Storyline

Through out the ages, villages and countries of the world of shinobi have lived in stages of peace. Within each age, what many know to be ninja have gathered together to provide defenses for each of their villages, and have provided evolutionary jutsus and techniques to better protect themselves. However, in hand with each stage of peace came one of near destruction. Here our story begins.

New Kages have risen and fallen as their ages have passed by. One Kage in the Village Hidden in the Leaves in particular had been considered to be the most renowned Hokage thus far. He had been trusted through out the shinobi world and the Leaf Village was in perfect balance. This eve was prosperous until one of the village’s honorable counsel members left after getting into a heated argument with the Hokage about how the village should be formed. Not soon after, the Hokage suffered from an unidentifiable curse that no one knew how to cure. This mysterious curse ultimately leads to his death.

It is said that that counsel member had left to create his own village, naming it the Village of Dawn. The uprising of Dawn and the death of the Leaf Village’s Hokage has set the Leaf Village out of balance and open for potential attack. The remainders of the counsel members have bonded together and have tried to serve their village to the best of their abilities. However, the Leaf Village is struggling to remain in control without a Hokage. As the Dawn Village comes steadily into power, the Leaf Village begins to fear the Dawn Village and sends spies to observe what makes them such a threat.

The Dawn Village is uprising, and sides are taken to a village that was once powerful or a village that is becoming powerful by shinobi determining which they favor. In this stage, the Leaf Village lacks a leader Hokage and the Dawn Village is on the brink of declaring war.

Name: Hotaru Raiken (Changed after death of his biological father.)

Personality: Hotaru has an outgoing and carefree personality. He doesn't take anything but his training seriously. He loves to train and fight. In the past few years he has matured, but not enough to stop him from pulling variouse pranks on different people. He is very competitive when it comes to something that he can win at. Be it a fight, or a game, he loves to win, and gets a mild temper when he looses. He's very capable of going completely nuts in a fight but even as he gets more intense, he still wants reassurance from the people around him. When Hotaru realy gets into a battle, and gets realy serious, he will tie his head protector on his forhead, instead of on his arm.

Appearance: Hotaru stands a solid 6'0, growing a bit in three years. His hair is still a deep dark black, and rests just above his shoulders. His skin is a light peach, with one scar on his hand. His eyes are died a deep dark purple, almost black. He is wearing a tan long sleeved shirt, rolled at the sleeves, fish net can be seen past the sleeves and by his neck. He has black pants that end above his ankles, where he has wrappings. His sandals are black as well. He has tan belt wrapped around his waist, one end of it falling down his side to about his knees. His head band rests on his left upper arm.


Weapons: Kunai Knives: The basic ninja tool for all shinobi, mostly introduced to young Genin. A sharp daggerlike weapon to carve up enemies and opponents.

Demon Wind Shuriken: A shuriken shaped into the form of a windmill, excellent for cutting through the air and through enemies. Its rotation is what makes it such an impressive ninja tool.

Shuriken: One of the starter ninja tools used in various combinations. Shuriken are the equivalent of darts to be thrown can more or less immobilize an opponent temporarily. .

Bio: Hotaru was born into the Cloud Village. At his birth, his mother fell ill to an unknown desease, which at the time, had killed off a number of people. Hotaru was supposed to be one of three triplets, but to his knowledge, the other two died, due to his mother's sickness. Hotaru grew up with his father, and his father's three pupils. Although they were a few years older than him, they still treated him as one of them.

His father put him into the ninja academy, hoping he would be the best of Shinobi, better than him. Hotaru's father was sent out on a lot of missions, leaving Hotaru by himself for days upon end. This would go on for a while, his father would leave, Hotaru would be alone, then he would come back. Hotaru's father was disgraced by his village, because he failed to complete a mission in favor of saving one of his pupils. Because of the shame he felt, Hotaru's father, unknown by Hotaru, commited suicide. Hotaru was told his father was killed by Sound ninja, so he began to have dreams of the event taking place, and eventualy believed he was there when he was murdered, which he wasn't.

Hotaru continued his training, hoping to become a better ninja than his father, and not bare the same fate he had. Hotaru grew up hating the sound village, not knowing the true death of his father, which he would later find out. Hotaru be-friended an Uchiha boy, but after attempting to perfect his Lightning Phonix Summoning jutsu, he was killed. Hotaru swore he would never use the jutsu, but still keeps it in his arsenal of jutsu. After graduating from the ninja acadamy, he was assigned a Jounin squad leader, one that matched the strength of Kakashi and Guy. He also had two teammates, who he loved dearly.

On an A-rank mission, Hotaru was faced with the same situation his father was in. He had found out that the true death of his father was caused because of what he had done. Hotaru's teammate had come close to dieng, but Hotaru abandoned his mission to save him. Hotaru's sensei told him that what his father had done was an honorable thing to do. Hotaru failed to save him though, and they were all killed. In a last ditch effort to save them all, Hotaru's sensei told him to use his Summoning jutsu, which he did wrong once more, and his teammates fell to the same fate as his old friend. Hotaru left the site, everyone dead exept him. He returned to his village, not speaking a word of what had happened. He has had that event on his mind ever since.

After the chunin exams had begun, Hotaru was assigned to a new team. His new sensei, Daaku Raito became a close friend. It was the prelims of the Chunin exams. Hotaru's match was against his newly found friend, Anaru, who had dissapered after there match, and Ditonke. The match was a three-way, something that hadn't been seen in years. The match ended in Hotaru's loss, him becoming a human popsicle. Luckily Daaku saved him before he ran out of air. He walked out of the hospital room, only to find his new teammate, Kaito Yoshido, who, at first hated Hotaru, but eventually they became close friends.

The prelims ended, and they had a month to rest. Hotaru layed in the forest, and fell asleep. He woke in a dark room, someone had kidnapped him. They knocked him out, and when he woke, he was in the forest once more. He only assumed it to be his father. Anxiouse to tell Daaku the news, he set out to the Cloud Village, where everyone had left to. Alond the path, he met his father, who he assumed to be dead.

He was overjoyed to find that his father who had been dead for years, was standing infront of him. They spent hours talking about Hotaru's exciting life as a shinobi, and his new friends. His father had nothing to say about his life after he left, but he did have one thing to say. "There is no easy way to say this Hotaru. You were led to believe that I was your father, but I'm not. We found you abandoned, and took you in. I researched your whole family background, and found out your father is still alive." Then, the man whom he believed to be his father, and vanished. That was the last time he saw him.

Hotaru, a bit shookin up after what had happened, continued, no sleep, to the village. After arriving, he realized the girl he thought to be the Raikage's daughter, was Daaku's. He left to the ramen shop, attempting to have R&R, but it was cut short. The village noticed Daaku, and the Raikeage arrived. The whole thing was blown out of proportion. To make things worse, Mizuki, Rayex's relative, had shown. He left, and Hotaru finally was able to rest. Daaku showed them to his mansion....yes a mansion....where he rested, and trained.

His training resulted in him learning Daaku's jutsu, Senhappa, but the jutsu also blew a hole through his hand. Luckily, the jutsu contained enough chakra to heal his hand. Aiko, Kaito's old friend, joined them on their trip, and became a close friend. They left back to Konoha, and the rest of the end of the month grew nearer.

The finals began, and no one expected what to happen next. Orochimaru and the rest of the sound village attacked Konoha, leaving it in ruins, and Sarutobi, the third Hokage, dead. Daaku had set out to train with Rayex for the past 2 and a half years. Hotaru had the permission to set out to find his father, using the information his adoptive father left in his house. He found him, drunk in a bar not to far off from his village. He took him home. Apparently he didn't know Hotaru was still alive. His mother told him he was dead, not wanting a boy, so she left him in the middle of a field, where his adoptive parents found him. Hotaru trained for the past two and half years with his father. He tought him new jutsu, and mastered his lightning element. His father also helped him master his pheonix summoning jutsu that ruined his childhood.

Hotaru's mother was part of the waterfall village. His parents ran away together at a young age. When they had Hotaru, the two parents were only nineteen, and carrying a newly born baby wasn't something his mother could handle apperantly. His father helped him with his water element, teaching him jutsu that his mother knew. Hotaru now lives with his father in an apartment in their village. He still trains, and has strong bonds with his team. His brothers, who are the children of his adoptive parents, are infact alive. Little is known on their location at the moment, but Hotaru is detirmined to find them.

While on a mission to find a rouge ninja, who was related to his sensei, Hotaru got bad news. He was lied to when he was told about his brothers where alive, so the journey he made to look for them was a major waste. The two people who clamed to be his brothers, where actually assasins, looking to kill his father, for deeds he commited years ago. The only family Hotaru had left....was killed by the two assasins, right infront of him. Seeing it only right, Hotaru took on the Raiken name.


Jutsus: -

Taijutsu:
1.Lightning clone thrash
Hotaru creates one lightning clone while running at the opponant. The clone appears a little bit behind the opponant, and begins to run as well. The two running forces the opponant to step to the side. Hotaru makes as if he's about to run into the clone, making the opponant believe he'll get the blast. The clone jumps over Hotaru, and he grabs the clones legs or hands. He spins with the clone, hurling it to the opponant. The clone pulls out a kunai and stabs itself when it's close enough to the opponant. This causes it to blow up, and send shocks through the opponant, paralizing him. Hotaru then runs up and thrashes the now paralized opponant. Users: Hotaru Barkwater (Creator)

2.Shihou Hapou Shuriken no Maki
A Taijutsu technique where the ninja creates a quantity of Kage Bunshin (shadow clones). They collectively leap into the air and simultaneously hurl a multitude of shuriken and kunai at their opponent, raining steel upon them.

3.Kage Bunshin no Jutsu
Being a forbidden and advanced NinJutsu, few people know this technique perfectly. It is listed in the Scroll of Seals, but still some advanced ninjas (such as Kakashi) know this technique. It is similar to the Bunshin no Jutsu; the main function is to create clones. ~??~

4.Raiton: Shuurai (Lightining Strike)
The sky grows dark, allowing Hotaru 10 minutes to control the lightning. He is able to make the lightning strike when and where he wants. ~Lightning~ B-rank

5.Raiton Shunshin no Jutsu [Lightning Body Flicker Skill]
A technique where the user performing the necessary handseals thrusts their hand foreward and fire off a bolt of lightning. This bolt of lightning is actually not meant to hit the opponent, as where the lightning bolt strikes is where the user will transport ~Lightning~ C-rank

6.Raiton: Lightning Clone Jutsu
Similar to the Shadow Clone Jutsu, this jutsu has a base of which to clone. The clones start out as lightning, and soon gain the charactersitics of Hotaru. The clones gain twice as much power when the Raiton: Shuurai (Lightining Strike) jutsu is in affect. When destroyed, unlike the Shadow Clone Jutsu, the clones send an electrical charge through the person who destroyed them, which may cause a few seconds of parslisation. ~Lightning~ C-rank

7.Raiton: Lightning Shield
Creates a wall of lightning that can withstand an A-rank jutsu. If hit enough times, the shield will explode, and send an elextrical charge into anyone that comes in contact with the bolts of lightning that shoot out. Metallic objects, such as shuriken, kunai.. etc. won't penetrate the shield, but instead will be flung to the ground.

8. Summoning Technique; Eagle Summon:
The summoning jutsu that requires the user to sign a blood contract that binds you to the summoning creature. Hotaru was givin him the contract by his father. He is now capable of summoning Eagles.

*Ninja Art: Eagle Claw
Hotaru summons an immense clawed hand similar to that of an Eagle, and attacks his enemy with it. Hotaru uses his hand to control the clawed hand and does not lose consciousness.

*Ninja Art: Eagle Wing Attack
Hotaru summons the wings of an Eagle behind him. The wings blow a force of wind at the opponant. The wind's highest speed has reached 80 miles per hour.

9.Raiton- Jishakute no Jutsu (Thunder Element: Magnet Hand Technique)- A basic ninjutsu in which the user forces chakra into the hand, creating a strong magnetic current. Small steel objects are drawn towards the hand, and allow the user to grab things located on a distance, and can also help the user catch kunai or shuriken aimed for him/her out of the air.


10.Raiton - Arashi Buyou Shougeki (Storm Dance Crash)- Similar to the first storm dance, Hotaru insteads perform a tiger and then goat hand-seal. After in which he takes one hand, and have a bolt from the sky strike it (be it cloudy or not), as he then slam that hand on the ground. From their a wave of blue electricity sparks from Hotaru's feet, and expands in a circle like fashion, with blue elecritcal currents rising from the ground as the circle expands covering at most 30 yrd radius. The circle moves as Hotaru moves, and anyone caught in the cirlcle is electrocuted and possibly paralized. ~Lightning~ B-rank

11.Raiton - Raigeki no Yoroi (Lightning Strike Armor)
Raigeki no Yoroi is a ninjutsu using the lightning element. Hotaru summons a plume of lightning from the heavens, coating their body's into close range armor.

12.Suiton - Mizu no Muchi (Whip of Water)- Mizu no Muchi is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a whip. Hotaru can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute their opponent. The whip will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing Hotaru to whip the crap out of little kids. ~Water....and possibly lightning~ D-rank

13.Chakra Hadou no Jutsu(Chakra Surge Jutsu)- Hotaru releases a small amount of electricity from his hands that flows out in the form of tiny sparks that are able to stun enemies for a brief period of time, but also cause light damage. ~Lightning~ C-rank

14.Dengeki no jutsu(Electric Shock Jutsu)- Hotaru leaps into the air and shoots out small sparks to stun an enemy then, releases moderate volts of electric chakra firm his mouth that fly down like mini lighting bolts to inflict damage upon an enemy. ~Lightning~ B-rank

15.Raiton: Hiryuu Chidori no Jutsu(Lightning Release: Flying plover Dragon technique)- After quickly making an incomplete chidori attack in his hand Hotaru runs forward and thrusts his hand up. This results in a lightning dragon attack that sweeps around the opponent and shocks them severely causing moderate damage. This jutsu has 100% accuracy when water is nearby, or it is raining outside.....or inside for that matter.~Lightning~ B-rank

16.Raiton: Myaku Baasuto no Jutsu(Lightning Release: Pulse Burst Jutsu)- This is both a taijutsu and ninjutsu skill that involves covering the base of the feet, or hands with electricity to cause a shock that disrupts the nerves in an opponent when they are hit. This can cause paralysis, and in some cases instant death……..~Lightning~ A-rank

17.Thunder Coil Jutsu: Hotaru generates a wave of electricity that starts as a straight line, but quickly latches onto an opponent and coils around them, causing massive damage by electrocuting them. This jutsu can also be used by wrapping it around an opponent, to prevent movement for they would get shocked by touching it. ~Lightning~ B-rank

18.Bukujutsu(sky dance skill, fly)-This is the technique that allows the user to fly, float or walk in the air while controlling his/her chakra. Daaku explains that anyone with sufficient power and the proper training can learn the ability. Hotaru simply controls his energy and pushes out from underneath him allowing him to fly. ~None~

19.Lightning Spout Jutsu- Hotaru forms two giant bubbles of water under the opponents feet that burst out of the ground and spray then from beneath with high pressure water blasts that knock the into the air. Hotaru’s last hand sign that activated the jutsu also makes sure that the orbs of lightning he threw also are a guaranteed hit. The water only attracts the electricity because of the impurities in the dirt. ~Lighning, Water~ C-rank

20.Name: Raiton - Rairyuu no Tatsumaki (Lightning Dragon Tornado)- Rairyuu no Tatsumaki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. Hotaru does a long string of hand seals which then causes a bolt of lightning to drop from the sky. The current will be contained within and around the Hotaru's form. He will then begin to spin in place forming a whirling vortex of wind and electricity. The vortex will take on the form of a pheonix and strike out against his opponent. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target. ~Lightning~ A-Rank

21.Raiton: Lightning Arrow- Hotaru opens his palms, and concentrates on his chakra, forming an arrow in his hand. Hotaru enters his lightnig element, and a lightning arrow shoots out of his palm. After used once, arrows will shoot out at will, needing no more concentration. The jutsu lasts for 24 hours, then in order to use the jutsu once more, Hotaru would need to concentrate again. ~Lightning~ C-rank



Forbidden Jutsu:

1.Raiton: Senhappa(Lightning Release: Energy Destroyer)- A supercharged version of the Senhappa jutsu. In this style it is charged for longer than normal and upon being fire, is done so one handed, so that the other hand fires a concentrated stream of electric chakra than can be as high as 36,000 volts. This extra energy makes it so that anybody hit with the attack is instantly paralyzed and also fried by the intense voltage…………just think about the nasty, blistered, bubbling skin………~Lightning~ S-rank

2.Water Drain Jutsu:- The jutsu uses up a lot of Hotaru's chakra. Hotaru concentrates on the water that is inside the opponents body. Since the human body consists of 70% water, it would be devastating if it were to be drained. After Hotaru has complete concentration on the opponent, he drains most, or all the water from the opponent. Since he has to have complete concentration on the opponent, he has to find someway to have his opponent completely still. ~Water~ S-rank

Name: Raito Arashi

Age: 23

Personality: Thanks to his upbringing, Arashi is by nature very non-serious. He doesn't believe in planning your entire life out or being overtly serious about this shinobi business. Yes, shinobi work is important but sometimes you need to take everything day by day and enjoy life as it passes you by. Happily cheerful by nature and with a humorous glint in his eye, Arashi is very friendly and approachable. He also has a joker’s streak in him.

And there is one thing Arashi is very serious about, nay probably the only thing Arashi is serious about. Never mess with his village, never mock it for Raito Arashi loves his village and would do anything for it. His father instilled this love in him a long time ago, and he had vowed that he would always defend it.

Also there is also another thing that stands out. Arashi is overly cocky. He believes he can beat anyone no matter how powerful they are. The person could be the strongest ninja in the entire world but, that wouldn’t matter to Arashi because he would still believe that he is the stronger shinobi.

Weapons: Kunai, and Shuriken

Henskie: Henskie is a katana created from onyx and a stone of pure chakra. It is a sentient weapon only allowing Arashi to wield it because his dark chakra matches up with it’s own chakra. If anyone other then Arashi grips the handle of the Henskie then it will begin to drain that person’s chakra and add it to it’s own. It can even give Arashi chakra in times of need. It also has the ability to unleash thin blades of chakra from the blade.

Burakkuai- This is a special genetic trait passed down through the Raito clan. The users have dark purple eyes with a black pupil. When the Burakkuai is activated it is characterized by the eyes turning pitch black with no iris, or pupil.

When the Burakkuai is activated the user can detect the slightest movement from right next to them, to a radius of about 400 meters. The Burakkuai also gives the user the ability to see through basically any matter over extremely long distances. This seems to be a combination of x-ray and thermographic vision.

It also grants Arashi incredible clarity of perception, allowing him to track fast-moving objects with great clarity and even predict the subsequent movements of those objects. This perception also is great enough to see through genjutsu and has the ability to observe the movement and flow of chakra, but not to the same extent or clarity as a Kekkei Genkai such as the Byakugan. Additionally, the Burakkuai grants the user exceptional analytical powers, allowing them to instinctively pick up on various visual clues with little difficulty.

Other than these abilities by using the Burakkuai, Arashi gains increased speed and his control over darkness is increased 10 fold as to where he can actually create a creature made out of his darkness.

Raito taijutsu: The Raito style of taijtsu is extremely intense and involves fierce attacks that are usually started with the rotation of the body. It uses the Raito KG to pay close attention to an enemy and hit them where they are vulnerable, usually with a well placed kick that can lead to devastating combos. Also incorporated in the this taijutsu is the use of counter taijutsu which allows for high damage when countering an attack. When taking light damage propels the body to take more damage and when Raito's take damage their bodies forcefully exert chakra causing more damage. Arashi has also learned counter ninjutsu. Arashi uses an amount of chakra to catch a ninjutsu used against him and form it into another jutsu, or fire the same jutsu back with even more power and force, but unlike the counter taijutus this uses lots of chakra. The jutsu also puts strain on the user's ability to release their own jutsu(chakra not included). This means that the more ninjutsu that are countered the harder it is to use chakra to deflect chakra. Really powerful jutsu are hard to counter as or abnormal chakra types.

Extra (if you character is a medical ninja or anbu etc.): Arashi was once ANBU but, has returned to Konoha as a Jounin a couple years ago. He is also part of the counsel.

Bio: Arashi is the child of Raito Toruma and Tokihara Kina. Arashi was the next Raito in line to receive the family trait but, it wasn't active yet. It was during age 6 when Arashi began his training with his father. He had also joined the academy as well though he spent more time with his father. His father trained him to the brink of death. Every day was a living hell in for Arashi during his training sessions with his father. It was during one of his training sessions that Arashi was almost killed causing his Burakuai to activate and saving his life.

Because of his Burakkuai and his father's training, Arashi graduated early and at the top of his class. He was named number 1 genin in Konoha. Instead of being assigned a jounin squad leader, Arashi was assigned to his father who was ironically already training with him. His training continued and he began to learn his father's jutsu. They were powerful and his genin body could most of the jutsu he learned from his father. Soon he had to take the Chunnin Exams where he met a girl named Sheena.

He protected her during the forest of death and he rooted for her during the prelim fights. When it was his turn Arashi won his match flawlessly thanks to his training. During the month before the finals, Arashi continued to train and got to know Sheena better. They soon fell in love and were going out. Soon the month was up and the finals began. During the finals, he had to face a byakugan user named Avin. Their battle was amazing but, Arashi proved to be the more talented of the two.

After the finals had ended, Arashi had become a Chunnin along with Sheena. Things seemed to go by fine. At age 16, Arashi had become a jounin rather quickly. His talent went a long way. It was when Arashi turned 18 that his love for his father wavered. Toruma decided to leave Konoha for Dawn. Arashi became enraged and tried to stop his father. It did not bode well for Arashi since he wasn't thinking straight and lost badly. He had to stay in the hospital for two days after his defeat since his mother began healing him with her medical jutsu. This started his hate for his father and the Dawn Village.

After getting out of the hospital, Arashi started his training again. He took high ranked missions every so often to keep his skill in check. 2 years later, his life was almost destroyed. There was an attack on the Leaf village. During this attack, Sheena was killed along with the unborn baby inside her. When Arashi saw this, his advanced dojutsu, Kage Burakkaui, was activated and Arashi killed every last one of the intruders. After this incident, Arashi began to cry for the first time over his love and unborn child. He was offered a position as an ANBU. Arashi buried his love first and then took up the offer in hopes of this never happening again.

During his ANBU years, Arashi learned how to control darkness at will. He was quite gifted but, he never took the role as Head of ANBU because he didn't feel he should do it. After his three years as ANBU, Arashi has returned to Konoha during it's time of need. Now on the counsel and back to jounin status, Arashi is ready to protect his village.

Jutsus:

Taijutsus:

Raito taijutsu: The Raito style of taijtsu is extremely intense and involves fierce attacks that are usually started with the rotation of the body. It uses the Raito KG to pay close attention to an enemy and hit them where they are vulnerable, usually with a well placed kick that can lead to devastating combos. Also incorporated in the this taijutsu is the use of counter taijutsu which allows for high damage when countering an attack. When taking light damage propels the body to take more damage and when Raito's take damage their bodies forcefully exert chakra causing more damage. Arashi has also learned counter ninjutsu. Arashi uses an amount of chakra to catch a ninjutsu used against him and form it into another jutsu, or fire the same jutsu back with even more power and force, but unlike the counter taijutus this uses lots of chakra. The jutsu also puts strain on the user's ability to release their own jutsu(chakra not included). This means that the more ninjutsu that are countered the harder it is to use chakra to deflect chakra. Really powerful jutsu are hard to counter as or abnormal chakra types.

Reverse Lotus: This jutsu is an advanced and more destructive version of the Front Lotus, which requires that at least three chakra gates be opened (in every instance in which it has been used, five gates are opened). Once enough gates are open, the user launches the target into the air and hits them with one arm and one foot, sending the target crashing into the ground. This is usually fatal due to the speed and power behind the attack. Because so many chakra gates are opened at once, it can only be used once, since the user will likely be unable to stand afterward. Arashi can use the reverse lotus without the use of gates but, it's not as powerful. B-rank

Million Pierce strike: Using quick speed, this technique thrusts out a sword to strike multiple locations. Because of the quick speed of the strikes, no one has been able to tell how many times Arashi attacks or which way each attack would be coming from. A-rank

Dancing Blade: Arashi slashes multiple times, with such speed that it appears his arm and blade are teleporting from position to position, the dark chakra flares giving the attack it's name. A-rank

Ninjutsus:

Kage Katana no jutsu: Like the Wind blade jutsu, the user creates a shadow blade and slashs the enemy. This move jutsu requires no tool and is unblockable and only able to be dodged. B-rank

Darkness blend jutsu: Due to his dark chakra, it enables him to completely blend into shadows. Whenever he focuses chakra to a certain part of his body and puts it in a shadow it becomes completely invisible. He can also infuse chakra into any object to yield the same effect. He uses this to also conceal his clothes and weaponry, even other people in the shadows. Rank: C

Darkness synch jutsu: Can merge with a shadow and emerge from anywhere on the shadow. (The best way to explain this would be like how Kurenai uses the genjutsu on Itachi and comes out of the tree – Arashi can ‘come out’ of the shadow in the same way) This uses a large amount of chakra, depending on how far Arashi travels inside the shadow. Rank: B

Dark light Jutsu: Uses a huge amount of chakra to create an orb that shines darkness instead of light, which allows Arashi to use some of his more powerful jutsu during the day, or in greatly lit places. Amount of chakra used is proportional to the distance that gets covered in darkness. Lasts an hour at best, can be cancelled anytime. Rank: C

Dark Clone jutsu: A different version of the dark clone jutsu created by Arashi. These clones are made out of darkness or Arashi’s own dark chakra. They can take the appearance of anyone the user so chooses and they do it perfectly. When created with Arashi’s dark chakra, the Byakugan nor Sharingan can tell if the clone is the real person or a fake. It is as strong as the original user and takes up only a minimal amount of chakra. A dark clone can only be destroyed by fire or light jutsu. If hit by melee attacks or elemental jutsu, the clone will just reshape. A-rank

Multi Dark Clone Jutsu- Same as Dark Clone Jutsu but lots more clones. Uses more chakra though. A-rank

Dark Healing jutsu - By using the darkness, Arashi can actually heal his body. Depending on how much chakra Arashi uses, he can heal minor wounds, serious wounds, fatigue, and even poisons and the like. A-rank

Senhappa( Energy Destroyer)- Energy is gathered into the space between the cupped hands, the hands are drawn back to a user's side where they gather chakra into the space between the hands. It consists of firing a large ball of energy propelled by a powerful beam of bluish white energy.

Shatter Senhappa Wave- The Senhappa is formed like normal, but the amount of chakra gathered is much more than normal. It’s gathered in amounts that pertain to a Chou Senhappa, but when released it soars towards a target, but the chakra shoots off in different directions that seek out chakra signatures to hit other projectile attacks, or ninja………..

Dark Senhappa Wave- The Senhappa is formed like normal, but the amount of chakra gathered is much more than normal and mixed in with darkness or Arashi's dark chakra. The power of the senhappa wave is doubled and is actually able to rip a person in two. As it travels, the ground is ripped apart from the very force of the senhappa. The senhappa wave becomes black with tints of blue.

Tenmahagi no Jutsu(Devil Grasp Technique)- Tendrils of dark matter wrap around the users arms and legs to restrict movement and cut of chakra flow by using smaller tendrils to pierce vital chakra points.

Yasha Houyou: Kaihoutsume no Jutsu(Female Demon's Embrace: Open claw technique)- A large gnarled black claw erupts from the ground below the opponent and flips then into the air. They get ripped across each nail and then thrown aside like a rag doll after the jutsu is over.

Yasha Houyou: Heitantsume no Jutsu(Female Demon's Embrace: Closed End Claw Technique)-Once again a gnarled black claw erupts from the ground and envelopes the target. It slices them, but soon after the claw rapidly closes quickly crushing the victim and making a fountain of entrails and or blood visible as the claw finishes closing.

Yasha Houyou: shuredda nirentotsu(Female Demon's Embrace: Double Shredder)- A portal opens above the enemy and a bloody black claw springs out and slashes the opponent and throws the enemy over to a space where the air rips apart and another claw ravages the enemy making blood splash across the area. Finally the 2 claws rush in, latch on and shred the enemy.~Dark~ B-rank

Meiton: Madan-Suto(Dark Release: Magic Bullet Strike)- This jutsu starts off much like the Angel Disk Jutsu, but these disks are made of dark energy and fire powerful bullet size and shaped bursts of chakra at an enemy. The spinning disks can also widen and connect to form a repellant shield.~Darkness~ C-rank

Kage Rasengan - After learning the rasengan from his father, Arashi could never grasp the concept of using light chakra so, he put his own spin on it by using dark chakra to create this rasengan. Once Arashi creates a stable rasengan it becomes self-sustaining, so Arashi does not need to provide any more chakra after forming it. The force of the spinning chakra grinds into whatever it touches causing major damage. Arashi can also release the spinning chakra, creating a violent explosive force at the point of contact that goes in multiple directions. Also with the added power of dark chakra, the rasengan has high destructive force allowing to actually put a hole through an enemy. To make creating this easier, Arashi can make use of dark clones. The Kage rasengan is black in appearance. S-rank

Genjutsus: none

Bloodline Limit Jutsus:

Burakkuai- This is a special genetic trait passed down through the Raito clan. The users have dark purple eyes with a black pupil. When the Burakkuai is activated it is characterized by the eyes turning pitch black with no iris, or pupil.

When the Burakkuai is activated the user can detect the slightest movement from right next to them, to a radius of about 400 meters. The Burakkuai also gives the user the ability to see through basically any matter over extremely long distances. This seems to be a combination of x-ray and thermographic vision.

It also grants Arashi incredible clarity of perception, allowing him to track fast-moving objects with great clarity and even predict the subsequent movements of those objects. This perception also is great enough to see through genjutsu and has the ability to observe the movement and flow of chakra, but not to the same extent or clarity as a Kekkei Genkai such as the Byakugan. Additionally, the Burakkuai grants the user exceptional analytical powers, allowing them to instinctively pick up on various visual clues with little difficulty.

Other than these abilities by using the Burakkuai, Arashi gains increased speed and his control over darkness is increased 10 fold as to where he can actually create a creature made out of his darkness.

Kage Burrakuai - This is Arashi's advanced version of his dojutsu. Two yellow katanas go down the middle of his eyes, facing the opposite direction of eachother. It is more powerful allowing Arashi to see for 800 meters. It grants ridiculous clarity and perception, allowing ability to track even faster than lightning moving objects with great clarity and predict the subsequent movements of those objects, in large time frames before they occur. Arashi's chakra mixes with darkness encasing his body in dark chakra. His speed is increased to levels that even the Sharingan and Byakugan can barely track him and those with stronger dojutsu find it harder to track him. His dark justu also become more powerful.

Forbidden Jutsus:

Enchou Rasengan - A very, very advanced technique original to only Arashi. Using a normal Rasengan, he puts all his chakra into the Rasengan, making it grow very large. Arashi slams the Rasengan into the ground. It then grows into a large dome around him, seemingly creating a Rasengan dome. Anything, and everything in it, is struck far beyond five hundred times, including Arashi. As of now, this jutsu has no rank.

Furious Rasengan: This jutsu is only original to Arashi. He first creates a normal rasengan with his wind chakra infused into it. He then infuses his dark chakra into the rasengan causing it to become very unstable but, powerful non the less. The more dark chakra infused into the Furious Rasengan, the bigger it grows, the more unstable it becomes, but the more powerful it becomes. If Arashi uses too much dark chakra then it will drain Arashi of all his chakra leaving him unable to fight nor even able to move. He can only use it twice a day because if he uses it a third time then his arm will break from the sheer power of the Furious Rasengan. It has yet to be ranked.

Rasengan Sword: Arashi first creates a normal rasengan and then pushes it against the blade of Henskie causing it to mix with the chakra of the sword and making the rasengan form around the blade. The rasengan hasn’t fully mixed with the sword’s chakra meaning the attack hasn’t even been mastered yet. Arashi has been able to launch the rasengan from the blade in a wide sweep for mid-long range attacks. Has yet to be ranked.

Burning Corona Jutsu- a large ring of darkness appears and floats above the enemy, but does nothing. Daaku kicks them in the face and jumps above the ring sending hundreds of fire balls into it at once and then grabs the rings edge. As if the ring is connected to another dimension Daaku pulls it across the air and mere feet from his enemy "opens" the ring where the fireballs fly out and practically incinerate the enemy with intense heat and the combined force of hundreds of burning black fireballs.~Fire, Dark~

Age: 18

Personality: Avin will sometimes get a little of a temper but is mostly calm. His words will sometimes hurt feelings. He doesn't care about a lot and won't care for just anyone. Avin will sometimes think he is the leader but might not be. If he puts his mind to something he will do whatever it takes to do it. Avin is mostly a nice person and will always think something out instead of doing something random. He always tries to push himself harder and tries to get perfect at everything he does.

Avin can be lazy and unwilling to do something at certain times. He can become a nice person but may seem a little aggressive or rough if you don’t know him. He can be smart when he wants to but doesn’t always show it. He is never in the same mood for awhile and even though Avin is cocky at times he will always think before doing something and always has a strategy.

Bio:
Avin was born in the Hidden Leaf Village by his father named, Taro and his mother named, Lucy who had both been good Jounin known in the shinobi world. His mother and father after became ANBU and at Avin started to live with his Grandma and Grandpa while they were on missions. His father was born a mintue before his younger brother meaning he was in the Main Branch family. When his father and mother had traveled to the Village of Dawn and his father sacrificed his life so Avin’s mother could escape. His mother had discovered that she had been pregnant a little before the mission and finally waited for her next child. When Avin heard that his father died he started to be in depression since he always wanted to be like his father and become a Jounin. He wanted his father to train him when he was older. Then a month or two later his mother had given birth to another son named Luke but his mother died from the birth.

Now Avin and his younger brother had been homeless until his Grandma and Grandpa had adopted them into their home and taught them how to become good shinobi. Avin loved living with his Grandparents it seemed better than when he was living with his parents at times. The best part was that his Grandparents weren’t shinobi anymore so they were always there to care for him and his brother meaning they could help them more. Avin knew that his Grandparents were old and would probably become sick and die in a few years but his brother; Luke didn’t want to realize that since he didn’t want to be alone. Avin made the best of the time and had become amazingly powerful ninja at the age of five.

Avin knew that he would soon be enrolled at the Academy which would be exciting. Even though Luke was two years younger than Avin he was still progressing at the same rate that Avin was. As expected his Grandpa had become sick a few months before Avin was going to start going to the Academy. Sadly Avin and Luke had to take care of him more than his Grandma did since she was old. Luke didn’t mind but Avin did since he wouldn’t be able to learn as much as the other students or progress as much as he normally would. Finally the day had come and Avin started his first day at the academy and it had been easier than he thought it would be. He graduated that same year and he was only eight years old.

When Avin was a Genin it was just as easy as being an academy student. His team had been amazing and the Jounin had been nice but also strong. That same year Luke had started to Academy and was doing great. Avin’s squad had been great and his Jounin teacher, Calvin thought they were ready for the Chuunin Exams. This is what Avin was waiting for all his time. The written test seemed to be the easiest part for Avin and the other two members in his squad since they all passed it with Jounin impressed with their IQ.

Then came the forest part of the Chuunin test. His team had surprised another team and quickly defeated them and took their scroll. Even though they had been attacked from other teams close to the area where they were suppose to arrive or go to. They were the first team there and broke the record of the fastest team. Luckily they went right to the third part instead of having to fight then. Which gave Avin time to train but sadly his grandparents had died leaving Luke and Avin to care for themselves. The brothers hadn’t worried at all since they found a home quickly and liked it.

The day had come and the third part started. Avin had to fight someone from the Sand village which was a somewhat of a hard battle but Avin got by it by stopping the ninja’s chakra circulation. Leaving the ninja to only close combat and that is where Avin won. The rest of his team won and finally became Chuunin a month later. That is when his brother became a Genin and but then Avin returned home one night and saw his brother getting slaughtered by a ninja from another village. Avin tried to atleast see who the person was but sadly the ninja had just attacked Avin but for some reason someone saved Avin before he died. When Avin was in the forest one day he got bitten on his neck and got the curse mark. At first he didn't know how to use it but over time lived with it.

Avin spent a month in the hospital for what happened to him and what happened to his brother and seeing how he died. Avin was never the same after that day but still went along with his life somehow. He was an impressive Chuunin at the age of ten and only failed two missions overall. Avin had then been assigned to be a teacher at the Academy but it would be kinda weird probably being younger than everyone there but was teaching them.

A year had passed but finally he got back to doing missions since he wanted to become a Jounin or even more. Two years later his he had turned fourteen at was the first person of his old team to become a Jounin. Things had gotten exciting starting than since now he would be training his own team and also be doing A- Ranked missions now. Avin used the bell test like other Jounin and his first team had been ok so Avin let them be in the Chuunin exams but sadly they couldn’t pass the forest part. His second team had been much better and reminded him of when he was a Genin. They went all the way to the third part of the exam but didn’t become Chuunin till next year.

For a year and a half Avin became a ANBU and helped the Hokage and did S- Ranked missions the other ANBU were surprised at his age but they got over it seeing how good he was. Avin had gotten tattooed of his arm since he had been a ANBU but finally he quit but since he use to be a ANBU he was stronger than the rest of the Jounin. Avin liked teaching Genin but finally did more missions. Avin is now seventeen and had become a great Jounin but he still wishes that his brother or family was he to see him. He is known around the shinobi world for being a amazing ninja. Now he is deciding who he should fight for and is getting ready for the war.Over time Avin became a ANBU again because of how exciting it was to him.He sometimes acts like a Jounin but doesn't teach Genin as a teacher but will help people sometimes.

Jutsus:

Taijutsu
All Direction, High Volume (many) Shuriken Firing- Technique created by Naruto which follows Kage Bunshin no Jutsu. The Clones throw shuriken from all directions, creating a devastating attack.

Inner Decapitation Skill- The user hides beneath the ground, and reaches up to grab their opponent. The opponent is then pulled under the ground, up to their chin, allowing the head to be subject to more powerful jutsu.

Shadow Leaf Dance-A technique that first sends the opponent airborne while the user attaches to the opponent's shadow, leaving the opponent vulnerable to stronger attacks.

Lion Combo-A series of powerful punches and kicks, finished by knocking the opponent into the ground.

Pain of a Thousand Years- A technique where the user sneaks up behind his opponent, and performs a very powerful asspoke.

Ninjutsu

Body freeze skill- Used to immobilize enemies. Stops them and freezes them in their tracks.

Body substitute skill- It's implied in the name. The user switches his or her body with a plant, animal or anything for that matter. This is used to escape dangerous situations such as many sharp projectiles being flung at the person. Sometimes you can damage your opponent with this attack even.

Chakra Absorption- This jutsu allows the user to absorb the opponent's chakra by putting his palm on the enemy. To activate this extraordinary ability the user has to concentrate a considerable amount of chakra into his hand, making a soft blue flame appear around it. The greatest disadvantage of this ability is that the user has to make contact in order to drain chakra.

Earth Element; Earth Dragon Missile- A technique that follows up the Earth River Slide technique, a shape of a dragon is pulled out of the mud in which the dragon opens its mouth and then spits missiles made out of mud to hit the opponent. This technique is usually followed up by Karyuudan.

Earth Element; Earth Rising Wall- A jutsu which when performed, allows the user to spew mud from their mouth, which grows into a large wall or hard earthen material. This wall is able to block most other jutsus, and its extremely durable.

Earth Element; Moving Land River- A earth elemental technique, which forms a mud land slide which then pushes the enemy back and then stops them from moving with the pressure of the out going mud direction. This technique is usually the beginning to the Earth Element, Dragon Missile attack.

Fire Element, Phoenix Fire- A technique where the user blows multiple fire balls from his mouth. It can also be combined with throwing weapons, which creates weapons engulfed in flames.

Fire Element; Dragon Fire Technique- A powerful technique which will surround the user by flames. Out of those flames comes a very powerful beam of fire.

Fire Element; Fire Dragon Flame Blast-A jutsu that sends a stream of fire towards the opponent, in the shape of a large dragon, from the user’s mouth.

Fire Element; Fire Dragon Missile- A mixed elemental technique which follows up the Earth Elemental, Dragon missile. The user then spits out a flame of fire to engulf the earth missiles to turn them into fire missiles and bombard the opponent.

Fire Element; Grand Fireball-A technique where the user blows a large ball of fire from his mouth.

Poison Gas- The user breathes a large amount of Posion gas from their mouth, and anyone the breathes it in will be instantly Posioned.

Light Element; Light Strikes- A jutsu that makes/forms what look like bullets made out of light. They speed at the target at a high speed hitting or strike the target at several places.

Shadow clones- Unlike the regular bunshin no jutsu, Kage bunshin creates real clones, not just illusions. The power and chakra of the user is evenly distributed among the clones depending how many there are. This makes it impossible to decipher which is the real body. This clone can also attack. If this clone recieves a direct hit, it will disappear. This is treated as a forbidden jutsu but many advanced shinobi still know it. It is mainly a jounin level technique.

Water Element, Water Wave-A jutsu which creates water out of nowhere and then thrases it all over the place drowning the opponent and slamming them into solid surfaces. The attack requires a high amount of chakra to be performed.

Wind Blade- Creates a blade of wind that is impossible to block. Requires no tool to perform.

Water Element; Water Barrier Wall-Creates a blast of water from the mouth, usually used to block fire type attacks.

Water Element; Water Dragon Blast- Creates a large dragon shape formed from a large amount of spinning water. The dragon form is sent towards your opponent for a powerful attack. This jutsu can only be performed when near a large body of water.

Summoning Jutsu- After signing a contract in blood the user is able to summon a beast. He is able to summon dogs.

Genjutsus

Dispel-A jutsu that destroys/cancels out an illusionary jutsu attempted on the use

Clone skill- Everyone is required to know this. Requirement to Graduate as a Gennin. This is a basic jutsu. It creates illusions of the caster, in other words: clones. These are basic clones that aren't real. If they are hit by something, they automatically disappear.

Death Walk- A jutsu that makes you think you are dead making you go crazy most likely. The person will see themselves getting killed someone so they think they are dead.

Forbidden Jutsus

Double Snake Assassination-This technique is a murder-suicide technique. Both the opponent and the user must die. This is also why it is treated as a forbidden jutsu.


Bloodline Limit Jutsus
Protection of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms- Combination of the Hyuga clan's most powerful techniques. With it the user emits streams of chakra from their palms to create extremely sharp blades that they can use to hit any target in her field of vision. Due to the speed at which these blades move, the amount of control she has over them, as well as their ability to manipulate their size, and their own flexibility, The user can use this technique to attack and defend simultaneously.

Byakugan- Byakugan, one of the Bloodline Limits the Hyuuga clan possesses. It’s a jutsu activated in the eyes, much like the Sharingan. But if we look at its ability of insight alone, it exceeds the sharingan. This jutsu allows the user's vision to see a full 360 degrees. Byakugan also has the ability to view the inner coil system of a person's body, and in advanced cases, the chakra holes. Because of this, Byakugan is used in combination with Hyuuga’s Style Taijutsu. Attacking the inner organs, disabling or even killing their opponent, without even hitting them.

Divination Field, 64 Strikes- Using a highly advanced form of Byakugan, the user is able to see the chakra holes on a person's body. And by using Hyuuga’s Taijutsu Style, he then closes all main chakra holes with quick blows, stopping the flow of chakra through one's body.

Hyuuga Style Taijutsu (Gentle Fist)- Hyuuga’s special jyuken-type hand-to-hand combat style, passed down from generation to generation. It causes damage by releasing chakra from the chakra hole in your hand, directly damaging the opponents Inner Coils System. It’s used in combination with the Byakugan since the inner coils system’s tenkutsus can’t be seen without some kind of special eyes. Even the most subtle blow can prove to be devastating.

Heavenly Spin- Another 'absolute defense'. At the exact moment when a blow is landed on the body, large amounts of chakra are expelled from the chakra holes around the body. With that force, the user’s body spins like a top. The combined efforts of the released chakra and the spin, first deflect the attack, then throw the opponent backwards.

Hakke Kuushou - Eight Divination Signs Air Palm- Hakke Kuushou is a ranged Taijutsu technique utilized by Hyuuga Neji. Extending chakra from his body, Neji will thrust his palm at his target. This will send out an invisible wave of chakra which can knock his opponent back. It is unknown if this wave can also collapse his target's tenketsu points

Eight Divination Signs, One-Hundred and Twenty-Eight Palms of the Hand- Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline. Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou is a variation of Hakke Rokujuuyonshou, a technique passed down through the main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to make nearly double the normal 126 strikes, striking 254 times against their individual foe or opponents. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 and finally 128 times.

Clan/Bloodline: Aeringan (Similar to Sharingan, except for the copying, and it is blue, not red. It's ability allows you to not only anticipate, but know you opponets next move. It also powers up certain Jutsu)

Bio: Ashido Aruna was born and raised in the Sand Village. As a young boy, he got into what his parents made for a living, battle puppets. By the age oh 5, he could fully control a puppet without any problems. By the age of 8, he could fully activate his clans kekkei genkai, the Aeringan. Ashido was truely an amazing child in the Aruna clan.

At age 12, he left to go train with a Jonin in the Sand Village named "Kankuro" for two years. They trained non stop in the art of puppetry. Ashido even picked up some new Jutsu when he was traveling. Those two years have passed and now Ashido is returing home, hopping to see his family again. He is currently walking home along side Kankuro.

Jutsus:

Puppet Mastery Jutsu- allows the user to conrtol a battle puppet with chakra strings.

Summoning Jutsu: Kamatari- SUmmong the one eyed weasle, Kamatari, who uses a sickle.

Rasegara: Dark Lightning(own Jutsu)- Similar to Chidori and Lightning Blade, this Jutsu covers the users arm in chakra which looks like electricity. But this one looks like black lighting. It draws power from the shadows and darkness. The more shadows or the darker it is, the more powerful the technique.

Genjutsu-

Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique- the user makes the area not what it seems to his enemy.

Demonic Illusion: Descending Hell Technique- It appears as if a ball of fire is decending fromt he sky.

Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique- the user makes the enemy see a terrifying vision

Taijutsu-

Eight Gates- can go up to the 3rd gate.

Primarry Lotus- User wraps the opponet in tape in the air and spirals down and throws them at the ground.

Adult's Play(own)- A remake of Itachi's "Child's Play" move. It is preformed by kneeing the enemy in the stomach, punching them there, grabbing them by the neck, three slaps to the face, a punch to the face, kneeing them in the stomach again, and finaly kicking them away. The user also has an option of teleporting behind the enemy when they are flying back and clothes lining them.

Personality:
Kisuke pertains many qualities like that of his father Rayex Kunokai, with just a hint of perversion as any man would be a sap if they didn't possess that quality. Kisuke is really open and forward with his ambitions, goals, and such as could quite possibly be the next kage of the hidden dawn village.

Appearance:
Having grown to from 5'1'' to a steady 5'10'' Kisuke has longer white hair that reaches down past his shoulders just a little bit. His eyes are both solid silver, but sometimes revert to a crimson filled lust when incorporated by his fully matured shirubaai eye. Hair a silky white that seems to stretch down his back a little but is tucked underneath the collar of his clothing tied back into a ponytail.

His clothing reside to a short black zipped vest with an orange undershirt and pertruding collar with the fan of the Uchiha Clan with double kunai knives forming an 'X' behind the fan on his back. His matching shorts are also black cut just below the knees. There are two pouches to carry shinobi tools with being that Kisuke is at constant to stay prepared now a days. The Konoha forehead protector of his own occupies his forehead with black cloth and above that a pair of ridiculous black goggles with orange lens. On his wrist are orange wrist bands with black circles that have the symbol of fire on them. His shoes are much more open than the normal sandals as a strap loops around the foot and somewhat up above the ankle.

His face has a strong dispositon, and some remains to be said as he portrays fairly toned skin. In some cases he has been mistaken for Jiraiya from the back view of is head, but facial features with a good enough look say otherwise with appearance issues are by mistake.

Kagure Katana: Onyx Blade
The updated Katana blade that Kisuke recieved from his previous teacher Ichimaku Hatsu who was responsible for breaking his last one in the first place. Its sharpened blade and conductive properties match his lightning chakra and his own unique traits. With the white noisei current he can can channel it into his black blade and increase the cutting power. The blade was forged with a hint of Kisuke's black chakra giving it that last minute defense as its was his strongest chakra excess at the time of being created.

Kunai Knives: The basic ninja tool for all shinobi, mostly introduced to young Genin. A sharp daggerlike weapon to carve up enemies and opponents.

Demon Wind Shuriken: A shuriken shaped into the form of a windmill, excellent for cutting through the air and through enemies. Its rotation is what makes it such an impressive ninja tool.

Shuriken and Wire: One of the starter ninja tools used in various combinations. Shuriken are the equivalent of darts to be thrown can more or less immobilize an opponent temporarily. With the wire attached it can pin an opponent to a tree or rock and launch a jutsu to follow.

Sand Gourd: Self explanitory, being that it was given to him by Sano-daifu for the purposed of doing loose and manipulation. Over the time spent with Daaku-senpai this sort of enhanced from what was done in the past.

Soldier pills: A clever shinobi pill developed by working Konoha shinobi. Chakra surplus suppressed into a tiny pill when consumed gives the user the strength to fight for three days and nights straight. As the digestive tract breaks the outer wall of the pill, chakra is poured into the central spiral matrix of the chakra system and spreads rapidly for that necessary boost. At a time, a shinobi of atleast chuunin level carries two pills per member on a four man platoon.

Quad Shuriken: A massive sized shuriken about ten times bigger than a normal shuriken. Its pretty basic except for adapting to the weight of the shuriken to be thrown rapidly as it slices the air when thrown.

Shirubaai (Silver Eye)

A special Dojutsu or eye trait that offers amazing insight, possessing a combination of the Sharingan and the Burakkuai clarity together melding a new trait. A silver eye, composed of at the max four tomoe seals, each of which indicate the matured eye of the user. With its characteristics of the sharingan, it can memorize a ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as his own. In order to reproduce copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. Same with the drawbacks of not being able to reproduce kekkei genkai jutsu as well as blood contract summons which are things these eyes are not able to copy.

The Shirubaai also grants the user incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to track fast-moving objects with ease and even predict the subsequent movements of those objects. The ability to track and predict movement is largely based on individual skill, as unskilled users have much more trouble tracking fast-moving objects. A fully-evolved Shirubaai eye can track all but the quickest opponents, even if the user can't move at the same speed. This perception is also great enough to see through genjutsu, depending upon the skill of the user, and the ability to observe the movement and flow of chakra, but not to the same extent or clarity as the Byakugan. Additionally, the Shirubaai grants the user exceptional analytical powers, allowing them to instinctively pick up on various visual clues with little difficulty.

Finally, the Shirubaai is capable of a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent. When used in conjunction with the other aspects of the Shirubaai, this allows the user to perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes, even before they do, making it appear as if the user can see the future.

Now the aspects of the burakkuai, when the Shirubaai is activated the user can detect the slightest movement from right next to them, to a radius of about 500 meters. The Shirubaai also gives the user the ability to see through basically any matter over extremely long distances. This seems to be a combination of x-ray and thermographic vision.

The shirubaai also gives it's user some aspects of a new breed of kekkei genkai jutsu with the use of silver chakra. The influence expands into the sebun daido chakra.

-Seijou Shirubaai
The very second stage of the shirubaai; This expands the vision of the shirubaai's vision to a full scale 900 meters. The three tomoe seals arc together melding across his entire eye making it completely silver. His influence goes full X-ray, thermographic, and additional chakra scope allowing him to gaze upon the color of chakra, the chakra network, and where its expelled, released, and movements that result in how much is used in taijutsu, genjutsu, and ninjutsu. This is powered by pure chakra itself, and in Kisuke's case it's by silver chakra that he came to be born with. Following the increased stage, he retains every component and aspect of the previous stage and so on in the other stages.

Hizumu Shirubaai
This is the third stage of Kisuke's dojutsu, it functions by merging the four tomoe seals into a tetragram resembling a spiraling vortex. When active, Kusuke is capable of quite a few things, he can move his body to a given location or objects to him. How this works is that he does possess characteristics of the sharingan and being that it can copy an image and commit it to memory, from which he can memorize a said location with peak clarity and teleport to that said location. The second way to do this, is a sign of the user's chakra being pinned to an object allowing for quick session in movement to that pinned area traveling to the different dimension where all the summonings happen.

Another effect of the hizumu shirubaai is something called the Spacial Rend. He can open a small rift in the reality with his doujutsu and make the jump to the world where the summonings reside. To the past reflections, this can also be done by the use of the summoning technique dissipating with the user inside. The difference being, on his own, Kisuske is able to return to the reality of the real world with just a shift of the hizumu shirubaai.

-Shirubaaissekigan (Silver Sharp Eye)
Kisuke's shirubaaisekigan activates with all of his tomoe seals converging in the center of his eye all at the same time. The tomoe seals arc in a position at the center swirling together making a spiraling windmill that seems to spin the entire time the shirubaaisekigan is activated. While spinning the shirubaaiekigan gives Kisuke incredible clarity. A special ability in-particular giving him the magnitude to look into the future with peak accuracy. As mere mili-seconds in the real world appear to past several minutes seem to fly by as he peeks ahead to what the recipient as well as Kisuke himself plans to do. In the event that normal shirubaai anticipation of chakra movement fails, Kisuke uses this insight to predict so far ahead that he is capable of altering this vision and nullify attacks that are expected to happen.

The second ability of the shirubaaisekigan is the passage of time stops completely on his whim and his body is free to move about the generalized area. In reality, his body is accelerated to the strike of a bolt of lightning and as he moves appears to be in the same spot to everyone else around him. The ultimate stage of a shirubaai user with this shirubaaisekigan that Kisuke possesses. On the user's whim, the shirubaaisekigan opens a rift in a desired location that forcefully drags a person with the signature chakra of choice into the rift de-localizing them from the physical aspect of reality. In null space, it's as though a person is there and yet there not. They are invisible to the eyes of that world, no doujutsu is capable of detecting the presence of that user except one with the same shirubaaisekigan activated at the time. In null space, physical mass passes straight through that of the recipient. They are incapable of connecting with the physical world, but to go on living as a wandering astral projection of what was once where they lived. In null space at the far corners lie horrific storms of lightning that are all controlled by the user, even more so if the trapped recipient is struck by this plagued power, they become completely erased from existence. Unlike his twin's shirubaaisekigan, he wipes a person from the plane of physical walking and the realm completely. He hasn't really seen his twin's shirubaaisekigan nor as his twin seen his.


Sebun Daido Chikara; 7 Colored Energy:
The shukiri gekke is a chakra irregularity found in extremely isolated portion of the Uchiha Clan. This was a mutation in the chakra system that fills it with seven colored chakra, the way it develops is by a mix of different emotions. The first stage of the Sebun Daido Chikara is that the body has the feeling of the second chakra and burns a mark in the form of a windmill on the user's arm. The first chakra to surface is yellow chakra, this is the first surplus and one of the most unstable, its triggered by great pain and struggle. The second chakra is the green chakra, it is the second phase as the windmill mark expands and engulfs the right arm of the user. It is triggered by jealousy and envy and consumes the weilder with unbridled emotion. The third stage is the release of purple chakra, the mark then spreads across the user's torso and emits the purple glow. It is triggered grief, the feeling that you have failed someone and a helpless thought remains. The fourth stage is the release crimson chakra, the mark receeds down the user's leg and emits a crimson glow. Its triggered by intense levels of anger to match its power. The fifth stage is the release of white chakra, in which the the mark receeds to cover the user's other leg. Triggered by a sense of calm, when the weilder can see the light within their distorted emotion. The sixth stage is the release of black chakra, as the user has felt the calm and seen the goodness inside, their is also a darkened desire connecting them to the evil within. The marks cover the right arm and then scale up the neck. The seventh and final stage is when their is a union with all the chakra, all with the initial blue that everyone has. As they combine the user capable of using them all at the same time in one final assualt dubbed the "Rokirigan" When all chakra stages have been reached and sucessfully unlocked, is user can go in and out of each stage of chakra by wil. Choosing to meld them together to create new and refined jutsu for a new scale of manipulation of chakra.

That seemingly unnoticeable pain. The yellow array of physical and spiritual power encompassed the dome of sand and was then surrounded. Leaking from his right arm, the sebun daido seal took hold as it dispersed seven colors which seemed to expand and build doubling in capacity with each layer, then tripling, then quadrupling, and so on.

Nidaime Ki. [Second Release]

Looming into the fields of jealously. The green layer emerged and briskly solidified unto the skin of the shinobi as that with the yellow layer. With this addition, it greatly heightened the freedom of movement giving his body the capability to handle more dangerous atomic shifts of the shun-poe pushing it to the capacity of eighty five percent. This requires only a half step to perform on a will traveling several miles rivaling the nanosecond.

Sandaime Ki. [Third Release]

The next trigger, grief. Following the green layer came the purple layer which solidified into the skin adding it's own effects. At this time the overall capacity of physical and spiritual energy increased by quadrupling from the previous which would put him on par with that of a super-classed elite utilizng the gates power. The vision is enhanced as the true effect giving peak clarity to all given forms of power, pressure, and energy alike. It also puts a restraint on the recoil effects of the mangekyou's blinding side effect.

Yondaime Ki [Fourth Release]

The burning sensation known as anger. The layer of red energy merging into the flesh just as the others did left the increments of the seal to burn a bright red. As this seemed to expanded the capacity as a default what else was amplified where the five basic natured techniques also heightening physical strength for flexibility.

Godaime Ki [Fifth Release]

Lying within be the deep sense of purity. A white layer melding with the flesh as well providing a basic increase in capacity exceeding the last by the same level of the release. The special effects of this release include wiping all present distractions, fears, memories, and inadequacies from the mind and mask them from even the greatest of telepaths.

Rokudaime Ki [Sixth Release]

Hiding at the very pit of his conscious lay impurity. The black layer of assorted physical and spiritual energies give birth to this densest of them yet covering his body in a thick layer. Besides the default of capacity expansion, the most noted effect of this layer is that it serves to fly off by means of defense and reacts to halt attacks of the physical variety.

Nanadaime Ki [Seventh Release]

The disease isn't something that can be found outside the Uchiha clan, but when a person is born with an unstable chakra network there tends to be an internal matrix that stores reserve chakra from birth. That surplus mutates depending on the chakra element of the user. Rayex's birth element wasn't distinguished until he was a genin, so from birth it was presumed white chakra. From that white chakra a spectrum to the seven different colors. Kisuke is also capable of manipulating the shape and form of the chakra, but it noticeable is reflected in his sharingan. When all six tomoe seals on his eyes are activated with the different colors, it tends to distort his vision.

The final effect that has been noted thus far is that the chakra is capable of expanding to different colors other than the initial seven colors. This has been carefully analyzed as Kisuke gained the ability to use five additional chakra over the time-skip. Thus broadening his abilities as well as certain insight with using other chakra elements.

-Early Childhood
Born in Konoha, better known as The Village Hidden In The Leaves, Rayex was an Uchiha with much potential. His mother, Misha Uchiha was plagued with the chakra irregularity known as the Sebun Daido Chikara, shortly after Rayex's birth they had discovered this and she was immediately defected from the clan to prevent any spreading of the unknown disease. With this, his father whom Rayex never knew was left to part from his wife and only son.

As the Years passed Rayex began to grow fond of the world, his mother would encourage him and aid him whenever he needed it. Though he was still young, his mother met another man whom became Rayex's stepfather. He was a Kumogakure shinobi by the name of Mukaro Kunokai. His father at the time was a jounin, but his background was shakey and a bit shady. To Misha he was the father figure Rayex would follow, but Mukaro had a disdain for Rayex. To be burdened with a child to take care of became an irritant for Mukaro, but his mother managed to draw his attention. Rayex at the age of 4, began to watch his mother execute ninjutsu and he became fascinated with the site of it. He was eager to try it, but he didn't know how to control his chakra, just make the handsigns. From the shadows his stepfather would laugh at how pathetic Rayex seemed to be doing this underdeveloped. Rayex balled, and could never understnd why he was insulted so harshly. Eventually he began to cope with his idiotic remarks and it didn't bother him as much.

A year later, Rayex turned five and began to familiarize himself with chakra by reading books on how to control it. With many weeks of practicing and toiling he was able to release bits and pieces of his own chakra. He moved on to releasing it in jutsu his mother taught him and manage to be successful. His father felt an unusual anger that a mere child could enact ninjutsu at such a young age. It was like an unknown hate for such a trivial reason. He would go off and attack Rayex for no reason and le
