((Umm, okay here I go.... I hate doing this! Alotran is still fighting with Alxyea (sp?) while Stavros is still in that crazy bubble thingy. No clue what I'm going to be doing with Shade, Yami and Christopher yet; but Twilight and Isabeau are off in a completely dark colored room and is getting to know each other more, Isabeau has just realized just how much the fifteen year old is like her. Well that's all I can remember, Froad what is your character doing?))

(( It's not ... calm yourself. I told you all to BEAR with me, didn't I? I've been slightly busy ... but whatever. ))

"You're mistaken, Altoran," Alyxea said, and didn't seem to be the slightest bit shaken by Amelia's death. "She was merely a pawn. That's exactly what I thought you were going to do ... and now she's not in the way."

Time to test out these hellish powers ... thought Alyxea, as she raised a hand. An eye suddenly formed in her palm, its pupil glancing about the room on its own. Of course, at this, Alyxea was mildly shocked, but it didn't show on her face. From this eye, large and thick whisps of darkness formed, and in the blink of an eye stretched out to Altoran and embedded themselves in his veins.

It was then, once the whisps had found their target and began running through Altoran's veins to his heart, attempting to either strangle it or slice through it completely, that one would have noticed that the darkness was animated in a way. So to speak, it was moving. It was alive.

And it was true; the darkness Alyxea had formed was made of lost souls and demons, banished to Hell, and looking for any release whatsoever, even if that meant only being out of Hell for a short while to kill a man, and then be damned back to the pit 'til they were needed again.

[Tragic Fall]

"And you're mistaken if you thought that would work." said Altoran as his heart continued to regenerate. He sighed to himself as he allowed himself to be attacked.

"Well.....you can't die and I can't die." said Altoran," I can't use my dark powers.....so I really can't give you a good fight......so I guess you'll have to be sealed like me." Altoran stood there thinking about how he would take her up to Dante.

"Okay......" said Altoran as shadows came up to push the darkness back onto Alyxea. The shadows surrounded them both, teleporting them into Lord Dante's chamber. He bowed to Dante.

"As promised my Lord." said Altoran," I was unable to handle her......she can't die. I apoligize for my failure."

[Miss Murder]

Alyxea almost dropped her eyes; her last hope had failed her. She knew Dante would more than likely have a use for her yet ... and no doubt couldn't afford to have her sealed and mind controlled like Altoran; like Amelia was. But how could she possibly do that to Altoran ... do what Dante intended for her to do all along? It was a fate worse than death.

Dante almost smiled at Alyxea's difficulties coming to this decision. "You know what you have to do," he said, and his eyes burned with demonic passion and anger. "You know the only way to put him out of his pain." Altoran would still be under Dante's control no matter what Dante said, so he didn't have to worry about that.

"I won't ..." Alyxea said.

"Then you'll end up just like him, princess."

Alyxea glared at him. Of course, she no longer held that title, so it was disrespectful for his to say such a thing. But it was Dante. What did something like respect matter to him?

In one swift movement, Dante was behind Altoran, holding his wrists and arms apart with burning hands that would sear Altoran's flesh and expose the bone on his arms. "Do it now!" he almost shouted at Alyxea. "Or you will be sealed as well."

She had no choice.
Alyxea couldn't bear to see Altoran in this kind of pain; him being under Dante's control. She had to do it.

Forced damnation was her only option. What else could she do? Dante closed his eyes, and forced his damnable powers into Alyxea, so she would be able to fufill the task before her. Her own eyes opened, and she leapt forward to Altoran, pressing one of her hands into his chest, touching his heart.

The other one glowed a pentagram on her palm, and she placed that hand on top of her other hand on his heart.

Dante chanted a phrase.

It a couple of moments, it would be completed. Altoran would immediately be sent to Hell.

[Tragic Fall]

"Lord Dante.........I thought I was you're favorite." said Altoran in confusion. He could feel the pentagram imprinted on his heart. He could also feel himself being pulled down to hell. He struggled to stay where he was. Then it hit him.....he had been tricked. He may not be able to die.....but he could still be trapped in hell. He grabbed onto Dante with a deathgrip.

"I would like you to join me......master." said Altoran. His grip was unusually strong. He would not let Dante go.

"If I go.....you go with me." said Altoran. He had regained his right way of thinking and was free of Dante's control. He could not summon his dark powers.

"Alyxea......I'm taking this ass with me." said Altoran angrily," I want you to take care of the chosen.......and don't worry.....I'll be back someday...." Altoran felt himself being taken down.

"I love you Lycian." said Altoran

[Miss Murder]

Dante's eyes widened for a moment, but underneath the bandages, unseen to the people around him, he smiled.

What was done once could be done again.

Alyxea's eyes widened as well as Altoran, her Altoran, was being taken to Hell with Dante. A crack opened in the earth underneath where the two of them stood, and ghoulish hands reached out, grabbed them around their ankles and climbing up their bodies, grasping at them and pulling them downwards towards the depths and the pit of Hell.

"Altoran ..." Alyxea whispered at first. He called me ... she thought, but her mind was entranced. She could hardly form words or thoughts, as the shock and realization of what she had just done fell upon her like a boulder of iron.

"God no ..." she said, and leapt forward to Altoran's hand, just as it disappeared and the crack in the earth sealed. Alyxea fell forward, but caught herself on a piece of jutting rock.

With Altoran's seemingly endless demise, the bubble of darkness on Stavros would surely disappear now.

But that was a nearly insignificant amount of good news compared to the bad. Altoran, gone. Amelia, gone. Both because of her.

At least Dante was out of the picture ... for now. Maybe now Alahana could go back to the way it was. But Amelia ... and Altoran.

Thoughts ran through Alyxea's head almost faster than she could comprehend. She dropped to her knees, eyes wide and vacant.

[Tragic Fall]

Maverick could feel Altoran being taken away. He began to feel empty inside. My friend is gone now.....I hardly knew him.....but I could tell he was a good guy thought Maverick. He knew exactly what had happened. Altoran was gone.....and it was his quick thinking that took Dante down with him. He turned to the other chosen.

"Altorans in hell......hes not dead...." said Maverick blankly," He just...............trapped."

Shadow-Trigger disappeared on the spot.

[Stavros]

((Yay, now I can post. . )

On his hands and knees, Stavros felt his mind leaving him. The darkness was everywhere, it seemed to stretch forever, but he couldn’t move an inch. The air had grown hot and stale. He couldn’t hear anything, he couldn’t see, he could barely feel.

Suddenly the world broke into a shower of light and colors. Fresh air filled his lungs and his eyes only saw white. It was blinding, but he was glad to be out of the void.

He lay on the ground, his eyes closed and his breathing heavy, he didn’t want to move, and doubted that he could at that moment. I think. . .no. . .couldn’t be. . .

[Tragic Fall]

Maverick had become quiet. He could still feel Altoran's presence, but it was really far away. I guess I'll add that to my list of things to do he thought to himself. It was hard for him to believe that the guy who had turned to ashes and came back.......was finally gone. He began to sigh. He din't know what would become of the chosen now.

"I think I'm gonna be sick." said Maverick. He turned away from the rest of the chosen. His stomach wasn't feeling very good.

[Miss Murder]

"Lycian ..." Alyxea whispered. "He said. Lycian." Her eyes were still wide; her thoughts mixed and muddled. She couldn't concentrate, could only mumble, and could hardly speak. To most people, it would appear insanity had finally taken its hold over Alyxea Daecivia - Lycian Wolfe.

She looked over at Stavros, glanced at Amelia's corpse. Suddenly, a thought came to her fully and in her face. She had caused this. She had to make it right again. Alyxea had been through worse than this ... much worse. Altoran wasn't dead; he wasn't gone. He had been unjustly damned to Hell. Then again, so had Dante. Twice. But Dante had come back ... was it possible?

No. Don't think. Do. said Alyxea to herself, in her mind. The other Chosen were still in Alahana. They still had a job to do; they still had a purpose. Altoran had told Alyxea to help them, protect them.

"We'll meet again ... but I'm scared to death," Alyxea said quietly.

Tell me once again
That you'll love me to the death
And should I die, you swear that you will come for me
As I fade away, you reach out your hand --

Alyxea stood up, grabbing the jutting rock again to try and regain her balance. Altoran was gone, Amelia was gone, Aaron was gone, Limia was gone, her parents were gone, her brother was gone, but she would remain.

"Stavros," she said weakly. "Get up. It's time we got out of this fortress."

Does this deafening silence mean nothing to no one but me?
