The World R:3

[Razputen]

It has Been twelve years since the server shut down of The World R:2 CCcorp has recently finished beta testing for R:3 ,and have released it. It has been out for a total of two months many of the hardcore die hard fans have returned along with some new faces...How will it all unfold?

*hulle granz cathedral*

Raven was again sitting on the pews of the cathedral letting his mind wander when he heard the door open with a loud creak he felt the gentle breeze move his hair. He saw out the corner of his eye three PKKs (player killer killers) a steam gunner, an edge punisher, and a flick reaper all of the with there weapons drawn he quickly drew his steam gun and jumped towards the rafters he hid there until they were unaware And leapt down crasing onto the flick reaper PKing him instantly the steam gunner had the barrel to his head and told him to stand up. Raven could tell these guys were serious about the ransom on him.
"heh heh....how sad" raven said as the steam gunner fell to the ground
"wha? huh!? how?!" said the edge punisher backing up slowly
The edge punisher swung down hard towards Raven and he eaily dodged it and landed on the blade the blades chainsaw function kicked to effect. Raven quickly flipped over the PKK and shot on the way over.
"you missed" yelled the edge punisher
"Did I...look at your blade"
his bullet was lodged in between the blade stopping it from moving the chainsaw function
"Quote the Raven Nevermore" said Raven as the edge punisher fell to his blade
Raven silently walked back to the pew and sat down with his head in his hands and recited "The Raven"
his favorite poem.

Lime stood in total darkness. Walking forward, she found nothing to support her weight and fell into the nothingness. Colors flew from every direction. Greens, reds, purples, yellows, all these colors rushed passed her silently.
"Or am I passing them...?" There was a soft clink noise, and her feet met with solid ground. She heard chatter and music, but she couldn't see anything.
"Oh no, not a problem this early in the game. Why can't things just work out the way I need them to for once?"

After a few seconds of silently bickering to herself, Lime realized the problem: She hadn't opened her eyes. Doing so, she was greeted by many stares from other players.
"Err...Newbie moment!" She said as she ran off in a random direction. She noted she ran over a bridge and past a dock for what appeared to be fishing boats. "There has to be a npc around here to mention the very basics, things for newbies like me." She said in the real world without letting it slip into the cyber one. She stopped running and looked around. The ground and the walls matched in the same stony look and above a nearby door there was a sign titled "Newbie Corner". She walked in and (a few minutes later) out, fully equipped with her class' gear and weapon, plus a friendly alchemist added a wind charm to her garb.

"A bit late for that..." Lime told herself. "I guess I should hunt monsters or something. Thats what this game is about, isn't it?"

As raven Finsished the poem a sudden uneasiness formed in the pit of his stomach.The Door Again creaked open.
"It Has Been Along time...Raven"said the mysterious figure standing outside the doorway
"you Again" raven said with a hard grip on the handle of his weapon
"you already know what will happen if you try" said the figure with a low chuckle
"why cant you just stay out of here!!" Raven said with a yell.
Raven shot three bullets straight towards him
the figure raised up its hand and a digital sheild stopped all three.
The figure emerged from the shadows "I warmed you
The mysterious intruder darted foward and a bright flash blinded Raven....he blacked out.
Damian (his player) woke up in his computer chair he looked up at the screen and saw he had a new message.
"hm?..."
he clicked on it there was no pictire it just said "you are lucky"

The game character Cain rose from his seat. He was bored. He left the small shed, heading towards the town.

Cain had seen this before. They would attempt to re-proggram him, since his user gave no response. He closed the message, the flying numbers making him dizzy. Just before he did he noticed a message in the numbers.

The numbers continued to fly. Cain closed the message, and took the advice of the strange bug. He ran all the way into the town. He ran, doging people as best he could, until he ran right into a girl. They both went flying.

"What, another one?" Lime said, rubbing her forehead. "Maybe they're just having a hard time sorting things out. I bet there are millions of players here." Opening the message, she found it to be filled to the brim with quests for new people like her to do. There was also a "chaotic pk" list, though she didn't know what pking was so she ignored it. Searching through the quests he found that the first one would be the most efficient one to do. Not only was it for level ones through threes, but the reward was ten book of revivals. That sounded useful in case she happened to die ingame.

Then it struck her. What happens when you die? Everything in this game feels so real. She could feel the wind kissing her face, the sun's heartily rays beaming down on her, the lively crowd of players talking and laughing, the soft roar of waves in the distance. Surely there was no real pain here? It probably tickles, or maybe gives you gas.
"Anyway...I should head to this area to find monsters with gold auras surrounding th-- yah!"

Something bashed into her, no someone did. With great force that caused both of them to fall flat on there faces. She did learn something though: pain was felt only through the character. The character feels it, and she could feel it feeling it, but she couldn't feel it herself. Or something like that...

Lime slowly got to her feet, but felt a little wobbly. She looked around for the cause of the disturbance. There, a few feet away, was another play laying flat.
"Hey!" She said, running up to him. "Are you alright?" She knelt down next to him and turned him over. Is it possible to die in towns? She felt her insides turn. What if he died here and now? Would she be held responsible? Oh man this isn't good...

He sat up fast, and looked around. "What? Are they comming?" He tried to stand, but found his leg couldn't support his weight. crap. They'll get me for sure!

The other character sat up and Lime felt a rush of relief even though she knew it wasn't her fault.

"What? Are they comming?"

"Err...Who?" She asked him, extending her hand to help him up.

Raven was in root town he decided to go pick up some supplies.he heard a slight ping and he checked his messages again he opened the folder it read....congratulations you are the winner of....
he didnt finish reading it he walked out side and checked his inventory and noticed a new item it was a Character upgrade patch. He noticed one character trying to walk but fell he didnt pay it any attention he avoided crowds to avoid being called ruthless and hear people whisper things about him. He walked by them he got a couple of feet away and began to hear a sharp ringing in his ears he ran off towards the chaos gate knowking anyone over as he did.he walked up to the chaos gat and put in the keywords to hulle granz and warped away....

he ran into the cathedral and collapsed to his knees holding his head....

Cain used the hand to help get back up. He grunted hard, as his leg still hurt. "They. They think I'm a bug. They want to reprogram me! You gotta leave, if they see you they'll take you too!" He tried to leave but stumbled on his leg again.

Lime blinked.
"How can a player be mistaken for a bug? Unless you hacked the game, but even then...besides, your character's hurt. I have level one heal, so I can handle that."
Brandishing one of her fans, she got on her knees.
I'm not really sure how this works, but since I'm suppose to dance my magic, maybe my hand can instead...
First she made a downward slicing motion near his leg without actually touching it. As soon as the fan neared the bottom, it went to the right sharply, then upwards, then left, and finally back down. All the while the fan left behind green traces of...something. It was a hue between liquid and air, but small particles were left floating a split second longer before disappearing into the man's skin.
"Wow..." Lime slowy stood up, folding her fan back. "I think thats it...hows it feel?" She had to admit, that was cool.

Cain stood again. This time, no stumbling, limping, whatsoever. "Your good for level one. C'mon, now you've healed me, they'll be after you too!" He grabbed her arm and began running towards the woods.

((I like how were running from an unseeable enemy... Should I control one as a NPC?))

Delta Sunny Golden aqua field

Ikasu warped into the field. He looked around but didnt see who he was looking for. Ahead he could see monsters waiting for a player to come close. Ikasu stood there. The player controlling Ikasu looked at a clock in his room then went back to the game.

"It's 2:45. She said she'd meet me here at 3 so I guess I have time to spare."

Ikasu started running towards the monsters.

He grabbed her arm and ran towards the woods.
"Wait, what the hell? What are you talking about?!" She yelled as he dragged her along.

Ryuzaki sat quietly up in a tree outside of root town.
"Hmm it seems Raven has Returned " he chuckled lightly "lets send him a welcome back present"
it was just about this time Ryuzaki noticed two PCs runiing towards the woods "I have a better idea"
He stood up on the branch and leapt Into the shadows in awaiting his prey.

Hulle granz
The ringing had subsided as he cleared his head again a great uneasiness came over him. He decided to warp back to root town. as he stepped out of the chaos gate the ringing started in his head once again . He was just about to warp away when he sensed somthing bad was going to happen. he headed out side and saw the two that weere knocked down before running towards the woods. In the distance he saw a figure leap away Raven knew exactly who it was .....Ryuzaki

Spike stepped out of the Warp Gate into the root town. He saw people running around like ants. He envied their freedom, they could log in and out as they pleased but he was trapped here forever.. or until Altima decided to shut down their servers.

Spike shook his head and walked up to the guild vender nearest him and purchased 50 Emperor Souls and other SP regain items. He then jumped on his Steam Bike and shot through the town like a bullet. The only good thing about being stuck in here was that he had all the good Items. He drifted around two more corners and shot out of the root town. He saw three pcs ahead of him, two running and one standing closer to him. As he flew by the lone npc he saw his face. It was Raven!

He hit the brakes and turned the bike at the same time and the effect was him spining twice in a 540 and coming to a rest.

"Hey Raven!! I've been looking for you! To bad I'm not some defenseless player you can kill in one hit! I'm your worst nightmare!! Prepare your self!!" Spike shouted out as he drew his two swords. The only thing he hated more that being stuck in this game was being stuck in this game with assholes. It was time to bust out the toilet paper of justice and wipe this one out!!
