"Guess you could say that . . ." Cam said, replying to Kage's question about her missing out on the action. She stretched her paws out and yawned. Maybe next time she would be able to get in on the fun.

Gendou arrived moments later. Cam hadn't seen him in a while, but his answer to that was simple: he was on "vacation". She didn't even want to ask if he was allowed to go on any sort of break like that. But her eyebrows raised in curiousity when she saw he had brought the two Reapers souvenirs. He started with Kage, giving him a bottle of rum. The teen expected Kage to be happy with that.

Naturally, Cam was expecting something pleasing as well, like a sucker or something sweet. But, however, she disappointed when instead Gendou tossed her what looked like a peice of cloth. When it landed, the fox took a closer look at it. It was fox skin.

The female made a face. Poking at the skin with her paw, she looked indifferently at it. What kind of present was this? She groaned to herself when she heard Gendou refer to it as her playmate. "Oh, so funny," she mumbled under her breath sarcastically. "Umm, ya do know that I'm not crazy about foxes or anything, right? Just take the Noise form of one, you know." Rather than just leaving her comment at that, she proved it by turning back to her human form. "Besides," she continued while leaning back a bit on one heel, "I would have prefered hard candy."

The female gave a light shrug when Gendou had asked where the Conductor was. Cam srugged, still not wanting to use her back or arms to much. She honestly didn't care where he was at the moment.

[Akans]

Kyoroj blinked in confusion as the Player suddenly spazzed, and pushed past him, running off into the streets towards the Hachiko statue. Apparently, something behind her was scarier than him.
He watched her run away, sheathing his dagger at the same time. Well, he had tried. And she had gotten away.

Glancing back, he saw Shouten.
"Was that you who scared her? Geez, what happened to the one Reaper to one Player rule?" Kyoroj walked up to him, angry at losing his victim. "I'm not going to take the blame for this. If Sleif comes over and demands who screwed this up, your taking the heat, not me."
Kyoroj growled in anger before turning around and started to walk off.

[Takushi Rena]

Almost to the top... almost there... Kusari slid to a stop just at the top of West Exit Bus Terminal. It felt like this place was on a hill of sorts and she was right at the top of it; she could definitely see everything in this place from here! The tomboy's eyes caught a glimpse of Kyoroj and that other guy that tried to kick her. The Kyoroj guy seemed like he was yelling at the other guy. She could see him putting his knife away, too. What? Was he not going to go after her? Wasn't his 'mission' to follow a Player? Kusari frowned, feeling a bit guilty for running off. She just got a little too worried about her partner, that's all...

The tomboy took one more look around this place. No sign of Riku anywhere. Well, it wouldn't hurt... hopefully.

Kusari took off down towards the two Reapers reluctantly, though she didn't actually show up yet. She hid behind one of those little booths where people were waiting for the buses and watched, hoping someone might notice her. It wasn't the quickest way and, if nobody noticed her, someone was going to get erased like they said, as she would have to go off and find Riku.

'Oh good. The slime is back.'

Kage let out a deep growl at the sight of Gendou, as if he had turned into his Noise form and was growling at him; he didn't feel like doing that, but the growl did sound quite wolf-like. Even though a bottle of rum magically appeared just like he had wished for, the sight of Gendou made his blood boil. How could someone so lazy as him be high-ranked like Kage? He took a freakin' vacation! Reapers weren't allowed vacations last time he checked! He probably sucked up to that crazy Conductor...

"Oh..." Kage raised a brow, "I thought Reapers weren't allowed vacations... What makes you so special, slime?"

[OmniChaos]

"Slime?" Gendou asked, a hurt look on his face. He slowly walked behind the couch, sliding his finger along the back. "Well, if that's how you treat me after I gave you a present..." Gendou's hand quickly shot for the bottle of rum, snatching it up from beside Kage. "I'll simply take it back."

Gednou walked back to the bar, pulling the cork out of the bottle with his teeth. He spat the cork aside and took a gulp of rum. "Now, what makes me so special?" Gendou asked, leaning back onto the counter. "Well, I told him I needed to blow some steam. Said it would 'help me concentrate' and that it would 'get me excited for my job'."

Gendou took another gulp of rum and set it on the counter. Gendou glanced over to the now human Cam. "Get hurt on the first day?" he asked, a small grin on his face. "So, what happened?"

"Hey, do you know what the mission for today means?" Sora asked Sleif. Looking down, Sleif looked at Sora, a slight grin on his face as he asked him that question, but also that his sight would turn to the black wings on his back from time to time.

"It's quite simple, when you think about it!" Sleif said, his voice seemingly wavered for a moment as he said the word, 'simple', to Sora.
Feeling something different in the air, Sleif turned to Sora for a second as he said, "If you would excuse me!" and with that, Sleif disappeared into darkness.

"I'm not going to take the blame for this. If Sleif comes over and demands who screwed this up, your taking the heat, not me." said Kyoroj, as he started to walk away.
"What happened here?" Sleif asked the two, now appearing from nowhere, and rage steadily rising within him, as he turned his gaze from one reaper to the other.

[Chaotic Symphony]

He leaned back slightly as Kyoroj berated him. "I don't care. That rule can go to hell. Tch, if you insist on mind raping her or whatever, go ahead. Besides, I wasn't aware she was your prey, victim or whatever." Shaking his leg to rid of it's numbness due to the kick he initiated. He walked off to headquarters. Hopefully, there will be some of the higher-ups to pick a fight with. He turned towards Sleif before walking off. "We had a little tiff, regarding the girl. I didn't realize she was Kyoroj's prey. I was out of commison for a while, remember?"

He walked away from Kyoroj , Sleif and from Shibuya. Ugh...the whole thing was a headache.

[Rhapsody Flows]

Cam gave off an annoyed "Puh". She glanced down to the floor, pouting at Gendou's question. The teen didn't want to answer it, because just thinking about the whole scene between her and the Players all over again made her blood boil.

Why did Gendou need to know anyway? It wasn't his business, right? So she didn't have to tell him anything. But if she didn't respond, Gendou would likely press the conversation further. So Cam might as well just answer the guy.

He asked what happened, so still not looking at him, the female Reaper replied in a low tone, "Players."

[Akans]

"I don't care. That rule can go to hell. Tch, if you insist on mind raping her or whatever, go ahead. Besides, I wasn't aware she was your prey, victim or whatever." Shouten said to Kyoroj before leaving.

Kyoroj thought about saying something back, but he couldn't come up with the right thing to say. Whatever. He could do something else though. Shouten seemed pretty attached to those headphones of his...
Kyoroj snapped his fingers, cast a silence over Shouten. He shouldn't be hearing anything from his headphones for the next hour or so.

Now for Sleif. "Yeah... I got ahold of this player... had her restrained and all, and then this bumbling fool comes along and attempts to butt in. She escapes in the confusion, and before I could give chase, you appear."
With a self-rightious sniff, he turned around and stalked off into the streets of Shibuya. Maybe he'll find the player again.... or other players.

[Sora_Rox_My_Sox]

Akira was tired of everyone doing nothing. Sora had gone off to question a reaper, which was a bone headed move on his part, and the other players were merely sitting around. She didnt know how much time she had left to complete her task, but she knew she was down by alot.

"Screw you guys." She huffed under her breath as she stole away from the group, silently padding along the concrete path. It looked as if she was in the more scenic area of Shibuya, parks, flowers, etc. Besides the players, the place abandoned.

"I need to find a place with people...somewhere more inhabited." She mumbled as she stalked off towards a bustling street, filled with cars and civilians. If she was lucky, maybe a reaper wouldnt interfere.

Hearing Kyoroj 's explanation and departure, left Sleif with an increasingly rising rage. He knew that he would have to vent it out on something, or someone quite soon.
Knowing that none of the players would be able to take his anger, that left only one other option, one of the reapers.

Disappearing into darkness again, Sleif reappeared back at headquarters, to find Cam had already fully healed, Gendou was back after a length of time, and Kage was also there.
Standing in the middle of the area, Sleif looked at each of the three reapers, deciding on which one to pick to vent his rage, which was quite obvious to everyone in the room.

"I'm glad to see that you're back Gendou! And also that you have healed nicely I see, Cam!" said Sleif, his rage and anger slowly seeping out as he spoke.

[Sora the warrior]

Sora scratched the back of his head.
"That helped...." He said sarcastically, he looked back and saw Akira running off on her own. Well, with the fact that he didn't have a partner and Akira was the only player he knew most in this bizarre game he decided to follow her.
"Wait for me um...whateverr your name is!" He shouted, running after her.

[Akans]

Kyoroj slipped through the streets, and tuned out the noise of the nearby pedestrians, straining to hear the footsteps of nearby Players...
Sleif had let him off easily, so he intended to make good use of his grace. Maybe he'll redeem favor with him if he caught a Player.

A sudden sound caught his attention, and his head swiveled towards it like a wolf to a rabbit... Two players...
"I need to find a place with people...somewhere more inhabited."
"Wait for me um...whateverr your name is!"
He grinned maliciously. This will be fun....
Unsheathin his knife, he walked casually up to them. A boy and a girl. Shouldn't be too hard.
"Why... Players!" He exclaimed as he reached them. "You should be careful... there might be dangerous Reapers around." He smiled broadly. "You wouldn't want to meet one of them..."

[OmniChaos]

Upon seeing Sleif's return, Gendou ripped the glasses off his face, throwing them aside, and shot his arms through the two holes of his sleaveless trenchcoat. He straightened his coat it bit before replying to Sleif. He carefully thought of what to say, seeing as how Sleif was pissed about something. "Hey, what can I say?" Gendou asked, folding his arms. "It's great to be back."

He reached over to grab the bottle of rum, keeping his eyes locked on Sleif. He grabbed the neck of the bottle and slowly moved it toward his lips. Instead of taking his usual gulps, he took only a small sip of rum before sitting it back down on the counter.

[Takushi Rena]

Kusari felt pretty glad that she was good at eavesdropping. Though feeling guilty wasn't so great, the sneaking over and waiting to see if someone noticed part was a damn good thing! The tomboy heard bits of Shouten and Kyoroj's chat and, once Kyoroj had taken off, Kusari quickly snuck behind. She didn't really get bits and pieces of it, though, and just believed that Kyoroj was going around trying to erase players, now looking for more of them. This seemed a little true when he pulled out his knife after he found two more Players.

There was Akira and Sora, both looking pretty familiar from yesterday, and that guy must've been going after them! Sneaking around in the crowd of people, Kusari's left arm suddenly turned quite dark. Claw-like, too. Left eye was yellow. That little tattoo on her face flared up and took the shape of something along the lines of plain black fire. Kusari charged forwards and slammed the claw into Kyoroj's back, tempting to dig her hand into his flesh and leave a deep long claw mark.

"Don't you DARE touch them!!"

The Gamemaster gave a scoff, turning his hand and leaning his chin on his hand. "Yeah, go right ahead..." he snarled, "Ya probably poisoned the damn stuff, anyways."

Out of the corner of his eye, he watched as the 'slime' went behind the counter and started drinking out of the bottle; he was going to get so damn drunk after that... However, his comment made Kage's temper rose and, unfortunately, Gendou wasn't standing close by so he could break his neck.

"Not like our job is a freakin' choice!" he still hadn't set his eyes on him, making him look rather insane for yelling out into a dark corner of the room, "We were all Players and we all got stuck doin' this damn job or else we wouldn't even be sitting here having this li'l 'chat'! You don't have a freakin' right to take a vacation!"

Sleif was there now. He was so glad that he shut his mouth before Sleif actually entered the room. Yet, something about him said he was quite ticked off...
