[Jopari]

After the Organization XII was defeated by Sora and his friends the worlds found peace. They were separate and happy, each to his own. The Keyblades were no longer called upon to defend the worlds and it was a good time for everyone. Sora, Riku, and Kairi felt that they could finally relax and go back to being kids.

Sadly, it was not to be. Kairi found a bottle washed up in the cove, inside a letter bearing the King’s seal was waiting to be read. Sora, Riku, and Kairi took the letter, reading it to find that the King had disappeared again and Disney Castle had called upon them to help find him. Scenting adventure they set out to find the King. They left the islands, never returning to them.

The disappearance of the Keyblade Masters was a blow to the worlds. The balance that once existed fell apart, breaking the walls that separated the worlds. The first loses happened on the far edges, at the distant worlds. Reports leaked across the few worlds that Heartless were appearing again and that worlds were being lost. Another world, another Traverse Town, was set up for the few refugees that managed to make it off their dying worlds. Without the Keyblades the worlds begin to lose faster and more often. For four years, they fought to hold the worlds up. At last, only a few worlds remained in defense against the smarter and stronger Heartless. The trump card was revealed, the Heartless were being led by a pair of keyblade wielders. The remaining defenders fled the outposts, rushing to reinforce Traverse Town, hoping to make a fort to weather the storm.

The Heartless waited, watching the defenders build up their tiny fortress world. All the worlds that had been taken had set themselves up in a section of Traverse Town, setting up their own niche to fill in the world. As the Heartless built their army, being led by the two keyblade wielders, the leader’s of Traverse Town called for a final strike to be organized at the capital of Traverse Town, Maneo Arx.

The leader’s were searching for a final group to attempt to end the final battle before it could begin. The initiative would be to find someone who could use the only remnants of the Keyblade Masters, three fragments of the Keyblades. These people who lead a strike force into the Heartless Army and attempt to strike down the leaders before the attack on Traverse Town. The call went out for any able bodied person who believed they could make a difference to come to Maneo Arx, and join the final initiative.


Welcome to Fragments. This is the first part of what I hope to be a multiple part storyline. There is a plot and an eventual goal in this role play so it does have some amount of purpose. The rules are simple, like always, but here they are:
1. No god-moding.
2. No power playing.
3. No machine gunning.
4. Keep it PG-13 (Its KH for heaven's sake! Well, of course some blood is allowed)
5. Be creative (duh!)
6. Be active. I'd like anyone who joins to try to post once every day or two. If you can't do that or need to go offline for extended periods of time then PM or post that info and you're spot will be saved.

Alright, easy rules. Now for the next most important part, cue drum roll! The template! Just to be sure you've read all of this please put "Maneo Arx is the last fortress" somewhere in your template post.

Name:
Age: Nothing too old or too young please. Somewhere between 17 and 40. Exceptions can be made if you really want to.
Home World: Where your character was before his/her world was taken over. If its an original world than include info here or in the bio.
Weapon: I’d like to see something original here, but its not a requirement. I will say that we have a limited number of keyblades being accepted. Its on a first come, first serve basis. To get one you’ll need a really good template. Put any magic or special fighting abilities here as well.
Appearance: If you put a picture, I also expect a description to go along with it.
Personality: Make it believable and worthwhile, and more than two or three sentences.
Bio: This doesn’t have to be much, just enough to get an idea of where your character came from, but I expect it to be pretty good if you want a keyblade.

Add anything you feel you need to be on your template that I didn't put up there. There are only a few cannon characters available as well, if you want one then fill out a template just the same, but none of the main group from KH. It just wouldn't fit. Any questions? If so, post or PM me.

Name: Felix Larcombe
Age: 19
Home World: Radiant Garden
Weapon: Koshou – Felix uses a crystal as his weapon. By charging it briefly with a pulse of vibrational energy he can shatter the crystal and temporarily control the razor sharp shards. Using these shards he can slice apart an enemy in moments. The burst is short though and he has to reform the crystal after every burst. If shards don’t return to the crystal when he reforms it, then they are lost and cannot be recalled. He can also throw the crystal into a group and cause it to explode and shred enemies, but he loses the crystal at the cost of a higher death rate. Due to the fact that the crystals can be lost, he keeps a spares with him, but not many. Outside of the crystals he can fight with his hands and feet with some skill.

Appearance: Felix wears a hooded short sleeved shirt that is a deep crimson color, the hood being black, as with the trim. The upper shoulders and upper chest of the shirt is lightly armored with small metal plates. The whole thing ends just short of his waist. He leaves this top shirt unzipped and open, revealing a black sleeveless top underneath. He wears black fingerless gloves with a single stylized flame in a dark red on the backs of them. Around his waist he wears a black belt strapped lazily, not helping to hold up his pants, but instead holding a small pouch on the side that contains his crystals. He finishes off the outfit with a pair of black baggy pants that somehow don’t trip him up when he runs, the pants are patterned with red thread down the side in random tribal patterns. His shoes are oversized black trainers with crimson laces. Felix’s outfit is more impressive than himself. He is an average young man, taller than most, but not by much. He has medium length raven wing black hair, that falls loosely around his head. His hair almost obscures his eyes, but is just short enough not to get in the way, leaving his startling pale amber eyes to be seen. His facial features are sharp and angular, giving him an odd resemblance to a coyote or wolf at the right angle.

Personality: Felix is altruistic, despite the fact that he is questioning of people at first. He feels the need to look out for his friends and family. This often puts him in the face of danger, but he excels under pressure. His own altruism often gets him hurt though. The first thing he does with a new person who approaches someone close to him is to make sure they pose no threat. This can push some people away and makes him seem a bit too forceful. Once people get to know him he can seem to willing to help, and way to trusting. His willingness to help people is also a great asset to him. It often puts him in situations where he can help the most and push himself harder to protect his closest friends. In combat he can be reckless, and he rushes into battle a bit too quickly at times, wanting to finish it quickly. He doesn’t relish in battle though, he merely wants to get his job done.

Bio: Felix was born Radiant Garden when it was still called such. His parents were shop owners, they didn’t make much money, but they pulled down a nice living. Felix had a good childhood, he managed to get a good education and had pretty much everything he could ask for. Around his seventh year he got his sibling, a little sister. He cherished and protected Alice, enjoying the thought of having a friend in his own family.

After his sister was born another seven years was spent in Radiant Garden, and at that point it became Hollow Bastion. The Heartless came for the first time, giving Felix the job of protecting his family with his father. The events of the first Heartless invasion triggered his training with magic, teaching him to use koshou. He managed to protect his mother and sister, but his father was turned into a Heartless and Felix become the sole provider for his family. Sora freed Hallow Bastion and they managed to start rebuilding the place.

For two years they rebuilt, then the second time Heartless came and the city stayed strong. Life was easier this time around. They was hardly any fighting at all. Life was good for the time and they did well enough for the family missing one member. The second time of the Heartless came to an end, and for a while things were looking up. Then the Keyblade Masters went missing. Radiant Garden managed to hold out the longest. Felix managed to send his family to Traverse Town early, anticipating the rush, but stayed behind to defend and evacuate for as long as possible. Upon finally leaving the lost cause, he was invited to a meeting to make a pre-emptive strike upon the Heartless Army. Taking the chance to protect his family and friend, he jumped at the opportunity.

Name: Inanis/Gingitsune
Age: 13/Timeless
Home World: Old Traverse Town/ A creature of every world
Weapon: None other than his natural weapons (such as claws and fangs).
Appearance: Human: An average medium length brown-haired green-eyed boy of thirteen. There is nothing seemingly exceptional about the body. He wears a gray short-sleeved shirt, dark green shorts, and black tennis shoes. He is unhealthily skinny and pale. His body seems to have been to deter attention.

Possessed (his normal form): His body seems to instantly progress in age to his prime. The hair becomes an exceptional silver color and grows in length, spiking backwards. His eyes become dark purple and almost seem to glow. He gains a bit of muscle mass and height, while his features become inhumanly feral. His nails sharpen into claws while his canines elongate and sharpen to a fine point, just like his ears. The clothing previously on his body is nowhere to be found and has been replaced by something entirely new. Pairs of matching silver greaves, gauntlets (fingerless ones), and decorative shoulder plates appear on him. Black plate and chain armor appear on his torso and upper legs, while he dons a purple cape and sash.

Kitsune: An ox-sized silver fox with two tails and bright purple eyes. Has a large black mane with long ears. The tips of his tails, ears, and the lower portions of his legs are black.

Personality: He usually seems to be timid, shy, and withdrawn, almost as if he would do anything to stay out of the spotlight and avoid attention when in the public eye. But when needed or in private he can be arrogant, prideful, cruel, obnoxious, sadistic, selfish, greedy, and just all around evil. The only thing he seems to really strive for is self-preservation, but that is very misleading. He knows when to run and will eat his words in a moment if needed. He is very cunning and is not easy to fool, unless he wants to be fooled that is. In a comfortable environment it would seem he fits all of the traits of a stereotypical kitsune. He is very fickle and his personality changes from time to time for apparently no reason.

Bio: he was born at the start of the universe as a being of almost unlimited power and no shape. After several million years he decided on the shape of a large silver fox. He would travel from world showing off his power, but never doing anything very important with it, unless he was angered, at which time he would most likely destroy the area he currently was in, sometimes it was a city, other times an entire world, but this only happened every few hundred years (I mean come on, how stupid do you have to be to try and anger a giant all-powerful fox?). He appeared in many legends from many worlds (a lot) he visited. Several hundred years ago some unimportant king from some unimportant world thought ‘hey, if I kill that one big fox thing I’ll be even more important and rich.’ So he sacrificed two thirds of his population and severely lowered the innocent foxes power, but failed to kill divine entity. Since then the fox has been using mortal bodies, not being powerful enough to hold his own physical form. His most recent container being a thirteen year old orphan that was dying after being crushed by a gummi ship crash landing. Since then he has moved to the new Traverse Town. He has just been moving around looking for seemingly nothing. While inside towns he acts as unnoticeable as possible, but between city walls he can be seen acting recklessly and without concern for secrecy. He constantly has his eye out for a certain something, and has followed up many false leads since his time in the new world. Though his mysterious goal seems very important, it doesn’t seem to have high priority.

Name: Akki (it's been years since I've used this character...O.o)
Age: 16, if that's alright.
Home World: Radiant Garden
Weapon: "Daggers of Heart" [Rikku-esque daggers with heart-shaped handles](now), "Kingdom Key" (later) Akki hasn't learned any magic yet.
Appearance: Akki is petite, standing at a mere 5'0". Her eyes are dark blue and her face has a series of freckles strewn across it.
Akki wears a hooded, long-sleeved, green-striped shirt and large black cargo shorts with several chains and two yellow, loose "suspender" straps. Around her neck, she wears a simple, black ribbon choker and a chain necklace with a silver sword figurine that dangles from it. On her feet, she wears black, bulky shoes with yellow laces that she ties behind her ankles. Lastly, Akki wears a pear of black fingerless gloves that have two yellow laces that cross her palms in the form of an "X."
Personality: Akki is an incredibly outgoing person whose unique personality is unmatched. She is genuinely caring towards others, but this does not sacrifice any of her strength or determination. She is outspoken, which sometimes causes conflicts with others, but nonetheless, it is usually for the best. There are times when she has peaks of envy or irrationality, but these faults are normally short-lived and easily glared out by her light personality. With a heart that resemble's Sora's, it's no surprise that Akki would be one of the forgotten Keyblade Masters.
Bio: Akki grew up in Radiant Garden. As a child, she would play with some of the other children near the remains of the Hollow Bastion that had once been overthrown by Heartless. Their parents always told them to stay out of trouble and not go there, but they didn't listen. However, it was there that Akki witnessed the first Heartless to come back to their once beautiful and thriving world. At first, she didn't know what it was and stared at it, curious. Then, one of the other children screamed out in parril and fled from the scaling steps to Hollow Bastion. It wasn't until the strange thing lunged at Akki that she did the same.
The children ran back to town, breathless and panicked. They told the adults of what they had seen, but they just assumed that the children's imagination had gotten away with them, as adults always do. Several days later, however, the world was nearly consumed with Heartless. Despite the Restoration Commitee's hard work in creating a defense system that would protect them from another Heartless attack, it was too late. The Heartless were too many and the system was dated. It was only a week later when everyone had fled Radiant Garden. Gone. Their home was ruined, once more. Akki was twelve at the time.
Akki's parents fled to Traverse Town, like most of the survivors. It was there that she grew up. As the years went by, Akki's hatred towards the Heartless grew. As she learned and heard more tales of worlds being taken, she decided that she would travel back to Radiant Garden. She would go and if she could, find some answers. Afterall, it was there, in the Hollow Bastion, that so many events took place during the first coming of Heartless. If nothing else, Akki would dedicate herself to destroying any Heartless who crossed her path.
Her journey had deemed her the title "Heartless Hunter" in more than one world.

Age: 19
Home World: Radiant garden
Weapon: Koutetsu - A sword with an ice enchantment
Abilitys - blizzard
Appearance: like this, but the hair is blue, and the clothes are black
Personality: Ice likes to be somewhat alone, or to himself. But he is trying to change that so his personality is somewhat changed. He is now helpful to friends, and is trying to get his new swordsmanship down. Though he is not as good at it as he was with his bow. But his friends all had bows so he changed.
Bio: Ice was born in radiant garden where his mother was a gardener, and his father was an archer trainer. When Ice bacame of age his father taught him how to use his bow. It was somewhat of a struggle, but he got it down in time to graduate the little school type deal that his father has. When he graduated all of the students got to pick a bow that they wanted and if they had the money could get an enchantment. Well being the som of the teacher, Ice didnt have to pay. But he did have to pick last. He got stuck with the fire bow or the electric bow. He chose the fire bow. He thought, why not go with the opposite of the name.

At the age of 18 Ice wanted to learn to wield a sword to fix his friendships, so he went to the swordsmanship school. He passed, but with very low scores that he plans on fixing later on when he gets the money to go back, for he spent the rest of his money on the ice enchantment on the weapon.

Then the heartless came. Most of his days are spent killing heartless and training wit hhis sword. He now has a frienship with felix, so that works with the change of personality...
