Arashi looked at the scroll and thought for a second. If Konoha was to start an alliance with the Cloud Village then maybe this could lead the village to get stronger. "Okay kid. Follow me. Time to bring this up with the Counsel." Arashi said before dashing off. He quickly made his way to the Counsel meeting area where the Counsel would meet. He reached the room rather quickly and opened the door to see the Counsel was already there and talking.

"Well Counsel. We have something interesting. I'll let this boy tell you." Arashi said and he took his seat.

[Relliks Ban]

Hotaru looked at Arashi, wondering if he would let Hotaru through. "Okay kid. Follow me. Time to bring this up with the Counsel." Hotaru nodded, and began to dash behind Arashi. The two reached the Counsel room. Hotaru looked around. He had been here once before. "Well Counsel. We have something interesting. I'll let this boy tell you." Hotaru stood before the Councel as Arashi sat.

"Shinobi Councel of Konoha, the Raikage of the Village Hidden in the Clouds has a proposition." Hotaru pulled out the scroll. "We are considering forming an alliance with Konoha, due to your recent loss of your Hokage. It is to our understanding that you have word on a supposed attack from the Dawn Village." Hotaru said, taking one step. "We believe this alliance would strengthen our two villages. Raikage-sama also brought up the idea of taking a few of your strongest shinobi, and heading to the other villages, and forming alliances."

Avin started to sweat as he finished his training. There were no more target dummies in site meaning he could rest which he was trying to do. He was breathing hard which would always happen after training. He didn’t move an inch from the spot he stood. His body bent so he could touch his knees and avoid from falling down. He looked down seeing all the sweat that was on the grass because of him. Then his ANBU mask dropped splashing the sweat which could have been a puddle. Avin stood up tall trying to catch his breath and relax. He wondered what he could do and then snapped his fingers and ran off almost forgetting his mask.

Every street he ran thru there were no villagers or anything else living. Avin stopped for a second as two shinobi were beating on an Academy student. He didn’t know what rank the two shinobi were but he didn’t mind harming them at all. Avin rushed in with his Byakugan activated. He focused on their legs and stopped so he could see their faces. He quickly flattened his hands and did a couple hits on both of them. Seconds later he took the Academy student and rushed off since he couldn’t do anything serious on people from the same village. Avin dropped the Academy Student off at a public street so that next time people would be able to see.

Avin was close to where they held there meetings and slowed down. He took of his mask since he had manners and walked up the stairs. The breeze of air had stopped and Avin looked at what he was wearing which wasn’t even close to what he should be wearing but he forgot about that and walked in leaning on a wall. No one really minded that he walked in so he listened to the shinobi who was with Arashi and him a small time ago. “So the Cloud Village wants to have a alliance with us that is good.” Avin said to himself.

He sat poised on the rooftop with little thought going about his head, he let it all fall down with a smile. As his bangs from his hair was lapping over his face, removing the hidden dawn headband; brushing his hair back he laced it all behind the steel plate and cloth as he took it all in stride. With a tight not fastened by his hands, the headband held the annoyance to the way side as he now stood up and stared over the horizon of the rising sun. There was a descent upon him as the shadow of the hidden dawn village. Taking a seat beside him him, the intensity coming from his chakra wasn't something kisukse was used to except for the inherited chakra traits of his father.

"How are you akatskage-sama." He said with a warm smile.

"Kisuke there is something I need to tell you. I am not who you think I am."

He blunk twice.

"Akatskage-sama...your not a kage? Is that it? Or is it something else?" Kisuke's naive patterns of the act were placed with stupid questions.

He began to speak of his grandfather Daaku-baasama whom he really hadn't met as of yet. Only told about him from his mother and father over the years. To have been an S-rank missing ninja for the most part and having a dilemma with the hidden clouds, kumogakure many years ago. He was at least in his fourties then so he'd be extremely old by now. I don't think I've ever met grandfather...it's odd.

"I am Daaku and this body you see is nothing more than the curse of a jutsu that keeps my soul alive as time passes on. There is much about the jutsu that I'd rather not explain, but I can tell you that the battle that killed Rayex, is most likely my fault."

".....Daaku-baasama? Is that really you?" Kisuke was utterly shocked with little to say at the time, he'd always dreamed of meeting his grandfather Daaku-baasama, but like this...and for him to be kage like that. He clutched his grandfather with a tight grip, as he too was crying.

".....Daaku-baasama? Is that really you?"

Toruma wiped his eyes, and stood up,He turned once more to Kisuke who was now holding him tightly. "Yes it is I. I wouldn't lie to you, but for now I am leaving the village for the time being to launch a small scale attack on Konoha. You know as well as I do that it is near impossible to reach the Dawn Village, seeing as how first the mined planes must be crossed near Kumo, and then the genjutsu in the forest makes it confusing to get through." There was a field of nigh perpetual darkness in the forest, and death awaited most who entered with out a guide.

"You can come if you want, I already sent a few squads of jounin, and they should be arriving shortly. I will go just for the enjoyment, maybe I'll find a good opponent. Though I doubt it will happen. Forgive me grandson, but there is also a reason why Ayumi is dead, but I think you know more on that matter than I, yet there is more to your twin than what meets the eye." Toruma jumped down from the roof, and walked past the courtyard gates to the edge of the forest. By now the others still in the village would have already left, or be leaving soon.

The forest loomed ahead in darkness, but Toruma didn't need to go through the forest. It was a simple task to use bukujutsu to fly up and over the forest, and in about a half hour, he dropped down to the other side, facing the direction of Konoha. It would normally take one a few hours ot get to Konoha from his current location, but he began to make hand signs for one of his forbidden jutsu, possibly the most powerful jutsu in existence that involved speed.

"Forbidden Jutsu: Quantum Rush........dive Seinaru form." He took a step forward, as his left eye turned white with an odd tomoe like a scythe in it. His body grafted a white aura, and his body tore into the ground and as he sped towards the field, and then forest, a tell-tale trench was left as his body moved at 4500 miles per hour. Konoha would soon be near........................

Avin continued to listen for some time but then finally yawned from boredom. Randomly his eyes opened he sensed something powerful coming towards Konoha and he didn’t think it was good. Who could it be Avin kept asking himself? He looked at everyone in the counsel and it seemed they felt it too. The only thing Avin could think of doing was focusing who it was and trying to find a plan to stop it. It was his job to protect Konoha and that is what he was going to do.

He put on his mask and in a commanding voice said,” Arashi, let’s get everyone ready and quick just in case. Well this is the fight I have waiting for and since we are shinobi of the Village Hidden in the Leaves it is our job to protect it. “Avin walked out of the room and jumped from building to building screaming,” Konoha get ready something is coming all shinobi get ready to fight!” As shinobi got ready running towards the village gates Avin stood trying to see who or what it could be. Other ANBU stood beside and behind Avin all wearing mask.

Then he saw it from the village gates they were shinobi but they weren’t allies. Then he got it they were Dawn Village shinobi and Avin got ready by flattening his hands and in his fighting stance. Then shinobi from the Leaf Village charged at the opposing shinobi and attacked. Avin already saw people dying on both sides of the field which wasn’t the best thing to see but it didn’t upset him since he knew it was going to happen. Then Avin saw the Kage of the Dawn Village who had amazing chakra which Avin saw with his Byakugan. Then it was time for Avin to fight as a few Jounin approached him.

He quickly said,” Protection of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms.” Then sharp beams of chakra came out of his hands and quickly hit all the Jounin several times.Almost all of them fell to the ground except the two Jounin behind Avin. He smirked some and waited for them to charge and then they finally did. Avin quickly hit both Jounin at several places stopping their chakra circulation so they couldn’t use jutsu or chakra in any way. Avin then finished them off and knocked them to the ground quickly but sadly one of the Jounin hit him right before falling to the ground. Avin checked his arm which didn’t hurt after a minute. Avin looked back at the Hokage Mansion waiting for Arashi to show up and help fight.

Village: none. He was abandoned and found by a secret jutsu training clan

Appearance: has on a black cloak most of the time. His eyes are pure blue. His hair is black. Underneath the cloak he wears a blue sweatshirt with a dragon insignia. He also has blue pants and is about 6’0.

Weapons: kunai knife, paper bomb, shrunken and a samurai sword.

Demon : none

Side (With or against Dawn Village): hates the dawn village but not with anyone

Clan/Bloodline : has a marking on his neck for the dragon clan

Extra : has a brother that is alive somewhere

Bio: when Ryuu was a baby he was abandoned in the forests. He was then found by a secret clan of ninjas called the dragon clan. They would study hidden jutsus that no one else knew. No one knows where they are at. Ryuu was thought everything the dragon clan knows. They where murdered by a rouge-nin that was on his way to the dawn village. He was five when that happened. So now he has sworn revenge on that rouge-nin. He then traind for the rest of his life in hope of seeing that ninja again and getting revenge for his clan.

When Ryuu was ten he meet a dieing man who had recognized him as his son. He had then given him his sword and told him that he had to deliver that to his brother. His dieing words where that he thought he would never see the son he hated again. Those words stuck in Ryuu’s mind and gave him his cold attitude . Latter he found a traveling merchant that was looking for him. He said that his brother had killed his family and joined the dawn group. He also said that the man he met was actually a dawn spy. He then swore that he would find his brother and kill him. For both killing his family and his clan.

OOC: Felix, you pped my actions in your post, I never posted arrival in Konoha, nor said that my units were attacking before I arrived. I dealt with it this time, but try to be more careful and don't rush things.......

Toruma made it to Konoha in no time and saw that the battle had already started which was perfectly fine by him. He purposely chose not to mask any of his chakra, and upon stopping and knocking away a chuunin level ninja who apparently didn't know who he was with ease, kept walking forward. His black eyes were like usual taking in numerous and all details from his surroundings, but what caught his eye was a single man, who must have though he was masterful at his technique, but he had t be jounin level, or higher, and he was taking out groups of Chuunin like they were nothing. Toruma always disliked men who fought those who were weaker than oneself.

"Wing Squad, show yourself!!!", From the trees, multiple jounin floated down and stood at attention, their skill impressive, and havi g been taught by Toruma himself, they were no push overs. "That was such a waste of young spirit. You seriously think those were jounin?? You have another thing coming. That Byakugan of yours will fail you, if you don't pay attention." Three of the jounin stepped forward, and suddenly their eyes opened, revealing voids of darkness, exactly like Toruma's eyes...........

They were special ninja who had been grafted with an artificial kekkei genkai for battle, and one that has the nemesis of the white eye. With amazing speed, each ninja moved in front of the ninja, but in the next second were in the air above him. They all remained silent. "Syn, Asch, Larnesi, you know what your mission is, go and find Arashi. We'll see how he fairs against three burakkuai users at once. I'll deal with this loser here." Toruma stepped forward, and with his great speed, moved past the ninja with out appearing to have done anything.

"It's too bad that your dojutsu cannot track objects, but only see them. I know you can see me behind you over here, so turn and face me, reject..........."

[Reckless Chaos]

Arashi and the counsel listened to everything that Hotaru had told them. It sounded like a good deal. "The only problem is we cannot send our powerful ninja. We need them all. If we let them go then other villages or ninja would have a chance to attack us." One counsel member said. Arashi replied "I'll do it. Me, Avin, and this boy will do it."

Each Counsel member looked at eachother and began talking. After talking for a bit, they each agreed. "Okay. That will do." One counsel member said, "But for now it seems we have problems. I know you can hear the sounds of combat outside. It is time to fight." Arashi nodded and looked over at Hotaru. "Let us go. I hope you can fight." Arashi said as he dashed out the room and outside the buidling. He ran into the middle of the street and said "Come get some."

Ooc: Coordination of jutsu in some temps is perplexing...there should've been chakra elements/natures for better clarity...seriously.

With a heavy sigh, Kisukse exhaled and began to wipe away the tears on his eyes as he had felt relieved. He'd been alone for the last three years, loosing both parent initially as his time as genin. His father to his step-uncle Mizuki and his mother to his baadaifu Sanosuke's son Soujiro. His eyes...they were similar to Kisuke's, yet so different. As for his great aunt Tomie, she still runs the hidden dark village, no doubt Soujiro his uncle would be the successor of a whole new breed of doujutsu. His head feel down as he was on both of his feet standing in naught of a slump. As his baasama took his leave, he'd been on his way to Konoha for a plot already put into motion, he'd no doubt assist.

"So you just now found out? You crybaby." There was a figure standing behind him.

"Not now Erebos...you should be helping, not blasting that mouth." Kisukse said snapping turning to his fraternal double.

"I'm just saying even I knew the akatskage was grandfather...I mean come on. We grew up with the guy, and didn't it appear strange that he and mother had the same kekkei genkai?" He proceeded to point out obvious signs.

"....Geez give it a rest and lets go help grandfather." Kisuke was pretty serious now.

"Fine, fine. The Hizumu can make the jump...but it's more fun to just make the jump." Erebos said his shifted from scarlet to silver flashing with three four swirling tomoe seals branching from the pupil. "Catch up slow poke."

Kisuke sighed as Erebos was gone with a subtle shift of power entering his body. It's a good thing he never inherited the chakra traits...that would indeed be scary. Making his subtle shift mimicking his brother, the moved to the gates a step after Erebos too the massive leap. A flying step soaring across the wide space in front of him his brother flew and Kisuske in his shadow so to speak. Approaching the thickened forest where the genjutsu rest to thwart entrace as their great aunt Tomie had done, same with Daaku-baasama. The sky dance skill or bukujutsu, was initially soaring over the thicket of the trees. Aligning himself next to his brother he looked over at him with some sense of curiosity.

"So what do you think of him brother?"

"Think of who Kisuke?" His attention was shifted.

"Soujiro...remember we were both there."

"Oh...that bastard...really he's something....but it's in bad blood, to think he's alot like the original Sureiyu at that and found the only 'blind spot' in the eye trait....it's sickening." Erebos said clenching his fist tighter.

Coming to the forest's end, they caught a moments glance of Toruma-baasama before he was gone traveling who the hell knows how fast.

"Holy crap!!! How did he do that!"

"Geez. We're supposed to keep up with that, did you see what just happened to his body?! Pfft, we can't move that fast, but we can move to where he is. Let's make the jump already." Erebos said.

The two of them broke in fast shifting burst breaks as they planned to cover distance before making the jump to catch Toruma-baasama as there was the chance, if they jumped early, he'd be a long ways off from them still moving. The ludacris trench he left they that had to follow was extremely massive and something you would expect from a kage no doubt. With enough time passed, the effect of the hizumu kicked in, each picturing an image copied of Toruma-baasama and bringing themselves to the general area near where he was located. If this were short range they would've ended up right next to him. They actually ended up twenty meters from Toruma-baasama. They made note of the leaf village's walls and the shinboi chuunin and up were spilling from the gates, both sitting in a tree a distance from sight, though you'd need to have the eyes to see them.

Avin noticed the Kage of the Dawn Village had black eyes which weren’t normal in most cases but he didn’t even know what it could do. He waited for another person to confront him with his hands flattened. Then Jounin came out of the trees but looking at them with his Byakugan they were stronger than normal Jounin. Avin ignored everything Toruma said but looked at him just in case he tried to attack. Jounin appeared infront of Avin but then quickly left by jumping in the air and heading inside Konoha but why were they going after Arashi. Avin hoped Arashi would be ok but he had a battle of his own right infront of him. He didn’t show his emotions when Toruma spoke but had anger inside of him.

Toruma had great speed he was behind Avin in a second or so. He turned around then made hand signs making Shadow Clones. All of Avin’s shadow clones all attacked Toruma they would probably be finished quickly but at least they would do something. He quickly jumped into the trees hiding while his shadow clones did the work for now. Avin took out kunai and attached exploding tags onto them. Avin waited for the right time to attack which would be soon. He threw the kunai at then they hit the ground close the Toruma then exploded which would do harm him even if it was barely any damage everything counts. He hid behind the tree hoping that Toruma didn’t find him.

This would be a bit exciting to say the least. He was hoping that the fight wouldn't get TOO boring, but he saw that already the ninja he was fighting was using novice tactics. First he made an amount of shadow clones and jumped into the trees, to which Toruma snickered. What kind of ninja with a dojutsu as powerful as the Byakugan hid in a tree during a fight?? It was pathetic. Toruma was looking right at the ninja, and his eyes would miss nothing that was going on. The shadow clones were rushing in, but there was no reason to worry about clones using weak attacks to start a battle.

"Oh come on, I won't even have to try if you keep that up."

The black eyes were tracing and giving Toruma all the information that he needed, and as the ninja moved in the tree, he pulled out kunai, and Toruma snickered. His eyes were right on target as his assumption about exploding tags was correct. For the entire time, he'd simply been jumping around to clones attacks, though with a series of blows he had taken out half of them. He ran in a circle as the kunai flew down, and called out, "Raiton: Dendou Atsuryokuha!!!!" His arms raised and during movement the electricity had moved up his arms faster, where it stopped and by widening his arms, he jumped and made a ring of electric chakra to trap the clones...........

"That was soo easy. Now for you ninja." He avoided the moderate explosion that followed, and the rest of the clones were wiped out, the exploding chakra mixing with the electricity making it even more devastating. It was going to be a breeze. His arms raised again, as he made a copy sign, and used the same jutsu he used previously. He fired the crescent blade out towards the tree that the ninja was hiding it, but this time it broke apart and slammed itself through the tree, making it fall into the 7 sections, so there was no way that the ninja could stay in it. "Come on get serious!!!!!!" He was already finishing hand signs, and clasped his hands together....."En'en Ryuuseiu no Jutsu."

Toruma punched the ground, and a massive clunk of rock flew into the air, which was followed by a pulse of chakra, that had unknown effects to the ninja, unless he was paying attention, yet it was unlikely since he had to be preoccupied with the tree falling. Soon after flaming balls of twisted energy began raining down all around the forest area, so large, some small, some bigger than cars. "Somebody us going to be left in the oven too long."

Avin took a breath of air thinking the shadow clones did something but they were taking out it seconds. The jutsu Toruma used was something Avin had never seen before the explosion didn’t even touch him and making the rest of the shadow clones perish. Avin dodged the tree that fell from Toruma’s jutsu. The massive piece of rock that flew in the air was nothing but then balls of twisted energy fell from the sky but Avin dodged most of them except one that couldn’t be dodged anyway Avin tried seconds later but got hit and fell to the ground he got back up sadly he was bleeding now.

“Fine I will be serious now!”

He made hand signs then made shadow clones but this time each one had an exploding tag on them. He then ran at Toruma saying,” Divination Field, 64 Strikes.” Avin then focused chakra into his fingers and swiftly started to hit Toruma at his body all around at his chakra coils system first two times, then four times, then eight times, then sixteen times, then thirty two times, and finally sixty four times. Meaning it should limit the jutsus he could use.

Avin looked at Toruma smirking then he started to breathe a little harder than usual but still stood up and had energy left. He wondered what Toruma was going to do now since his jutsus should be limited now which meant that Avin might have the upper hand now.

OOC: That post is invalid. You cannot post that you touched my character......period. When in an rp battle one must post an attack, and then wait for a responding post from the other rper.

Not only did you send clones after me, and say they all grabbed me, which would never happen, you even said I was caught in an explosion.

Following you supposedly hit me while I was distracted as if my dojutsu wouldn't be marking all you tried to do, and then used the 64 palms on me. You must be out of your mind Felix...........

I would think of such as yourself should know how to rp battle, and what power playing is at this stage in rp skill. I'm sure anyone who reads that post will agree.

On top of all of that, you stated that you were caught in a crash and explosion by a mini meteor, yet got up like nothing happened. That is impossible. How does a person get sent flying backwards and caught in a blast that causes a crater, and come back from it with out using defense jutsu, or even a scratch??
