of the house and toward the entrance/exit of Twinleaf town. He looked back once more and ran out of Twinleaf town to begin his journey to become a Normal type master.

Nickie woke up early in the morning to find a bright new day waiting for her. She got out of bed and got herself dressed. "Today's the day." she said and she came downstairs to find her brother making breakfast for her.

"Morning Nickie! I made your fav, french toast." He said placing the plate of french toast on the table for her. "Mmm, thanks bro." Nickie said as she started to eat her meal. She looked over and saw a Garchomp laying on the floor snoring. The Garchomp belonged to her brother Xeon, he was a very skilled trainer and known out far and wide across the other regions.

He was about to become a Fronteir Brain of Sinnoh but he turned them down to take care of her. But know he might be able to become one now that Nickie is going on her own adventure as a trainer and coordinator. Nickie finished the last piece of french toast on her plate and walked over to the door. "Thanks bro, I'm going to the Prof's lab for my pokemon! I'll see you later!" she said to him.

She walked down the trail from her home and headed out to Sandgem Town where she's suppose to get her starter pokemon. Her brothers first pokemon was a Gible which is now that Garchomp that lays around her home. She hopes she can get something good for her starter, something cute and yet strong.

"Here we are, buddy." Jeff said, "We made it to Sandgem town." They made this stop in Sandgem for two reasons. Reason one, to stock up on supplies. A good trainer is always well stocked on supplies in case of injury and they are nowhere near a pokemon center. The second reason being the Pokemon Encyclopedia, also known as, the Pokedex. This would give trainers any information they needed on pokemon that the trainer has seen. It covers its eating habits, behavior, habitats, and much more. Every trainer would need one.

Jeff located the Professors lab and opened the double doors. He scanned the area and looked at all of the professors assisstants observing pokemon. He and Sentret walked through until they discovered Professor Rowan at the back playing with three pokemon, no doubt they were being reserved for the other new trainers. "Hello Professor, my name is Jeff and I'm here to pick up my pokedex." He said, "This is my partner, Sentret."

Rowan turned toward Jeff and examined him, "I guess you'll be wanting your pokedex now." He said, "Very well then...I shall be back."

Not even 2 minutes after he left, Rowan had returned with the Pokedex. "Thank you sir, I promise I will make you proud." Jeff said as he turned and ran out of the lab with a grin on his face.

After the young man went by the market to fill up his supply list he had set out yet again, this time to Jubilife city then from there he would go on to Oreburgh City to battle for his first badge and become one step closer to realizing his dream.

Zeke woke up that morning with the sent of cooking meat.

"Wow," He said to himself "That smells good!"

He looked around and saw a campfire burning in the distance. he made his way to the campfire ever so quietly. Where there is fire there is food. He thought to himself. He got as close to the fire as he could and hid behind the nearest tree. He looked to his left to find a young Riolu trying to steal the same meat that Zeke was.

"That's odd, i didn't know that they ate meat." Zeke said as he noticed the Riolu sneak past the campers and head for their berries. "Ahh, now that makes more sense."

The Riolu heard Zeke talking to himself and scurried off into the woods.

"Man, I have to stop doing that." Zeke said as he followed the Riolu into the forest.

Nickie made it to Sandgem town and looked around for the lab. "Hmm it should be around here somewhere." she said to her self. He stopped to a small building that looked like the same one from her letter she recieved to become a trainer.

"Ahh, this must be the place." She said eagerily. "Oh boy I can't wait to get my first pokemon." She walked into the building and saw many lab equipment and some people in lab coats with clipboards studying a few pokemon. An old man in a white lab coat with weird facial hair stepped up to her. "Hello! Are you prehaps a new trainer?" the old man said to her.

"Um yes sir. Are you Prof. Rowan?" Nickie asked him. "Indeed I am. I've heard a lot about you from your brother. He was suppose to be a Fronteir Brain wasn't he?" Rowan asked her. "Yes he was but he stayed back to look after me until I became a trainer. And now I am." Nickied smiled and looked happy. "So do you have a pokemon for me?"

Rowan looked at her and gave a nod to one of his assitants. The person he sent off left and came back with a pokeball and handed it to Prof. Rowan. "This is the last pokemon I have in stock right now. I'm sure you two would get along." He said handing Nickie the pokeball. Nickie looked at the pokeball curiously and opened it. After the pokeball opened a small brown furry Eevee came out of it and looked up at Nickie with brown eyes. "Eev?" said the little pokemon.

"Oh, it's so cute. Thank you Prof. Rowan!" Nickie said hugging her new pokemon. "Glad you like her. Now here is your PokeDex to start out your journey. Be sure to tell your brother your leaving. Got it?" Nickie took the small red device and nodded to Rowan. "I will sir. Come on Eevee." Nicike said and picked the small pokemon up in her arms and left Professor Rowans labartory and to the Pokemon Center to make a phone call to her brother Xeon.
