[Souretsu Gear]

Upon entering the Eta server, Rito first sight to see was a battle ensuing between a double blader and an Xth Shooter. "Eh....Interesting match up...." Rito walked slowly towards the fray as his mind raced about the turn of the battle. Distance between him and the battle was closing in, along with it's spectators of the show. "Too bad that Double blader is at a bad disadvantage since it's an Xth shooter..." He stated openly as he stood a distance from the player, Kingdom_fighter and pulled out his dual guns just to be safe. "Of course, in The World, no one is safe. Well, as they say..."
The battle ensued. More viewers came to watch the battle. It seems that it was more interesting than some man slaughter of monsters and players.

Though, seemingly in a desperate act to finish off the female Xth Shooter Boa, the player Kurogane used his skill "Demon Break" which, in terms of a Xtreme Buster, is a powerful attack, or so to speak if against certain classes.

[Shattered Redemption]

Boa was about to leave, she would much rather find items, or at least fight somebody whom made a fight interesting. This guy was dull in battle, and she wanted something more exciting, like a team battle, or at least something where she was in great danger, maybe something that could explain the affliction she had. She turned and started to walk away, after seeing the floating ghost like character speaking to him, she shrugged and kept going.

"Boy, that was a bit lame, but I liked the whole spin thing he did." Like before in the day, Boa was not paying as close attention to things as she should have been, she was surprised that the battle hadn't ended in her loss, but for some reason she had been in crystal clear senses for the fight. Then she heard a whirring sound like that of a fast weapon, and got hit in the back. She cried out, screaming as she heard the man yell out his attack.

"Demon Break!!"

Yet she felt no real pain, and her HP didn't go down. Her skin had saved her. It was that affliction. Her metallic skin buffered the blow almost completely, it was like the metal voided the damage. The spikes on the sword still spun as the attack went on, and she ducked and turned around, grabbing the blade with her clawed hand, and using her MP to leak out a lightning spell on her claws, which ran the length of the weapon he had, and would start to shock him instantly.

He was now truly amazed at the fight. "Holy Crap," He said calmly. He was utterly surprised at the mattallic skin of the female known as Boa. He knew he should probably be off somewhere, getting stronger or searching for Seru, but for some reason he seemed drawn to this fight.

"Wow..." Rito's eyes widened in amazement. It was his first time seeing a class tanking a Demon Break skill, better yet, from an Xtreme Buster. That for an Xth Shooter of his own stature would consider taking on an Xtreme Buster skill on and receiving little damage was an awesome feat. But by the looks of things, Boa's feats are set higher than just taking an attack from a power-built class.
"Now that is some serious shit right there..." Rito smirked from the rare sight of two clashing job classes, with the supposed 'weaker' half winning.

He heard another person in amazement say "Holy crap" because at this moment, the fight seemed to get even better and better.

More yet, Boa the Xth Shooter just shot lightning through the poor player's body when he's already heavily damaged. Though, it strangely reminded him of another player from the old version of The World, who too had a black, spiked-armor PC that can storm against armies of other players. This Xth shooter seems no different.

[Shattered Redemption]

Seru knew at once that she was infected. Boa had been infection, or possibly taken over by a Van. All kinds of character corruption came about from those things, but after what had happened it was more than just a flaw in character data. There was a likely chance that Boa didn't look the way she did now at a previous time. "She took that attack like it was nothing, it is impressive. Her claws must have high defensive capabilities."

Boa did not stop with the mere voiding of the attack, as Seru watched. She proceed to use her claws further, and cast a spell through them, to shock Kurogane. It was a powerful lightning spell. "Hmm this battle is really a waste the way I see it."

It turned to some of the other players whom were watching the fight. "what are you guys doing here, is this all you see this place as?? A place to simply stare like fools and watch others fight?? What a shameful existence here." It chuckled at them all.

He turned towards the man talking to him, and the realized, Itwas Seru. He smirked to himself, not yet wanting to reveal that he wanted to Fight Seru. "No," He began, "I prefer to fight, but I figured i chould watch a fight, for a change." He Stood there waiting for a responce from the creature known as Seru, already planning out the fight in his head.

Kingdom_Fighter pulled his blade from the ground. His eyes gazed at the creature. It was stranger than most Characters that he had seen before. Kingdom_Fighter rushed towards the character taken over by the Van.

Kingdom Fighter scanned the creature. It would not take much damage at all. In fact its health bar had shown that it had only take 1 hit point if he had attacked. normally, Kingdom_Fighters attacks would do at least 30 damage to the most resistant and powerfull armors without the use of items, or assistance. Kingdom_Fighter stopped his attack. he did not apriciate being called a newby.. But he did not want to be in over his head. He would need help from others.

[Xth]

Kurogane watched as his hit did nothing and that was possibly all he had left. Boa placed a grip on his blade and sent lightning through it to his hand. A massive majority of his HP fell. He stared at onlookers as he pulled back from the woman. Kurogane approached them, escaping his earlier fight. He healed himself of his injuries and taunted a few of the watchers barking dark threats. Kurogane turned to Boa after he scared off the group he taunted. She wasn't as much of a pushover as he thought most players of The World to be. He proceeded to listen to conversations between various onlookers, not the ones he had barked at earlier or those beside them but the others insulting his power. Kurogane swiftly swung his blade eliminating them and walked off. Bitch. He cruelly thought, referring to Boa. There was something different about her and Kurogane somehow hated that.

The battle was over. The winner was obvious to the eyes of everyone. A PK got PK'ed. That would be the most ironic situation ever, and yet the most fulfilling scene. The gunner Boa turned to the spectators who started to disperse after seeing the monstrous ability the Xth shooter had to avoid any consequences. Well, one didn't really seem to avoid conflict. Boa stared at what is left of the crowd and scoffed at them.

"What are you guys doing here, is this all you see this place as? A place to simply stare like fools and watch others fight?? What a shameful existence here." Turning away and chuckling.

Rito closed his eyes and pointed his head downwards. "That's right...All I did was just stand there like some idiot...like some...newbie...but for all of the good reason...", finally with an answer, Rito looked up. "Shut up...Got a problem with what people do in this 'World'? Well too bad, people can do whatever they want like PK'ers kill whoever they want...you're no different from most it seems. " Rito retorted as he started to walk around Boa, keeping a distance. He kept his dual guns close to him, to keep his guard up, even though he knows he has a high chance of losing.

"PK'ers...They think they can do whatever they want while shun others, telling them they can't do a freakin' thing...stupid isn't it?", Rito paused for a second as he stopped in his tracks. "Besides, I don't think you can tell others to stop watching battles...it's not like you rule The World."

Boa finished her spell, watching as her attacker flew backwards, well jumped it seemed the same. She'd won the fight, it seemed her overall personality traits to believe she was gonna win helped her out in a fight. Her character seemed a bit shaky, but other than that it was all fine. "Well that was interesting. I hope that I don't have too much trouble in this area for long. I really want to just find some rare items and get to some of the upper levels before I." She stopped talking, dropping to her knees, and screaming out in pain.

"Uh AHHHH!!! UGH!!!!" She dropped onto the ground, static and fragments of the area that floated randomly around, and her character seeming to break apart. She exploded, and then a cloud of data that had been rolling in from the left settled down, and a space in the area slit open like a giant razer blade had cut it apart.

A hoard of slugs with fur covering their bodies slither out of the cut in the server, they were most definitely slugs, but they had another major distinguishing mark on their bodies. There was a crescent moon and red star symbol on the chest area. They were none other than a species of the Vantratros, and they were ready to attack and spread ruin.

Kane slowly walked down the first stage Eta quietly as he watched creatures around fight other players. It felt like Kane has been walking forever without action since most of the monsters were just running around not doing anything, or so he thought. When Kane reached a small circular area with green grass inside small probally low levled monsters swarmed around him preventing his escape from any way. Kane just smiled as he reached his hands out of his pocket and prepared to fight. Kane crack both his kneck and his knuckles as the first monster came.

As the first monster rushed towards Kane he closed his eyes. These monsters wouldnt be a problem fighting them with his eye clothes and since it was primatevly quiet where he stood he can hear them snarl and move. Kane quickly side stepped as the monster lunged for his throat. As it missed Kane claw came up and he stuck it inside the monsters head. The other rushed towards him in a group this time Kane believed cause all he can hear was low thuds coming towards him. Kane retracted his claw and begin the fight. As Kane jumped right above his original postion and open his eyes the monsters bumped into each other. As he came down the blades on his feet came out and he begin sticking each monster with them in the back of the head. After they were all disposed of Kane put his hands back in his pocket and walked off.

Getting tired of walking and looking for a real challenege Kane noticed a group of people off at a distance. He moved towards them slowly not saying a word as he reached two that were standing looking at what may have been a battle but only thing there was a man and slugs all around. Maybe this was just the battle Kane was looking for to get his blood a little pumped.

He watched in amazement at the events that took place. He watched the Slugs, planning on how to take them out quickly. It seemed as if no one elsewas going to fight them. He Drew His Twin Serpents. He rushed up and quickly eleminated three of the Slugs.

OOC: Apparently you haven't read what the Van are, or what they can do. These slugs are Van, yet you took out three of them in seconds.......

Yeah right.

[Stark]

Kane stopped slowly in his tracks as he looked down and noticed a cresecnt moon and a red star on the slugs chest. "Dammit i didnt think i would run into Vans so soon" Kane whispered to himself as he back away slowly. It was to many for him to fight especially at his current lvl. Vans were no pushover like the other monster he fought back there and most likely he would lose.

Kane turned around and begin to walk slowly away from the slugs without a word to anyone. If these people were slow enough to fight Van then they deserved to be killed he believed. As Kane walked away he noticed a big beast coming towards him. Van behind him and a big beast in front of him. Kane had to fight something so he rushed towards the monster.

Sliding beneath the beast leg as it swungs its massive mallet at Kane and missing kane's claws came out slicing the monsters ankle tendons making it drop to its knees. The beast gave out a faint growl as Kane ran up the beast back trying to stick one of his claws into the head of the beast. That plan failed as the monster reached on its back pulling Kane off and slamming him into the ground. The beast swugs its mallet back towards Kane on the floor and he quickly rolled away and the attack missed. After regaining his feet anyone who was watching could tell Kane was mad. The beast swung widly on his knees and Kane dodged each one as made his way to the beast chest. As Kane reached the chest the monster got a hit to his legs making Kane fly horizontly in the air and landing on his left arm. Kane was in pain but didnt want to show it. As Kane lay there hurt the beast bent its head down towards Kane to eat him. Kane acted quickly and stuck his right arms claw into the beast head. The beast dropped right next to Kane. Kane slowy rose to his feet and continued his walk away from the slugs who probally by now was coming towards him.

Seru watched a short event that looked as if Boa's data had crashed, and as she logged out, or worse, Vans showed up, and they began moving towards the group, and other monsters in the area. "How annoying." Seru turned slowly as one of the Van slugs rushed towards him, acting much quicker than any slug monster should. Of course in this place this was nothing surprising, and as it did not plan on being killed, and infested, Seru would merely have to take some action of its own.........

A single slug looked in Seru's directly, it rearing up and shooting acid out of its mouth, in a thick spray that dripped all over it as Seru slashed at it. it was defensive, because as the lade connected, the substance hardened, and Seru's fragment saber cracked the material. "Geez, slime armor?? You have got to be kidding ,me."

Seru ripped its blade from the monster and let it go, getting fairly lucky in a circular strike and severely injuring several more Van whom were closing in to attack. "You really aren't good enough for me." Avoiding the acid that was firing from all of the slugs mouths, Seru let go of its weapon and floated backwards, extending its arm. A plate of metal slid up its wrist and then up the arm, more plates building quickly. A cannon blaster formed over Seru's arm as its blade began to slashes apart the slugs..........
