Lost Horizons

*Storyline*

Terra, Aqua, and Ventus have been at war with Master Xehanort and his apprentice Dark Soldier. The warriors of light are struggling in the fight against the Unbirths and Master Xehanort, which lead to more corruption of the worlds of the universe. Terra, Aqua, and Ventus went to there Keyblade Master and mentor Luciparous a being of pure light. There mentor suggested that in order to combat Master Xehanort, that Terra, Aqua, and Ventus should start a group of Keyblader’s and warriors of light to aid them. Terra, Aqua, and Ventus decided to call there group the Light Walkers. A Unbirth spy heard of this and returned to Master Xehanort with this info; knowing this was a good idea he himself decided to make a group of corrupt Keyblader’s and warriors, he called this group Denizens of Darkness.

~*Story thus far*~

Forrest Campsite& Jamestown

Terra, Ventus and Aqua are searching for Master Xehanort and his allies for the past several months on orders from their master yet have failed when searching together. Learning that Xehanort was after beings of pure light, the eldest knight Terra decides to use this information to seek out these special, rare beings and a scent of strong light has been emitted from another world. He intends on going through his vehicle of transport his Gummi Ship to this world yet gets discovered by a pack of Unbirths who are on patrol by Xehanort's orders to hunt down the Keybearers. Several hours into the fight, Terra's ship is shot down by several Unbirths and he is sent spiraling down into some obscure, uncharted world in a land into the middle of some ocean during a thunderstorm.

Meanwhile it is the year 1607 and more than a hundred years after the initial Spanish colonization of the Americas by Genoas explorer Christophorus Colombus, the kingdom of Great Britain felt that the time was right for another attempt at New World colonization with the weakening of Spanish naval supremacy. A ship charted by the Virginia Company of London carrying British settlers led by Governor Ratcliffe sail for North America for search of gold and other material riches. Onboard the vessel is a young dashing man known as John Smith, the supposed face of young adventurism which drives the settlers to go out and discover the Americas. Prior to landing, they end up in a violent storm and while all of their crewmen had survived, John Smith discovers a young man barely floating in the water being attacked by Unbirth sharks. Despite being lectured by Ratcliffe to let the man go, John Smith disobeys and jumps into the water, risking his own life to save someone who he came to know as Terra and bring him back onboard the ship. Interested that a white European would be in the middle of the Atlantic, John and the crew were even more amazed when they saw a large key materialize in his hands.

Ventus Ship landed in a forest area where he meets Kocoum, one of the finest men in the village who is planned to marry Pocahontas, he is returning from a recent battle with a rival British group. In turn, the female knight Aqua has been discovered by Pocahontas and her friend Nakoma while harvesting crops in the fields surrounding the village. The two native women are simply amazed upon seeing Aqua summon her Keyblade and inquire whether she is some form of medicine woman or chieftess or someone sent by Grandmother Willow to visit them. Aqua politely says no and tells a lie to the women about her being here by fabricating a story that she was the daughter of an English family that settled in the missing Roanoke Colony that got lost and made it here. They make it back to the village while being welcomed into open arms by Pocahontas' father Powhatan and the warrior Kocoum. Ventus and Aqua re-unite and tell of their similar stories in how they were ambushed by Unbirths and sent here and question each other whether Terra might be somewhere in the same world. After talking to each other, they eavesdrop and hear the conversation between Pocahontas and her father about being arranged to be married to Kocoum, something that Pocahontas simply refuses and runs away. Aqua orders Ventus to stick around and protect the village from any Unbirths while she runs after Pocahontas. Aqua eventually catches up to her yet finds out she's not a Being of Pure Light although they end up talking in front of a tree. Wondering how to help her new friend and how to prevent to being married, Pocahontas asks the advice from a talking tree spirit named Grandmother Willow. Grandmother Willow tells Pocahontas and Aqua to listen to their own hearts.

Back in the British ship sailing nearby the North American coastline, days had passed since the ordeal which brought the settlers in contact with the apprentice Terra. Upon searching a book in his library concerning the Keyblade and meeting Master Xehanort in a private meeting while the others were asleep, Ratcliffe is wise to accept Xehanort's advice to not make an enemy out of Terra and befriend him while using the boy's raw power to help him and the settlers colonize the area and seek out the gold rumored to be in the Americas that would make him a rich and powerful man once they return back to England. Terra is a bit uneasy and suspicious to Ratcliffe's friendly disposition towards him but ignores him and his offers to join him on the dinner table while making friends with the settlers and John Smith, someone who he can see to relate to. He tells the Englishman about his friend Ventus and the woman Aqua who he admits that he is slightly infatuated with yet doesn't reveal too much about his origins or his mission. The settlers continues to pester him about the Keyblade and before they could get the truth from him, the ship lands in Virginia and the crew, save for Ratcliffe and his retinue, Terra and John Smith, dig for gold.

John Smith wishes to explore the territory and eventually encounters Pocahontas and Aqua who isn't hesitant to pull out her Keyblade while the native princess' animal friends join Aqua in defending her. The native princess Pocahontas tells Aqua to cease this and go with her animal friends to return to the village with the others. Seeing that John Smith was no Unbirth nor an ally of Xehanort and that she needed to relay the information she gotten from Pocahontas concerning her situation to Ventus, Aqua and the animals head back to the village. Pocahontas and John Smith spend time together with the former teaching the latter to look at the world in a different way and to not think of her people as "savages" while John teaches Pocahontas about his modern world and their customs. Terra and Ratcliffe observe the settlers digging for gold and have a conversation concerning the Keyblade and his mission to seek out a rogue Keybearer known as Xehanort from the safety of the governor's private cabin. Kocoum and the Native Americans observe the settlers establishing what they see as an invasive property in their lands and launch a surprise ambush on them. Ratcliffe and Terra realizes this and the latter (Terra) breaks down the cabin with his Keyblade and joins in the battle to fight off the Powhatan warriors. With the British's advantage in weaponry and having Terra and his new found powers of darkness on their side, the warriors are pushed back and retreat back inland. Aqua and Ventus discuss what happens and before they could figure out a way to head back home, they are captured by the native warriors and are made to sit in front of the entire village. Powhatan declares that the white men, including Aqua and Ventus, are dangerous and no one should go near them. Aqua and Ventus are forced to leave and the two apprentices simply accept the chieftain's orders, much to Ventus temptation to slice him in half, and make camp somewhere far away from the village.

Prefences of the Order:

Knight I (One): I am accepting only three nights, two slots have already been filled of the three, next one will be the final. They have a slight control over Warriors and Waywards, and can give them minal orders.

Warriors II (Two): Warriors, I am only accepting 6 warriors this is after I fill the Knight slots. They have menial control over Waywards and can give them slight orders of given so by a Knight or MX or DS.

Waywards III (Three): Waywards are the lowest of the low, I am accepting an infinite amout of these after all Warrior and Knight slots have been filled.

The Denizens of Darkness are led by Master Xehanort, and his appretice Dark Soldier. They group is made up of Sephiroth, Genesis, Gilgamesh,Jecht, Tamal, Ai, and Rei.

The Light Walkers are led by an unknown man, but they are managed, by the three warriors of light, Terra, Aqua, and Ventus. The Light Walkers team consist of, Terra, Aqua, Ventus, King Mickey,Cloud, Leon, Auron, Aeirth, and Seiku.

Tamal picked the fruit off her trees. She had to go to the market today, and be with those insufferable fools. So Petty, these people. They only cared about what was in front of their nose, nothing about how the worlds work. Yes, Worlds. The Hot Agrabah sun baked her neck as she finished picking one of the few fruit trees here. When would she tell Jafar about the worlds? Maybe soon... if ONLY she knew how to travel among them.

"Thanks Mom" she called out as she headed towards her front door away from the courtyard. She hunched as the load settled on her back. Jafar was waiting by the door, as usual.

"Why'd you call that tree mom?" he asked, like the 17 year old he was... or he was at least.

"Because she is." Tamal gave a fiendish smile. "I turned her into a Tree."

[Raiton Kensei]

Rei walked down the streets of the Distorted World. It was full of darkness and the only sound heard was the sound of raindrops hitting the ground.

He continued to walk. Passing building upon building. It seemed like he would never stop walking. Every building he passed, the lights inside went off. He wondered who would live in a place like that where the sun never shines. Where darkness lasts an eternity. He never saw the original people that live in the Distorted World. Everytime he came no one was out. He alsways walked to the hideout alone seeing no one.

He came upon a building it was the biggest around.

"How can a hideout be this big. It ruins the purpose of hiding."

[Endless Warrior Sora]

"Whoaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!" Was the scream that echoed out of Sheiku's mouth as he crashed against the ground of the the somewhat depressing town. Picking his head up to look around Sheiku found that he was...somewhere different. He definitely wasn't in Twilight Town anymore. Giving a small inquisitive 'hmmm' to himself he decided to take a look around, where could be the harm? He looked up and saw a sign.

Radiant Garden.

Aqua peered at the raging campfire she had set up with her magic. The ashes floated up and then fell back down around the red-orange fire. It wasn't too long ago when the cheiftain of Pocahontas' tribe ordered herself and Ventus to leave. It took a lot of convincing to make that blondie leave the village without causing an all-out war with the cheiftain. Hm, funny kid that Ventus was. Apparently he was good friends with Terra ranging back to when they were both kids. The moon glowed high above in the sky, its pale light shinning down on the two apprentices. It had been a little too quiet since they had set up camp in this area. Her blue eyes peered straight at the blond Keybearer as she tried to think of something to say to break the long silence between them.

"So where do you think we can find the next, actual Princess of Heart Ventus?"

Some may find it odd, but Master Xehanort's apprentice enjoyed sitting in the darkness of the shadows by himself.

Thinking.

Planning.

Ploting the Denizen's next move.

As the darkness swirled around him, ideas came flooding into mind. Some that would prove to come in handy when the time came. But something disturbed his sinful emerse into darkness. The sound of someone sneaking around the Distorted World. The presence seemed young and fresh. Nothing to be too serious over. At least not serious to alert one of the other Denizens. So Master Xehanort's apprentice took it upon the liberty to give this young figure a good, warm welcome.

Quickly opening his eyes, his body morphed into that of a ferocious panther. With his now enhanced senses, he began to scout out the outsider. It wasn't too long before he heard the foreign figure speaking to himself not to far away. The Dark Soldier lurked around in the dark shadows, he was able to camoflauge perfectly since his coat of fur was pitch black. To "scare" the young person, the Dark Soldier let out a serious growl, stepped out into the light and beared his shining, deadly, white teeth. In almost a second, he morphed back into his human self and stared at the young man through his helmet.

"Who are you?" He queried in a dark tone.

[Raiton Kensei]

"Who are you?"

Rei jumped. His eyes grew big and his mouth dropped. He was freaking out.

"Whoooaaaa! You....panther....scarey....." Rei calmed down and took in deep breathes.

"You was just a panther. That's cool. My name is Rei."

Rei walked past the man in armor. He walked up the steps to the castle.

"I have business to take care of, so pardon me for not staying."

[The Future]

"So where do you think we can find the next, actual Princess of Heart Ventus?"
Ven paused for thought, her question was a very tough one to answer....
"I dunno, I can't think of anything but if I had to guess I would say Land of Dragons, there isn't much there but it's worth looking at..." replied Ven. "If you would like to go there Aqua, I will get our transport ready"

[Hikari]

Aqua pondered that idea for a moment. If they did leave now they might have to leave Terra behind. Aqua didn't really want to do that, but she didn't really know where Terra was at the moment. After short deliberation she decided that it would be best if they went on to finding the Princesses of Heart.

"I think it would behoove us both if you got our transport ready." She said, staring at the flaming ambers of the fire burning brightly before them.

The Dark Soldier looked upon the young man whom he soon learned was Rei.

"I have business to take care of, so pardon me for not staying."

Master Xehanort's apprentice let out a dark laugh. With his quick speed, he appeared right before the young man. "Does your business somehow concern the Denizens of Darkness?" The Dark Soldier queried, blocking the entrance so the boy wouldn't be able to make it in.

[Raiton Kensei]

The armored man appeared before Rei in a flash.

"Does your business somehow concern the Denizens of Darkness?"

Rei didnt know what to answer. Yes, it was with the Denizens of Darkness but how did this guy know. He thought for a minute.

"Hmmmmm, you sure are a nosey person aren't you. But I see no harm in telling you. Yes it concerns the Denizens of Darkness. But as stated it's MY business. So once again. I will be leaving you, my friend in a weird jumpsuit and helmet. haha"

Rei looked at the man's outfit. He laughed in his head at what he had on.

[Organization_42]

"MICKEY! LOOK OUT!"

A large piece of ice went flying into a young mouse that caused him to stumble backwards and fall over. His two friends, Donald Duck and Goofy, winced in sympathy, unable to actually help him because this was only a practice duel. But Mickey got right back up with his trusty Keyblade and waited patiently for the next attack. "Don't worry about me, fellas," he said confidently, "I'm fine!" His attacker, otherwise known as his instructor, Master Yen Sid, smiled at how quickly his pupil had recovered and jumped back into the fight.

"You have learned so much in a short space of time," he said to Mickey with a subtle trace of pride in his voice, "Perhaps it is time for you to receive some field work."

"Field work?" asked the mouse.

"Yes, field work. The chance to gain some real experience by taking a trip to one of the other worlds."

"Other worlds?! Oh boy!" Mickey whooped and jumped in the air excitedly, "D'you really mean it, Master Yen Sid? Can my pals come too?"

Yen Sid looked over at Donald and Goofy. The former was a duck wearing a magician's hat and uniform, who was learning to master all sorts of difficult spells in order to aid his friend's Keyblade. The latter was a large dog in a knight's suit of armor, learning different defense techniques with his brand-new shield. "I suppose they should," he decided, "It would do them well to learn alongside you. The more familiar you are with each other's techniques and styles, the more formidable you will become together in battle."

"Gee, thank you Master!" exclaimed Goofy.

"Where are we going? Where are we going?" demanded Donald.

"Patience," said Yen Sid, "You will be traveling to a world known as Agrabah. It is a city within the desert that is rumored to be the home of dangerous sorcerers and magic, as well as the common petty thief."

"Gwarsh, that sounds awfully dangerous," said Goofy, "Are you sure it's a good idea to send Mickey there on his first mission?"

"Don't worry, we'll be fine Goofy!" said Mickey with his usual cheerful smile, "How are we getting there, Master?"

"By a special vehicle known as a Gummi Ship. You obviously do not have the power to transport yourself to different places the way I can, but this ship will do. It is easy to steer and should give you no trouble. But try to land somewhere out of sight, where the local citizens won't notice you. It is imperative that the majority of people from each world know nothing about the other worlds beyond, so as to protect the established order. Do you understand?"

"Yes sir, Master Yen Sid, sir!" shouted all three students, giving their teacher a salute.

"Good. Off you go then. Your transportation awaits outside."

"I want to drive!" shouted Donald enthusiastically as he and Goofy raced for the door. Mickey smiled at them and quickly followed. Ever since he'd first received his Keyblade and met Yen Sid, he'd dreamed of getting to see how other people lived in worlds that were different from his own. Now his wish was about to come true!

[Hikari]

The Dark Soldier surpressed a growl as Rei laughed. A half of him wanted to hurt the boy, see him in agonizing pain, and then laugh in his face. But the other half told him to hold back, since the boy might become a Denizen. Yet he must know whom he is talking to. If this Rei was to join the Denizens, then Master Xehanort's apprentice would be his superior. But then again, it would be more of a "kick" to see the look on Rei's face once he found out that he would be taking orders from the Dark Soldier. While looking at the boy with narrowed eyes he proceeded into the castle before the young man. He quickly made his way past hallways and other Denizens before arriving before the leader of them all; Master Xehanort.

"My Master," He began with a bow in his presence. "It may seem that we a have a new member joining us shortly."

[King Wolfe]

A tall figure stands on a rooftop of a building, from this height he could overlook Agrabah with ease. His distinctive red coat flowed lazily in the winds, he had grunted with annoyance, "These people, have no idea.. Do they?" he asked to no one. He reached down and grabbed a jug with unknown liquid in it, he opened it and took a nice long sip, the drink burned through his throat but felt good against the hot, and dry air of this world.

Auron was never a nostalgic man, but memories of his young warrior monk days flooded his mind, and memories of his escapades with Tidus and Yuna followed swift. He wiped his mouth, and jumped from the rooftop to other smaller buildings until he reached the ground floor. The weight of his masamune did not assist the aches of his body, but nevertheless he continued through the town until he came to a market. "Hm.. I'm running low anyways." he tapped the jug with his free hand, creating an echoed empty noise.

[The Future]

"I think it would behoove us both if you got our transport ready."
Ugh.... I forgot that the Gummi Garage is so far away, oh well, I can use a good exericse... thought Ven who had put his right hand on the back of his head and rubbed it. "Alright then," said Ven as he folded his arms "I'll go and do that..."

[Azrael]

"I think it would behoove us both if you got our transport ready." She said, staring at the flaming ambers of the fire burning brightly before them.

"Finally, a way to get me back home after spending many years in this damn place." said Jecht as he eyed the two warriors talking amongst one another in the camp from the safe distance of a tree branch. The former blitzball player was curious, he had to admit, over the circumstances that led them to camp out not that far away from what he supposed to be a settlement where the natives of the world lived in. Confusion for those other pale-skinned men in armor and other misunderstandings surely must have driven these two from obtaining shelter in the village, not like it mattered much to him. I could care less. I want to go home although something feels strange...like a strange power is being felt somewhere else. Far from here...yet close enough to feel it. Perhaps it is something involved with these Princesses of Heart. It seems there is much to know about this new world...or is it brand new worlds? He had enough of it. His curiosity demanded him to find out more. I feel it may destroy us.

"Alright then," said Ven as he folded his arms "I'll go and do that..."

Shit, it looks like they're going to leave. Can't let that happen without me! Jecht thought as he saw Ven turn his back and walk towards the transport. He jumped off the tree branch and drew out his broadsword. "Not without me, you're not!"

[The Future]

"Not without me, you're not!"
Ven turned around to see the former Blitzballer Jecht running at him. "Ah Jecht, how very nice it is to see you, you want to come along too? Okay, you stay here with Aqua and I'll bring the transport here to pick you guys up....." said Ven.
