Shoushi Didn't move for a moment. his character remained still. It was as if he wasn't even there on the other side. Suddenly he looked up and looked over at Shiro. " Sorry about that, i had to get something to eat... I just woke up here... tis only about 3 am..." Shoushi smiled, turning to face Shiro." Yep, Deep Abandoned Fire Cavern" Shoushi brought up a menu, showing it to Shiro" Red about it on the message boards. Apparently there is some kind of Treasure at the end, but no one has been able to get there yet." Shoushi spoke these lies with pride. He was actually going becuase there had been reports of hackers in the area, it would be a normal routine operation, when the hackers show up, he would tell Shiro to gate out, Then delete them, and finally meet back up with shiro somewhere else.

"So do you need to buy anything before we go? Your Healing should be ok for both of us if you are broke again" The smirk on his face said that he was kidding around about the being broke thing" I'm just messing with ya man, we have all been broke in the world at one point or another." He pointed towards the large gate to the field which everyone used to get to the dungeons and fields." Lets get moving, who knows how much longer that loot will be there." And with that he walked off towards the gate, yawning and stretching, it was obvious he had just woke up.

" Oh by the way, remind me when we get back to the main root town to give you something. I found a staff in Circa Lai Demon Door yesterday, I think you will really like it." Shoushi had always been a gracious person, giving away what he didn't need to those who probably did. He had given Shiro a majority of his stuff, but some of it he had actually kept, like the heavy blade he was using. It was the only surviving thing from his sygario account, though he told everyone else he won it in an event, and even the admins document it as he won an event and got it.

" So you ready?"

Misuke unlocked the door to her apartment, and through her bag on the couch. Another day of school, done. And now she could relax, until she had cooled down enough to start her reading. Why was there always so much, she wondered as she turned on her computer. She straightened a few things absently, while waiting for it to load, then slid down into her chair. She could stop being Misuke for a bit, and become Nayume the Wavemaster.

Simply out of routine, Misuke checked her mail before logging in. Seemed to be the usual batch. A few notices from guilds, a few of her sources notifying her about bugs, a few announcements from System admin. Nothing really important, so she could put it off, as she had been doing for the past few weeks. Where was all the excitment that had been in this game? 'They really should come up with an expansion, or at least something new,' she thought, when a message caught her eye.

Today is the day of The Reunion!! We hope that all players will be able to attend this ceremony. Expect new quests and items in comemoration of said event.

"Hmm....an event today? This might actually be worth checking out," Misuke smiled, logging in.


Nayume appeared in the World, in the traditional chaos gate of Mac Anu. He wandered over to the bulletin boards, wondering where the event was being held.

Shiro lisented intently to everything Shousi was saying. He was his lifeline to The World. Shoushi always seemed to know the best places to go, or about the newest events, or how and where to get the newest and rarest items. Shoushi was an amazing player. Shirp reckoned that without Shoushi to guide him, he would still be some low level noob, wandering through Mac Anu asking for help from anyone that passes by.

" So you ready?" Shiro heard amid his thoughts. "Yea," he responded immediatly. Shiro and Shoushi instantly turned and started t walk down the street away from the little ugly weapons shop. They were moving east down a little stone road. Shiro watched his feet intently as they walked, as if they were suddenly going to spring off his legs and run far away. Shiro would not let them escape. He noticed how they cobblestones underneath him had individual sizes and shapes, how the little ones jumped away from his steps. How wonderful The World was.

"So what's in this treasure?"

Shoushi smiled " Your really interested about this one huh?" In one swift motion, he pulled out normal sword. Just a normal Black Obsidian heavysword( Not the one in the picture) He dare not use Sihori (the heavyblade in the picture) For fear that someone would recognize it and point him out for who he was. Sihori had been the blade that shoushi had wielded back when he was still Sygario. If he were to ever use it again, it would surely blow his cover. However, he kept it just for memories.

" Hey shiro, i was wondering.... do you remember that famous hacker Sygario that got busted and banned all those years ago? Well i heard that he turned all those other hackers in, and even got an entire server shutdown for saying it was a server full of hackers. He got banned for life though...." Shoushi stopped, " come to think of it..... there haven't been many hackers or major problems since then..." Had he really given them so much information that they were able to nearly shut down hackers working openly in The World? IT was odd thinking about the old days for him...

It wasn't long after that he met Shiro on one of the noob servers. Shiro had just been wondering around aimlessly, or so shoushi thought. Ever since then, he had hung out with Shiro a lot.

Shoushi looked over at shiro"... Sorry for the random question, i was just thinking about old times when they we had all of those hackers playing openly... i'm just glad the way things are now is all.."

Felix was walking home quickly. He had a good idea of what he was going to do today on The World. He reached his house and unlocked the front door. Walking in his cat Tuchi came running from his basket meowing excitedly. "Hey there Tuchi!" Felix dropped his bag scooped up the tiny cat and walked up to his room. He knew his parents where going to be out all day so he could spend all the rest of the day on The World. The thought excited him and he booted up his computer. After feeding Tuchi he sat down putting on his helmet. He was instanly greeted by mail. He opened it and read the event. "Great something else to do." He murmmured happily.

He logged in and appeared in Serva Demasio. He had intened to complete his exploration hot spot list today and his first location was the fire cavern. He stopped to talk to some others there and after awhile left to check a bulletin board for the location of the event today. "Better find out before I go exploring." He thought.

"Yea, I remember Sygario. His account was deleted about 5 years ago wasn't it?" Shiro replied as he studied Shoushi's blade. The motion of him pulling out his blade told Shiro that they were almost to the gate. Shiro half wondered what level area this Deep Abandoned Fire Cavern was in. Shiro copied Shoushi's movement and lifted his staff into both hands. He knew that they had to be headed for a high level area. He prepared some higher level spells as they walked. Shoushi continued to talk on about Sygario. Shiro wondered why he cared so much about a hacker who turned on other cheaters and then was banned himself. He can't have been that great of a guy to earn this much of Shoushi's attention.

"What do you mean by the way things are now?"

Shoushi opened the gate portal menu, typing in the key words and neglecting to hit the teleport button for a few seconds so he could answer Shiro's question" I mean the way that we don't have hackers running around in public and hacking the game, ruining it for everyone else... Things back then were... a lot different then how it is now." Shoushi smiled, hitting the teleport button, sending them to the fire cavern. He knew that today's hackers probably wouldn't be your average everyday trouble makers. To survive in the environment they were heading to. A Lvl 79 area. He had neglected to tell shiro, who was only lvl 63. Of course for shoushi, this would be just like every other trash pick up he had dragged shiro along on. stopped for a moment, looking at Shiro as they were standing there waiting for the portal to gate them in" Shiro.... If things get too thick, get out fast got it?"

The portal closed as they stepped out onto the molten ground, cracked and burnt in such good detail, this was obviously a newer map. He himself had watched it in the process of being made, meaning that he himself also knew the inside and outside of the dungeon, though the hackers might have added a few areas which he didn't know about. In that case he would hack into the data system and check layout of the dungeon, compare it with the new one, and then find his way there... That was of course if he had enough time without shiro looking. If he received no such opportunity, then he would try to navigate the dungeon on the old floor map he had in his head.

" Alright Shiro, stay on your guard... Lets head towards the dungeon, i'm guessing it's this direction since this is one of the newer map." shoushi knew that on all newer maps, the dungeon was directly north of the gating in point." Supposedly, there is a book called Shera moon, which grants you 3 levels, no matter what lvl you are... we gotta find it first, .. but of course there wont be a problem since we are together. Of course we will get there first" Shoushi smiled, holding his sword in his hand, walking towards the dungeon.

[Holy Zero XII]

Hiro comes back from another dumb day of school.Hiro tosses his bag on the coach and goes on the computer. As he waits he reads the manual for the MMORPG hes starting for the first time. He creates Zero the Blade master. Before he starts he reads his mail and finds out theres an event and everyone is invited. Hiro says " Hmmm this looks cool i think i'll go". Hiro logges in and starts playing the as Zero.
Zero walks around looking at the game then goes to the ceremony.

Echo looked through the bulliten board but his egerness to get going made him stop looking and he headed out. "I hope there's something intresting there." He thought jokingly about what could be in the fire cavern. He was smiling to himself as he reached the portal and punched the keywords in.

He came out and looked around. It was a very...empty place." If there's nothing here I'll be so pissed." He said aloud noticing how chared the ground was. He walked at a leisurly pace taking mental notes of the area. He smiled as he noticed that so far there was nothing on this baren wasteland, but though he saw nothing he still was cautious.

[Inferi]

Ooc: Hey dude.. Your character is walking a lvl 79 area.. There is no way that your character is that strong. So you may want to leave the Deep Abandoned Fire Cavern before a lvl 79 behemoth comes along and stomps his little ass... thanx..

Ic: Shiro had never heard of this dungeon, or this book known as the Shera Moon. The fact that an item existed that would increase any players lvl by 3 was unfathomable. Other than the fact that it was a one time only item that only one player could use and then would become useless to everyone else. Even though Shiro knew that the odds were unlikely, he wanted the item. Not because it would put him up to level 66 but because of how rare it was.

Shiro had never really earned any of the rare items that he owned. Truthfully, he had been given almost all of his rare items by Shoushi. Shiro really appreciated this fact, but for once he wanted to earn it. This thinking brought about Shiros next question.

"What level training area is this?"

Nayume sighed. Sometimes the boards could be so useless. What was the point of having an event if you didn't tell people where it was? Stupid. He paused a bit, eavesdropping on the conversation several people were having about an old situation. Ah nostalgia, he thought, remembering those events. To bad things like that didn't happen now. He contemplated going to where they were....but it was a level 79 area.

'Maybe in 2 or 3 levels,' he thought, wandering to a bridge. As he recalled, this was where that one wavemaster, Tsukasa...was that his name? had spent much of his time. Maybe, if he stayed here, something would happen to him.

[Holy Zero XII]

Zero goes into a lvl 1 area before he goes to the ceremony to train. The field works are delta "hidden passing holy ground". Zero Telaports to the water area. Zero saids " WHOA... this is awesome. so where are the monsters". Zero runs around looking for monsters to kill untill he found a couple of goblins. Zero yells " PREPARE TO DIE!!!!" Uses his skills to kill the goblins as quick as he can. by the time the battle was over he had lost half of his HP. Zero says "awww man i gotta be more careful" and continues to wonder in the area.

Shoushi smiled slightly, hearing the question posed by shiro. He kept walking for a little while, knowing the level might very well scare shiro half to death, or even make him log out ..." Well... if you really want to know.." Suddenly monsters spawned in, appearing right beside Shiro, making an attempt on his life. They always went for the weaker player for some reason." SHIRO MOVE!!" Shoushi made a quick maneuver, slipping around shiro in an instant and blocking the blow, barely arriving in time. He pushed the beast off of himself, throwing it several feet back. Behind him was yet another one. It took simply one hit, slicing through the weak point of it, hammering his sword straight through the neck of the monster. As the fiend lay in pain, the previous one began it's next attack, charging shoushi. " Fires of Aurora" he screamed.

A burst of flame spouted from his hand, next slamming down his sword for the follow up attack. An explosion marked the end of the current battle with that beast." By the way... This area is a level 79 area... so stay on your guard" Shoushi had let his guard down for a moment while making sure he himself was ok. A scream echoed from behind shiro, Shoushi would never be able to make it to the monster in time" Shiro Behind you!" Even though it was obvious where the monster was coming from, he felt the need to scream it's location.

Shoushi took a step forward, then contained himself, waiting to see what shiro would do. After all, he was aware of the situation, the level difference, not to mention that Shoushi had packed extra resurrects and heals just in case something should happen to shiro.

This was going to be interesting, seeing shiro's first fight with a fiend over 10 levels above him.

" By the way... This area is a level 79 area... so stay on your guard"

Shiro marveled at yet another amazing detail in the game, but he also questioned the reasoning behind the game creators making it possible for you to shit in your pants. Even so, he didn't have time to sit around and question weird aspects of The World. He had a monster to fight. Shoushi was to far to save him from death now. It was all up to his abilities.

Shiro turned his head to see a Level 79 Behemoth staring him in the face. Drool oozed from its mouth as it emitted a low guttural sound from deep within its throat. Shiro had only seconds to react. Out of all the spells Shiro had in his arsenal, only one came to mind.

"Level 5 Obliterate!" Shiro said as his staff shot forward. A black cloud flowed from the tip of the staff, surrounding the beast. The Behemoth reared back onto its hind legs kicking with the front legs in an attempt to keep the smoke away from it. This was all for naught, though, as this spell affected the inner part of the beast. As it inhaled, the smoke entered into its body. The beast started to cough profusely and relentlessly, eventually falling onto its side and withering away to nothing.

A little voice rang out saying:

"Cool," Shiro said after the voice faded away to nothing, "I got 1000 experience. How much did you get?" Shiro noticed that Shoushi looked amazed, and that was when Shiro realized that he had just taken down a monster that was 16 levels stronger than him. Shiro questioned why the creators made it possible for you to shit in pants twice.
