Kingdom Hearts [II-II]-- Keybearer of Love

Sakura breathed heavily than slowly turned her head to Derick, fearful of what she might see. The strong keybearer was shaking and attempting to stand. She looked around at the descrtuction that Sleif and Maleficent had created before they left. She got up quickly and ran with all of her force to Derick, and crouched next to him. He looked so weak that she couldn't look much longer. Instead she offered him her hand.
"Derick, I understand how much pain you must be in, but we have to go," She said as soft and gentle as she could, taking one alst look at the crumbling scenary around them. "Come on."

Nelera glanced at the clock, too. It struck twelve. She looked back at the man called Ale and made up her mind. She was certain he was a part of what she was searching for, and she couldn't shake that feeling. The blonde young girl gripped her dagger before looking straight into his eyes.
"I feel this was no mere coincidence that I noticed you, and I can swear that you're part of the memories I can't recall... Ale, I also have a feeling you are important, so I will follow you if you need my help with anything," She told him. Maybe if she stuck around him long enough, the memories would come back.

[Emorene]

Emorene ran over to where the others were, after sheathing his sword. He approached Sakura and Derick and asked, "Is everyone alright? Once we get out of here, I need to talk to you all." He then summoned a corridor of darkness and ran toward it. "This will take us to Radient Gardens, where we should be safe. Hurry!"

Ale looked at Nelera and said with a smile, "I agree, this is no coincidence. It would appear that we both have memories that we can not recall." He then looked onwards, in deep thought, before turning back to Nelera saying, "I think I know how we can get our lost memories back. Kingdom Hearts, the heart of all worlds, holds many powers. I believe hearts and memories are connected, and if this is true, we should be able to remember everything we are not able to recall now with the help of Kingdom Hearts. There are many ways to summon Kingdom Hearts, and I think I know a way that shall be best. Will you help me summon Kingdom Hearts?" Ale looked back at Pete and then back at Nelera. Everything was falling into place, and soon he knew his plan would be put into action.

"I. . . I can still fight!" shouted the now injured boy who still had the will to battle despite his current condition. Staggering over to Sleif's direction, he attempted to lift up his Keyblade until someone grabbed the back of his shirt, tugging away at it so that it prevented Derick from moving. He glanced over his shoulder expecting to see Sakura but instead it was Sora. "Let go of me!"

"You can forget about it! You're in no condition to keep fighting someone as strong as him!" Sora shouted back at his friend, dragging him towards the portal and looked over at both Sakura and Emorene. "C'mon! We don't have much time before this place is completely destroyed!" he told them as he forced Derick into the portal and reappeared with him in Radiant Garden, awaiting for the others to arrive.

As everything seemed to fall apart around everyone, Maleficent couldn't help but to start laughing maniacally, as she turned her attention towards Sleif, who had just dismissed his nobodies, and was walking over towards her.

"It all went as planned!" Sleif said to Maleficent, as he slowly approached her the ground behind him falling away.
"Yes. But your little experiment isn't over yet! We must see if it will do, as it is meant to do!" replied Maleficent, just before both of them were consumed in her green flames, disappearing from the bottom area completely.

At that same moment, Diablo cawed with his eyes glowing red, just before he and the five mirrors, all disappeared into dark portals, leaving the entire tower completely empty to crumble into nothing. Suddenly in the dark realm, five dark portals and two large green flames instantly appeared, as Maleficent and Sleif stood in the middle, while the mirrors were positioned around them.

Diablo gave a delightful caw as it swooped towards Maleficent, landing on her shoulder with ease. "How long do you think it will take?" asked Maleficent as she looked at Sleif. "It shouldn't take long! And once the preparations are complete, we can instantly test out the results." replied Sleif, who ginned slightly as he said that.

"Good! While you are occupied with that, I shall be busy with business of my own! Farewell for now." said Maleficent before she erupted into green flames again, leaving Sleif alone in the dark realm, with the mirrors.

"Now..." Sleif started to say, as he raised his hand, summoning the large green orb from when Derick was there. "Let us see if this will work!" Sleif said, raising his hands and causing the mirror that Diablo was perched upon, to start replaying the battle which was just fought, which specifically focused on Derick and Sakura.

Looking squarely at the images playing, a much larger grin appeared on Sleif's face, as he turned around to the large orb in front of him.
Placing his hands onto it, Sleif closed both of his eyes, before reopening them and revealing his two different coloured eyes, which seemed to have been glazed over, as the orb began to glow brightly, reacting with the mirror.

[Right now I have Sakura, Kairi, Namine, Roxas and Nelera... Now I shall temporarily use a few characters here! Wow, I'm superwoman. ;-D ]
[But if someone could take Namine, it'd be helpful! T_T]

Sakura watched as Sora dragged Derick into the portal, and made sure everyone else did before she jumped in, narrowly missing a piece of falling tower. She looked up when she landed at the place known as Radiant Gardens. It looked like a normal city to her, though in several places it looked like it was crumbling. She took another look around before walking forward. The sounds of a market were nearby. Good! If there were shops here, she could buy an outfit that wasn't torn and unfit for battle. Hopefully not a light dress like she had now. "Radiant Gardens, eh? Seems nice enough..." She said before noticing a heartless. It was a single shadow creeping along the ground, but than a burst of light pulsed from the ground and sent it flying, aswell as just missing Sakura.
"Woah! What was that?" She asked, stepping back.

Nelera nodded. "I don't know much about Kingdom Hearts, but I'd like to help anyway I can!" Ale seemed like a powerful man, and if she stuck with him, who knows what kind of power she'd have, too! The girl pulled out her dagger, that pulsed with an electric energy. She wasn't new with it, she had used it many times before against the heartless and various other enemies.
"Where do we start?"

"That would be the defense mechanism that Leon and the others whipped up. Whenever a Heartless decides to appear around here, it'll automatically track down where it is and eliminate it so there's no need to worry about fighting here." Sora explained after watching a mere Shadow Heartless being taken care by the random pillar of light.

"Let go of me!" shouted Derick who had managed to get himself free but ended up dropping to the floor, struggling to get up again.

Sora knelt down beside his friend, sighing. "You did say let go," he told him as he looked over at Sakura. "Feel free to take a look around the market. I'll take Derick here over to Merlin's Study Home so he can rest." he told her as he helped Derick to stand, walking over to a large wooden door. "Meet me here at the Zero District later, okay?" And with that the two walked passed the large double doors, heading over to a regular-looking home that lied within the heart of the district. Sora led his injured friend into the home where an old man wearing a light blue gown with a matching light blue magician's hat. He had a long white beard that almost touched the ground, also wearing a pair of glasses.

"Oh my," the magician gasped, turning out to be none other than Merlin. "Set him down on the bed, quickly!" he told Sora who had done so despite the fact Derick didn't want to lay down. "So I take it that you brought along a few guests, no?"

Sakura nodded to Sora's instruction. She turned herself to the direction of the market and walked that way, listening to the sounds that reminded her of Destiny Islands' market. She stopped at the top of the stairs she climbed and looked around. It was quite large and busy. The keybearess walked threw the district and finally spotted a clothing outfitters. She picked something out that she thought was perfect.
It had black shorts with half of a white skirt coming from the sides and back. It's torso was a white halter shirt and a long black strap across the lower part of it, holding small pouches. It had a matching headband and finger-less combat gloves. The shoes were like sandals, but after a small gap it attaches up to her knee with like boots with laces. The sandal-like part being black and the long boot-like part white.

She paid using what munny she had and used the changing room to change. She immediatly but hesitantly threw out her old gown, like throwing out the past. Her long blue-snowy hair matched perfectly with the outfit, and her white eyes stood out brilliantly. She blushed at the mirror as she looked at herself. It wasn't like her. Sakura looked confident and ready for anything. The girl than thanked the shop owner and walked back towards the stairs. She walked down to the Zero district, but didn't find Sora or the others, so she walked towards where she heard voices.

The door to Merlin's opened silently as a girl with long white hair walked in. Roxas almost didn't notice Sakura. He blinked at her, and could tell she was embaressed by having everyone's attention. The nobody didn't like being in the centre of attention, either. Still, the keybearess looked very beautiful for being in a combat uniform.
Sakura walked forwards to the bed where Derick was restless. She smiled and bent over slightly to be in his sight. "A-Are you feeling any better?" She asked softly, barely above a whisper.

Sora saw that Sakura had entered the house donning an entirely new outfit, looking as if she were prepared for another battle. Then he watched as she checked up on how Derick was doing at the moment, deciding to give them some alone time by drawing Roxas' attention away, introducing him to Merlin.

"This is Merlin. He's the one who taught me all of my magic abilities." he explained, the magician extending his hand to the Nobody for a traditional handshake.

"A pleasure to meet you, erm - Roxas I believe it is, right?"

Meanwhile, Derick was simply staring up at the ceiling until Sakura bent over slightly just to see how he was doing. "No," he said rather blandly, turning his gaze over to her and gave her a faint smirk. "But. . . seeing your face makes the pain go away." he ended up blurting out, his face now turning to a shade of red as he turned his head to the side, just enough so that he wasn't looking at her anymore. "Um. . . I'm sorry. Didn't know where that came from. . ." Derick apologized, stammering a bit while doing so.

[Emorene]

Emorene watched as one by one everyone entered through the corridor of darkness, just before it faded away. "I think I shall go with Sora," said Emorene as he followed Sora amd walked toward Merlin's Study.

Goofy and Donald, after entering Radient Gardens, followed Emorene toward Merlin's Study. They knew Sora the best out of everyone, and felt it would be best to stay with him. As they walked, Goofy whispered to Donald, "Who do you think this guy is anyway?" Donald turned, took a look at Emorene, and said, "I don't know, but I wouldn't trust him. Looks kind of fishy to me." Goofy looked again at Emorene and whispered to Donald, "You think?"

Ale turned to look at Nelera as he said with a smile, "Good to hear. We must start by getting the help from as many Heartless as possible, their captive hearts will be the key to us achieving our goal. How much do you know of Heartless... and Nobodies?" As Ale said that last word, he felt an odd chill inside of him. He shook off the feeling and decided it best not to dwell on it.

[Namimaru]

Sakura blushed slightly and started to giggle at Derick's comment. She couldn't help it when what he had said was probably the cutest thing she had heard before. The keybearess took a seat on the side of the bed and looked forwards at everyone examining the scenery. Donald and Goofy were whispering about Emorene- who could obviously hear them well, Namine and Kairi were chatting about something-or-other at the door, and Roxas, Sora and Merlin were talking near the computer.
"Don't appologize. I'm glad I could help," The keybearess chimed, turning her head back to Derick and his red face. This only made her giggle more. Sakura stood up and leaned over once more. "Anyway, you should rest. We're in no hurry and we should recover before taking on another challenge." She lightly brushed her lips on his cheek in something just a peck, and walked away towards Sora, Merlin and Roxas.

"Oh- uh... Hello, Master Merlin... Its a pleasure!" Roxas said, nervously shaking his hand. He had heard of Merlin being a great and powerfull wizard, but he didn't look like much. The nobody blinked and took his hand away after and glanced over his sholder at Sakura walking their way.

"Please sonny. You can just call me Merlin. There's no need to call me master or anything on the lines of that. Simply Merlin would do." said the old man who covered his mouth with his fist, clearing his throat and looked towards Sora. "Now then, what brings you and all your friends here?" asked the magician who awaited for the Keybearer's response.

"Well, you see, Maleficent's back. . ." Sora said rather timidly, scratching the back of his head. "I really don't know how she returned. The last time we saw her was back at the World That Never World Was with Pete. They held off the Heartless for us and that was the last time we ever saw them both. Surprisingly enough, Pete's no longer with her after our confrontation just earlier on." he explained furthermore, "Not only that but she has a new apprentice and his name is Sleif. As you can see from Derick's injuries."

"I see. . . so, I see you guys are dealing with a new power of Darkness then. . ."

As the conversation proceeded, Derick just laid on the bed motionless but not because he was hurt or anything. It was more the fact that Sakura had practically gave him a tiny kiss but on the cheek. OH how it would of been more meaningful if it were on the lips but he had idea why he yearned for something like that. Heck, Derick didn't even know why he was so attracted towards Sakura in the first place. He was just so oblivious to his feelings which was the reason why he probably didn't know.

"Um. . . wow. . . " were the only words that Derick could mouth off, still blushing after Sakura's little kiss on his cheek.

[Emorene]

Emorene ignored Donald and Goofy as they spoke. He would let them think what they wanted about him. Even he had to admit that he looked suspicious. Emorene thought that the clothing he wore might have given them reason to believe he had some connection with Organization 13. That was true in some ways, but he knew that what they would think would be different from what had really happened. So, he simply ignored them as he and the two entered Merlin's Study. Merlin's appearance was not that of a mighty wizard, but he knew that he was stronger than he looked. Emorene was glad to finally rest, yet he knew that he would have to tell the others soon about Malificent and how she was planning to summon Kingdom Hearts soon. For now, though, he decided to wait and listen to what was being said.

Sakura yawned and listened as Sora spoke with the wizardsly man with him. She finally made it to their conversation and studied the old man. Long white beard, blue gown and matching hat. He juist looked like a grandfather in pajamas to her, but she stayed polite as she waited for an introduction. She was far too shy to introduce herself, so she stuck to the side and listened intentily to their conversation about the enemies they had earlier encountered.

"Hey, Derick, why are you blushing...?" The red-headed teenaged girl asked, looking over the bed that the wounded keybearer was laying in, motionless. She had notice he seemed somewhat nervous around Sakura, but Kairi never really looked too much into it.
