The battle for Mamodo king

Tara looked at Danya as she said a little hi "So Cam is it well nice to meet you i am Tara and my partner is Alex" she said pointing at Alex who made sure to keep a watch on the battle as it got more interesting Tara nudged Alex

"Hm oh Nice to meet you Cam" he said as he turned his attention to Cam and Danya "And nice to meet you to Danya its good that you dont want to fight we just got back from the airport fighting a team" said Alex as he looked at the 2 he noticed like them, they had there book hidden " So Cam why'll we are on the subject of the Mamodo fights how many books have you burned" asked Alex as he looked at Tara

"So Danya nice name" said Tara as she studied Danya she seemed like she could cause some damage "So are you enjoying these events" asked Tara she was trying to start a chat but it wasn't working out to well

Trea folded his arms. The fight had become quite interesting. With each attack that a mamodo used, thousands of thoughts came to his mind. "You know Seth, this fight has really gotten me intrigued. I'm so inspired to make some new combos." Trea said, scratching his chin. Seth looked up at Trea with a weird look. "That was so serious of you......are you smoking something?" Seth asked, a bit confused. Trea smiled. "Sure." He said, still smiling. Trea turned around when he heard others talking. It seemed they were introducing themselves to each other.

"Soooo.....let's introduce ourselves." Trea suggested. "We can't just have enemies in this thing yo know." Trea said, making his way to the group. Seth ran to catch up with Trea, and walked by his side. "Hello." He said with a large smile. "I'm Trea, and this is Seth. We're not here to cause trouble, just form a friendship." Trea said, ruffling the purple hair on Seth's head.

Meis was transfixed.

"Meis...Meis...MEIS!"

Maxwell ruffled the demon child's hat, his teal iris' were braced until he'd been shaken out of his delusional eye struggle. Shaking his head after Max removed his hand, he wanted to sit and spin. Blinking twice, his senses allured him that he'd not seen either mamodo in his general area where he resided in the mamodo world and his memory was intact. Ears open, there was a small shout that didn't escape him.
"WHo wants to f-"

"I had a sense, there definitely are more around here. Is this a smart idea?"

"You tell me, I was ready to go home after pulling weeds, but nooooo, we had to come observe another battle. My freaking hands are sore..." Maxwell professed rubbing them.

They'd not fought a battle in about a week and it was essentially assumed there wouldn't be many to fight. That sense of peace was shattered after today. As Maxwell mounted Meis up on his shoulders, the demon child continued to observe a rapid-fire on the male team. What interested him, was the mamodo was floating armor...'wait, what the f-! Armor?!' Maxwell slapped his forehead and slid it down his face at how weird things had turned. If anything, letting the general public in on this type of thing was about the dumbest mistake that was possibly made.

"This is japan...weird stuff happens all the time, I think I get why it's so high strung."

"Lets go." Meis proposed at random.

"Huh? You sure? What about picking off the winner?"

"Dude...if it wasn't already obvious, it was over after the first spell was cast in succession. Lets go Max, besides, you were just complaining about wanting to go home."

"Doesn't seem like we can because of the crowd lock..."

So his name was Alex, and the mamodo was Tara. Either way, it was good to meet some new people - especially someone with a mamodo.

Cam leaned back on her heel in a easy manner. Alex had asked here many books she and Danya had burned. The girl began mentally calculating how many she had destroyed so far. However many it was, she figured it wasn't much. She and Danya normally didn't want to start any type of fights. That was one thing that Cam did not really enjoy much.

Since Danya didn't really interact much, it was pretty hard for her to get any chance to burn a book. Usually, if she did burn one, it was out of last resort. "Hm. Not a lot, only a few," Cam replied, looking back at Alex.

Tara had asked Danya if she was enjoying the battle and what was happening around her so far. Unfortunately, Danya hated talking to people she didn't know, so why would she want to talk to this mamodo? Danya kept quiet for a moment, not wanting to answer the girl's question while inching her way near Cam. "It's quite interesting, I . . . guess," the mamodo muttered in a monotone voice, while backing against Cam's leg.

The female jerked when she felt someone bump into her leg. It was Danya, as usual. . . And of course, she was trying to avoid a conversation that Alex's mamodo was trying to start. Cam groaned and stepped back. "Danya," she mumbled, frowning at the mamodo. Danya looked up and frowned back at the girl, mentally telling Cam that she was going to stay right near her leg, whether she liked it or not. Sighing, Cam shrugged her shoulders and turned back to the battle. She wandered who the winner would be, but knew not to interfere in their fight.

Just then, another boy, Trea, had come up to the group, claiming that he didn't want to cause any trouble. There was a little boy, named Seth, who was next to Trea. By the sound of things, Cam and Danya figured that the purple-haired boy had to be a mamodo.

Geez, the mamodo are really starting to show today, huh? Cam thought. Nonetheless, the more the merrier, right? As long as some of the mamodo and their partners weren't as wreckless as others, there shouldn't be anything to worry about. With that, Cam stepped forward, leaving Danya unprotected. "Well, that's good to know. By the way, name's Cam. And this here," she stepped sideways to show her mamodo, "Is Danya." The mamodo shrunk back, but did nothing more. "Don't mind her, though. She's just shy."

Danya huffed and turned her head away, and crossed her arms. But something caught her eye. It was a male with a kid. But, there was something different that made this kid a bit off. Was he a mamodo too?

Draco continued to watch as the scene unfolded out, with Thanatos hiding in the shadows nearby as they consumed their meal. "I never knew that there were such people with that kind of power" Draco commented.

"When the mamodo come into this world, they seek a human with the power to read their book." Thanatos explained. "It's no coincidence that you were able to read my book, you were chosen to be my partner in this great battle" he finished.

"I was... chosen?" Draco asked.

"Yes, I'm sorry that you had to be one of the chosen ones, I'm sure that you never really wanted to bear such a role" Thanatos said in a apologetic tone.

"Don't say that" Draco replied, "It was a bit of a shock at first meeting you and finding out about what you are, but I'm happy to be your partner, I mean how many people can say that they are friends with a mamodo?" Draco reassured him.

"Heh, true..." Thanatos said with a bit of a laugh.

[Chaotic Misery]

Straga looked around the cage and couldn't even escape. "Damn." He yelled out and Ceon couldn't even think of way for him to escape. For once Ceon was actually panicking. "Straga IMENTA!" Ceon yelled out as the book glowed. The spell hit the cage and did no damage at all. Seru's spell struck through the cage, slamming into Straga. He was blown back and rolled past Ceon. His body was beaten and Ceon eyes were wide. "Straga." That was all Ceon could say. Suddenly police could be heard coming down the street, slamming into a screeching halt on both sides of the street.

Without a second thought, Ceon scooped Straga up and dashed into an alley. He kept running until he got to another street. He then turned the corner and toward someone's backyard. Hooping the fence, Ceon moved through the back yards to get to his house.

Full proof tactics. That was the key to victory when battling, in any circumstance, at least that was how Boa saw things. She loved the thrill of battle. especially with Seru. It made things so much fun, and the thought of crushing another human and mamodo team was great to her. "Your done, you aint gettin out of that bitch." He didn't either. Straga was trapped, and was slammed with the spell full force, after a failed attempt of one of his own spells.

"Sweet," Seru said, surprised itself that the word of such substance has come from its own mouth. It turned to Boa, the thoughts of burning Straga's book at hand, but right as Boa turned to use a spell on the book, the shrill wail of sirens from police cars could be heard. Straga was swooped up and taken away by his partner, and Seru just stared at them running away coyly.

Boa winked at Seru. "Next time. Next time we'll get that bitch." Seru just nodded, and glowed a bit as as Boa walked up to it, and right next to it, there was a dull pulse of light. When it dimmed out, Boa was standing there wearing Seru as armor, but its head was gone and replaced with hers.

It was the third time she had done this, and the feeling was still a bit odd, but it didn't matter. This made it simple to stay in a situation, and not have to run away like a lot of other people did during such occasions. They walked over and sat down on a bench. "Hey Seru??

"What Boa??"

Her voice got lower. "I know you're looking at my boobs."

A new mamodo and partner had showed up this time it was a male mamodo "Hm there poping out of nowhere now" Alex said as he saw the fight end and heard police sirens wail "Well there fights over so Trea and Seth is it Nice to meet you i guess" said Alex he was being careful just incase one of these 2 groups strike so far Cam and Danya seem to be okay as for Trea and Seth Alex would have to see

Tara looked at the 2 newer people "Hi Seth my names Tara" said Tara as she shaked his hand "So Well i guess this is strange so many new faces" said Tara as she did a twirl out of boredom "I have a idea lets get ice cream" she said in a bold voice looking at Alex

"Your jacked on sugar enough as it is Tara" said alex as the crowd went away "So I guess we have a truth here between us 6" said Alex looking at the others "So what do you guys want to do" asked Alex

Trea watched as the battle came to a tragic end. The mamodo that hadn't been a floating heap of armor, had lost, and ran away. "That's too bad." Trea said, turning his head back to the group. "I suggest we get out of here, before that thing challenges one of us." Trea looked at Seth. "I know I wouldn't be able to give Seth up just like that." He said, sticking his hands in his pockets.

"How about we eat." Seth said, rubbing his stomach. "I haven't eaten since Lunch." Seth made a frown. "You do realize that was just two hours ago right?" Trea said with a laugh. Seth smiled. "That's two more hours than I wanted to go without food." Seth said, pretending to faint.

Draco saw that the battle had ended and said "Well that battle sure finished fast"

"That mamodo seems to be quite powerful, are we going to be okay battling these kinds of people" Thanatos asked.

"Well we should be careful about who we choose to battle. I mean we have won a few battles and gained a few spells sure, but we shouldn't get in over our heads" Draco explained. "I don't want to lose you after such a short time, I mean you just got here" Draco added.

"Don't worry Draco, I'm not going anywhere" Thanatos reassured Draco.

"Well I'll meet you back at the house then" Draco said as he stood up.

"All right then" Thanatos said as he disappeared into the darkness as Draco began heading for home.

As Alex listen to Treas idea of retreat h started to walk away Tara seeing this responeded "Well it was nice to meet you all if your ever in a bind and need are help heres are number" she said Handing it to Cam and Trea "Bye see ya later" she said jumping back on to Alexs shoulder as they walked to a ice cream cart that was near the battle spot "Should we be this close to them they might challenge us to" Tara said as she got a blue berry ice cream

"Dont worry i think they have had enough to day from your friend Straga" alex said as he enjoyed a Apple ice cream "And if they do want to fight we know how 2 of there spells work and we know 3 spells" said Alex as he waited to see if they would be challenged by the Armor and its partner "And if we fight it will be fun" he said as he started to walk off

Trea watched as everyone began to walk away. "Damn." He whispered. He at least wanted a practice fight or sparring match with one of them. "Oh well." Trea said, making his way to the restaurant across the street. He sat down on one of the tables outside, Seth followed and jumped up on a chair next to him. "Whatcha gonna get Trea? I'm getting a cheeseburger!" Seth yelled in excitement. Trea said nothing, he was too busy thinking of the previous battle. 'If they're mamodo like that Armor one, then we need to get a least a little bit serious about this. We've just played it like a game, fighting whomever, having a mindset that we're going to win for sure.' Trea looked at the plate that was placed in front of Seth.

"Ohhhh." Was all Seth could say. The burger was gigantic, but knowing Seth, he would probably finish it faster than any normal person. "So Seth. I think we should wait to be challenged, instead of making thoughtless fights." Trea said, picking up a straw and messing with it. "Whatever." Seth said, mouth full of burger.

Draco sat down in his room as Thanatos appeared from the darkness. "I feel like a burger for some reason" Draco commented.

"Want to get a bite to eat?" Thanatos suggested.

"Sure that sounds good" Draco said as he grabbed his jacket before he headed outside. Going back to the area where they saw the fight, Draco ordered two cheeseburgers and two cokes before taking them over to a table in the shadows.

"Thanatos, I think its safe now" Draco said as Thanatos appeared from the darkness and sat down. They began to eat as Draco looked around a bit. Darkness was always their territory, as Thanatos seemed to possess great power over it and even had learned to use the darkness to teleport around places.

Draco lazily looked around and saw two individuals sitting at a nearby table. Immediately recognising them as a mamodo and his partner, Draco whispered "Hey Thanatos, I think I saw those guys earlier today" motioning towards the pair.

"Indeed" Thanatos commented as they continued to eat their meal.

Well, it seemed as if the party was over. One of the battlers had fled the match, giving the other a clear win. Not only that, but most of the spell book holders and their mamodo were beginning to leave, doing whatever they came here to originally do. Seth and Trea suggested that Cam and Alex eat, but Cam had come here solely to just get a gallon of milk. "Sorry, but I need to go to the store. I'm already behind schedule as it is," she replied with an uneasy smile.

The spell book holder sighed. Great, and just when she thought there would be a little bit more excitement. With dissatisfaction in her tone, Cam finally said, "Come on, Danya. Let's go." The mamodo nodded without hesitation. She was thankful that they were finally leaving, but couldn't help to present one question.

"I don't get why you insist on making me meet new people and mamodo." A grimace was on the mamodo's face, showing her disapproval while she was talking. The female lightly shrugged. "You gotta really loosen up, Danya. Exposing yourself to new folks will help you to become more social towards others." The mamodo glanced up at her partner for a moment. Then, as usual, she crossed her arms and turned her head to the other direction.

The teen just chuckled, knowing that Danya didn't give a lick about what she had just mentioned. "Anyway," the female stretched, "let's go. We need to get to the store." Danya said nothing, but followed as her partner began to head toward the convenient store.

As Alex walked he say the girl Cam walk off to the convenient store he decided that Tara and him really needed to make a pact with other teams "Well i guess talking couldn't hurt more than it has today" he said as he walked up to Cam who had almost reached the door "I was curiuos iif you would like to do a bit of practice rounds with us Cam and Danya I am sure we could both us the practice so if you would meet use at the park in a half an hour from now cya" he said as he and Tara walked off to the park

"Practice we dont need practice we have already taken care of 3 mamodos" Tara said in a bored voice "Then again i guess practice wouldn't be bad if they show up" said Tara as she laid in the grass
