"Well. First off, what is this place? Your headquarters? Pretty fancy, id say. And second, whats the point of all this. I mean, I knew alot more than that group of Players did, like that im dead, and that this is another Shibuya, but why? Why give a second chance? I just dont know." Zakuku said, staring over at Sleif, who came in an sat in a large arm chair across from him.

Sora caught Kusari's look and heard her muttering something. He unclenched his fists and Furoa told him to settle down. He did and backed away.
"I trust you guys." He said to them and backed off. He nooded to Haine's suggestion as he threw Kusari one of his pins.

"I know you can probably handle yourself, but just in case you need to escape from Noise or something, throw that on the ground and snap your fingers. Make sure you're out of range though, that Explosion can get really big." Sora turned to Furoa and Kyoroj.

"Sorry about junping at you like that." He said rubbing the back of his head and laughing nervously. "Why don't you come with us for some ramen, then we can discuss about freeing Zakuku while we eat."

[Akans]

Kyoroj smiled.
"I'd like some ramen, but I can't hang around you Players too much. I've already overstayed my welcome. Some of the higher ups will become suspicious, especially when no screams appear after a few minutes. I'm just here to offer my help. You're not the only ones who don't .... agree.... with some of the Reapers."
He glanced at his watch. "Well... I guess I could stay for a bowl."

Kyoroj didn't really want to leave - it had been years since he'd actually 'hung out' with others. But the other Reapers wouldn't share his sympathy. Sleif for one wouldn't be happy. Nor Kage.
Who cares. Just a few minutes. It couldn't hurt.

'They better pick us some ramen. Or else... Haine thought as she saw Sora throw one of his pins to Kusari. Haine, herself was still cautious about Kyoroj, being a reaper and everything, and was a little worried about him. The Reapers would be steamed to find out about his 'helping the players'.

Unscrunching her eyebrows, she turned to Kusari and gestured her to lead.

Sitting in the large chair, Sleif listened to Zakuku's questions. "Well. First off, what is this place? Your headquarters? Pretty fancy, id say. And second, whats the point of all this. "Well let me answer your questions in the same order, Zakuku!" said Sleif as he looked over towards Zakuku. "Yes, this place that we are currently in, is infact out headquarters. And to cover your last questions, the purpose of all of this...giving the players another chance, this other Shibuya, is basically put... for the enjoyment of us, the reapers!" replied Sleif.

"Does that answer all of your questions?" asked Sleif, lying back in the large armchair, as his small snake noise continued to perch on his shoulder.

Look, it's just that I used to come here when I was a kid, so this is the only thing that reminds me of back when I wasn't a Reaper.

Kage gave a grumble and glanced over at Cam out of the corner of his eye, hands in his pockets and body facing the graffiti-ed wall; he didn't dare turn to face her.

"Stuff from the past isn't important. It can't effect the present or the future. Why worry 'bout it then?"

He couldn't help but mutter something about "Well... maybe it can... I dunno...". He had to prove that he was right, even if he didn't know if he was the least bit, and continued on. He glanced to the side, now looking a bit uneasy.

"I gave up everything from the past, from the RG, 'cause I couldn't get back to it. Neither of us are goin' to get back to those things. They don't matter anymore."

His golden orbs glanced back up at the graffiti. His frown suddenly became rather... pensive; his eyes, on the other hand, said that he didn't look very amused.

"...It still looks like junk, though."

Suddenly, the Reaper slid to the side, trying his best to make some distance between the other Gamemaster. This thing, no matter how stupid and pointless it looked to him, was important to her; she already tried to protect. More bashing of the thing probably would not end well for him. At least, that's what he thought. He couldn't help but mutter something under his breath, his head turn to the side now. All that was loud enough, or audible enough, to be heard were "Please don't hate..." and "cute".

"...Ow!"

Well, she didn't even see that coming. That pin that Sora had tossed? It just hit Kusari in the forehead and landed on the ground. Nothing happened, like the powers it apparently had, but the little thing still hurt... Rubbing her forehead with her hand, she bent down and picked the pin up, glancing at it in her palm. She pocketed and quietly said, "Mmkay."

She glanced over to Kyoroj after taking her hand out of her pocket. He didn't want to get ramen with them? Kusari frowned, but seemed to perk up when he agreed to go with them, even if it was just a few minutes. Everybody else seemed so cautious about the Reaper, but Kusari was the exact opposite: she trusted him because of how helpful he had been. Sure, he was scary at first, probably because of the whole Reaper thing, but he was a big help!

Kusari blinked when Haine acted as if she wanted Kusari to lead them to the ramen place. She didn't move a muscle, but did look pretty confused.

"...Where?" she questioned, tilting her head to the side.

[Rhapsody Flows]

When the teen heard Kage emit a grumble, and she looked at him, a quizzical expression playing on her face. "Stuff from the past isn't important. It can't effect the present or the future. Why worry 'bout it then?" The Reaper briefly stared at the male before looking back at the wall. She thought about what he said. After a short moment of silence from Cam, she was about to respond, but Kage continued on from where he left off.

She was taken aback at what he stated, glanced down to the side, her facial expression showing that she was in deep thought. She wanted to say something to his statement, but what? Instead, she put her hands deep into her pockets and whispered, "But. . . I do want to go back to-"

However, her whisper was interrupted by another comment that Kage threw out. Unlike the other comments, though, this one reflected back to Kage's opinion about the graffiti-covered wall. The little statement caused Cam to turned her attention to Kage with a small frown on her face.

The Reaper was hoping to meet his gaze, but his head was now turned, muttering something that she did not get. She also noted that he was a bit farther away from her than he was a minute ago. She blinked in confusion, then smirked. "Whatever you say, Sheep." The woman chuckled jokingly.

"Still. . .," she shifted her head back to the wall, "That doesn’t change the fact that I won’t hesitate to protect this." She put her hands on the concrete wall, feeling its cold temperature. She calmed her voice, almost lowering it down to a whisper.

"Even if I have to risk being erased."

The woman's eyes narrowed into slits, instantly returning her thoughts back to what Kage said a minute ago. If what he said is true, and none of the things from the past mattered anymore, why did she feel so connected to this inanimate object full of graffiti? Was it really because she wanted things back the way they used to be, or because she simply thought it was such a nice piece of work?

Cam stretched her arms, raising them up above her head before letting them drop down to her sides. She titled her head in Kage's direction and half-heartedly smiled. "Guess we should be getting back to HQ then. You ready?"

Sora walked toward Shibu Departmant Store and watched Kyoroj carefull, then calmed himself and took a deep breath.
"No, no, they told me he was safe, I'm gonna have to trust em." He whispered to himself under his breath and then noticed how quiet it was. "Soooo....what kind of Ramen do you guys like?" He said trying to stir up some conversation.

[Takushi Rena]

"If you want to protect it so badly..." Kage didn't set his eyes on her again; he was turned to the side and tilted his head from side to side, "Why not go for a higher rank? Easier than tryin' to keep it safe form this level..."

From his start as a Reaper, he only had one goal in mind: if he was forced into this mess, he might as well be at the top of things. Or else there was no point in even being in that group...

Guess we should be getting back to HQ then. You ready?

Kage spun around and glanced down at Cam. He had his hands in his pockets and looked... pretty bored, actually. Truth be told, he didn't want to go back to HQ; Gendou was there, fresh meat was too, and... he didn't even want to think about Sleif. He paused, scratched the back of his head, and, suddenly, looked quite ticked off.

"...HEY!" he pointed his index finger right at Cam's nose, "There's a café on Cat Street... and we had nothing' to do, 'til Dumbass-kun showed up."

He paused, put his hand by his side, and then looked up.

"...Ya wanna go now? Got nothin' better to do."

Kusari's face suddenly became bright red. How stupid! She forgot that they were going to Tigre Punks; she thought they were going to the ramen shop with everybody else and gotten hungry because of it. She gave a nervous laugh, grinning.

"Yeah! I knew that..."

The tomboy turned around and grinned, "Race ya there!"

And the kid took off without another word, heading straight towards Tigre Punks in Molco. She couldn't help but be a little bit competitive; playing video games too much made that part of her a bit...

OOC: It begins. MASU'S CHRONICLES. x] Along with everyone else.

IC:

Lying on the ground, with nary a soul about, Hyojiin Masuke (Masu for short) wasn't exactly sure of what he was reading on his cellphone. "What is this? Some kinda retarded junk mail? Viral marketing scheme?" he thought to himself, slightly confused. The message read as the following.

"Unfortunate soul, you're rather late to the Shinigami Game! As such, you have a special "Starting" Mission, for coming in so late! Find a partner. The Noise will actively stalk you. No time limit. Failure to find a partner will result in erasure."

Masu wondered if he should just ignore the message? It wasn't exactly like it was uncommon to get junk mail, or viral marketing schemes for the "higher-ups" of a company. But this message just seemed weird. Like, REALLY weird. "Failure to find a partner will result in erasure." What could that mean? Erasure? What, they'd like, erase the data from his phone or something?

Sighing rather heavily, Masu looked about him. He knew where he was; Shibuya Station Underpass. "Great, I'm in Shibuya, with no real idea how the hell I got here. Guess I might as well. . . go. . . shopping?" Masu thought to himself. ". . . Yeah, they might have a new game or something. . .".

Masu understood that he was trying to comfort himself, albeit relatively shakily. He knew that he had a "memory gap" of some sort; that was rather nerve-wracking. He never forgot a lot. How could he have forgotten how he'd wound up under the Shibuya train tracks? Short answer: he couldn't. Sighing heavily, he decided it best to just. . . leave it alone for now, and started walking towards Scramble Crossing.

As he stood up to start walking, Masu felt something in his hand. Opening his palm, he looked down at it. It was a black pin, with an intricate skull on it. "Funky ass design. I could probably use something like that on a t-shirt. Best keep it. . ." Masu thought, and tucked it into his pocket without giving it a second thought.

While he walked, he noticed a lot of people. Generally, his appearance at least cast a bit of odd looks from the "cool" kids; why wasn't it today? It was like he didn't exist at all. Nobody even so much as gave him a sideways glance. They just mulled about their buisness, oblivious to him. Now, THAT was definitely weird. Something funky was goin' on. But Masu had no idea what it could be. Sighing rather heavily, he reached the West Exit Bus Terminal.

Arriving on the scene, he was immediately greeted with a lot of people. "No matter, this is just Shibuya, for 'ya." Masu thought, grinning to himself slightly about the little phrase. His grin faded quickly, when somebody abruptly bumped into him, causing him to fall onto the pavement. He felt slightly annoyed, and felt like cussing the person out.

Looking up, he realized it was a young girl, probably seventeen or so? Didn't matter right now. Masu was angry. At least she could watch where she was going!

"Hey, you, wuz' the big idea?! Why'd 'ya knock me down like that?" he said rather loudly. The girl didn't even look at him. "Hey! I'm talkin' to 'ya!" Masu shouted. Again, no response. The girl looked around her, with the kind of look that "she'd-just-seen-a-ghost", and walked off, not even looking back at Masu.

"Hey! HEY!" Masu called angrily. Standing up rather clumsily to chase after her, he fell back to the ground. Kinda hard. His hands scraped the pavement. And then he just kinda lay there. But nobody looked down. No one cast a glance in his direction. People even walked OVER him. Yeah, this was Japan and all; folks were unfriendly and stuff, but not like THIS. They'd at least look at him! So. . . what was up?

Masu suddenly heard his phone. BRIIING BRIIING! Standing up, while pulling his phone out of his pocket, he then began reading the text message. "Oh, great, same bullshit as bef-" Masu was cut short as he read.

"P.S. The time limit has been changed slightly! You now have SIXTY (10 x 6, 60, 10 + 10 + 10 + 10 + 10 + 10) minutes to find a partner. Noise will also converge on you. Failure to find a partner in the allotted time will definitely equal erasure. "

Now Masu was slightly scared. He tried to delete the message. It wouldn't. "Wha-? Stupid piece o' crap phone! Delete the message!" he thought, continuously pressing the "Delete" key. Nothing happened in the least. This was starting to set Masu into a slight panic. But he wasn't really ready for what happened next. His hand exploded in pain, and then it quickly subsided. He yelped at this, but it'd been too quick; the pain was gone. Looking at his palm, Masu gasped. Loudly.

There was a timer. Counting down from 60:00. It was currently at 59:52, 51, 50, 49, and it kept going down. "Yeah. I have a slight mental disorder at the moment. I need help. Hallucinations. Not good. At all. But what happened next seemed a bit more surprising than the whole hand-clock development: he was pushed over. Again. The second time today. And then, his feelings of worry, fear, sadness, anger, all changed to anger. A lot of it.

Turning about, Masu practically screamed "WHAT DO YOU THINK THE BIG IDEA IS, YOU FU-", and was cut short by what hit him over. It was a floating symbol.

"Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat. The. Heeeeeeeeeeeeell. . ." Masu said, standing up. He looked at the symbol, and felt like it was just looking back at him. "What. . . is it? Why isn't anybody else looking at it?" he thought to himself, sighing slightly. He reached out his hand to touch it, and. . . a frog poked it's head out. A frog head. Poked itself out. From this symbol. Now, Masu was REALLY creeped out.

"Oooooooooooookay. I think I better go take a frickin' TON of Tylenol, and sit my ass down. Forever. I'm seeing stuff. Or maybe this all just a dream. Yeah. . . that's it." Masu thought, smiling to himself. But, his smile faded; the frog had jumped out of the symbol, and had leaped onto him. "What's it gonna d-" his thought was cut short by a slight zap, and the frog began hitting him. Hard.

"OWW! OWW! WHAT THE HE- OWWWW!" Masu screamed out in pain, and punched the frog offa' him. He looked at it, laying on the ground. What was it? And then. . . the frog jumped back up. And it looked at him. And then, Masu felt it all around him. Looking about, he practically cried; more symbols. More frog heads. And the frogs were all leaping towards him. Very quickly. Very angrily. And, Masu did what anybody would do in that situation. Panic, and run the hell away.

"AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH FROG ATTACK!" Masu screamed, although nobody else even so much as turned their heads. "OKAY, SERIOUSLY, SOMETHING IS GOING ON HERE, AND I REALLY DON'T LIKE IT. I DON'T LIKE IT ONE FRIGGIN' BIIIIT!" Masu half-thought, half thought-screamed. And he continued running. With the frogs leaping after him.

Past the Hachiko statue. Masu looked at it, slightly perturbed by it's design. It looked. . . different. But now wasn't the time. Masu continued on, with the angry frogs chasing after him. Turning his head, he noticed that they were beginning to shoot bubbles at him. What were the bubbles meant to do? Masu found out a few seconds later as pain erupted through his body, and he was sent sprawling to the ground in a cloud of pain. His hands scrapped again, and looking at his right palm, he noticed the timer. 55:59. "WHAT IS THIS; THE HANDCLOCK FROM HELL?! CHRIST SAKE!" Masu thought, and pushed himself back up, running towards the Scramble.

He arrived rather quickly, and noticed that the Frog Squad was right on his ass. These frogs didn't disappoint. Even though Masu was pretty damn quick, these frogs were almost as fast as him. This had to be a dream. It just HAD to be.

(I apologize for the long-ass introduction, but I hope it SLIGHTLY catches me up.)

"WHAT IS THIS; THE HANDCLOCK FROM HELL?! CHRIST SAKE!"

Sora heard screams coming frm the Scramble. He didnt know if Kyoroj of Fouroa heard it either.
"Guys go! i'll be right back!" He said runnin off to the scramble. He entered and saw Frog Noise chasing some one who must've been new to the Reaper's game. He didnt seem to own any pins.

"Hey! You over there!" Sora shouted to Masu. "Hang on!" He said as he slashed a frog Noise jumping at him. "Do you have a partner?" Sora asked, slashing another.

[OmniChaos]

Gendou, slightly awake now, pushed himself up from the couch. He glanced over to see Zakuku and Sleif nearby, but remained quiet. He wiped his eyes, fixing his blurred vision and waking himself up fully. Without saying a word to either of the two nearby reapers, Gendou vanished.

He reappeared atop a random building in the Scramble. He watched as people went along with their daily routine, like ants. He sat there for a little while, his interest quickly fading. Just as he was about to leave, he heard a scream.

"AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH FROG ATTACK!"

A slight grin appeared on Gendou's face. A new player had arrived. He watched as a boy ran into the Scramble, a group of frog noise right behind him. He obviously didn't seem to know where he was or how he had come to be him. He also seemed to lack any form of protection, meaning an easy kill for Gendou. With a grin, Gendou disappeared form the building.

He reappeared on the streets of the Scramble, the boy only a few yards away. As he prepared to meet his next victim, an annoying voice filled his ears.

"Hey! You over there! Hang on!"

Gendou glared in the direction in which the voice came. That damn kid again. He always showed up when in the most annoying times. "No matter," Gendou mumbled. "I'll erase both of them."

"Welcome to Shibuya," Gendou said, obviously speaking to the new boy. "And the beginning of your end." Gendou walked toward the two boys, his hands in his pockets. "The name is Gendou. You had best to remember it and learn to fear it."

[Sora the warrior]

The voice Sora heard had struck him like an nvisible sonic boom that didnt move him. Knowing who it was, he turned, clenching his teeth with an open mouth.

Gendou. That reaper always showed up when he wasnt wanted.
"Well well well, look who came out of his rat hole." Sora said, staring him down. "Look out, this guy's trouble." Sora said to Masu. "Sorry to diappoint you, but I dont plan on letting you erase anyone at the moment. What do you want anyway?" Sora asked as he reached into his pocket and handed Masu a couple of pins. "When the time is right, you might have to form a pact with me. I dunno how I survived this long without one but I may have to be your partner in order for you to use those." Sora whispered to Masu.

[Axel Owns]

"Soooo....what kind of Ramen do you guys like?"

Hearing Sora's question, Furoa looked up and said, "I really just like the simple stuff. But I'll probably get the Miso Ramen when we get there."

"WHAT IS THIS; THE HANDCLOCK FROM HELL?! CHRIST SAKE!"

Furoa looked towards the source of the noise, somewhere near scramble crossing. Turning, he saw Sora's fleeting figure yelling back at him and Kyroj.

"Guys go! I'll be right back!"

"Kyroj, what are we gonna do? I don't know if it's really safe for us to be so close while Gendou is basically across the street."
