(its kind of a mix of Sweeny Todd, V for Vendeta, Spawn, The count of Monty Crisco and the phantom of the Opera type rp)

the days of growing technology and of growing theatre acts but right now these days the only law is the Police and a man named Vanten who once promised a better life for the people of Sabto a huge city at the highest stats but only one person truely knows that Vanten is a true monster only giving what they want for more power and money but right now that persons parents are dead and Vanten ordered 6 other people who had to do the killing to through the kid away to die but what Vanten dint know that the kid would come back as someone else and make sure all seven of them would pay with there lives

(the point of this rp is to try and stop my character from killing these people or help him)

Bio: His father and mother were police officers so Wasilis carries on their job. In fact he didn't want to become a police officer, but his parents influenced him to become one.

look:His hair are a mixture of brown and blond color; something like dark blond or light brown. He wears contact lences, becaus he can't see well and he doesn't want to wear glasses.

Wasilis was walking down a street of the town known as ..... (I don't know its name XD). "Darm it! I find this work so boring!" he complained in a tone only he could hear. "Nothing interesting happens!" he continued muttering. He was in charge of supervising. If something went wrong he had to fix it! If for example a burglar wanted to steal the bag of a lady, he had to stop and arrest him. However the problem was that always all "rolled" normally! He yawned as he continued walking.

Wasilis studied the man that approached him. "Do you know where Vante's house is?" the young man asked. "Of course I know!" he replied immediately. "Just go straight and..." suddenly he stopped explaining. "Wait a minute! Who are you and why you want to know where Vante's house is?" the police officer asked. He hadn't seen him before and he sounded suspicious. Maybe he could be a thieve or even an assasin! And after all this was his job; to investigate and supervise!

Bio(Optional): Not much is known about Vantens past. What is know is that, Vanten became the mayor of Sabto at the young age of 16. He came to his new found power, due to the untimely death of his father, the previous mayor. (More will be revealed through out the Rp, if that's okay!)

look: Tall at 7', with shoulder length dark silver hair, Light tanned skin, and piercing yellow eyes. He wears clothes, fitting to his power and title, these include wearing many good chains around his neck and arms.

weapons: Japanese Katana and 2 prototype Single Action Armies

Vanten looked upon his town, from his veranda, watching as all of his people continued with their measly lives.
Suddenly, a knock was heard on the main entrance to his room. "Who is it!" Vanten replied to the knocking. "I'm sorry to disturb you sir!" A tall pale faced man in fine clothes said as he appeared in the room. " A package has arrived for you sir. It is downstairs whenever you are ready!". The pale man said before leaving the room.

"Thank you!" Vanten said, as he left his room and proceeded downstairs to the main entrance. As he entered the drawing room, Vanten soon saw the package on the table. Opening it, he was greeted by two shining guns. "So these are the new revolvers!" Vanten said as he held each one up to him.
"This is a good start to the day!" he said to himself as he placed the guns into a case, which came with them.

Rain looked at the officer "oh just cureos because i Rain Tame owner of Light duct industrys just moved here" he said as the officers eyes widen "well i need to get going thanks for your time" he said as Rain got back to his house after it was dark rain made sure noone was around "To night Gordy Volt you die by judjement" Rain but on the mask he creatated during his planing one side was white the other black putting on the Green suit and white cape Rain dissappeared into the night to strike the first victum

"Oh what a long day i guess Vanten letter means i will be seeing him tomorrow in his office" Gordy put down the letter he had got when he turned around he gasped on the floor was 2 unconscience guards next to a bat "Reconize it Gordy the same bat you used to beat up Targe Costa(Rains true last name) you broke his arm in what was it 3 places" said the figure in the mask Gordy had a come face "No it was 3 places my dear boy how do you know of it" he asked as the figure sat down in a chair on his ghostly cape "I think this is enough Vanten please take of the weird get up" he said as Gordy got a glass of rare brandy for the 2 handing it to who he thought was Vanten "Tell me why bring this up Vanten" Gordy said as he drank his glass "I am not Vanten and how i know this is because you didnt do a good job at the last moment" Said rain as he drank the Brandy "Good stuff now done to business" said Rain as he got up Gordy had a picture of horror on his face "Nnnnno it cant be true your dead your not here" Gordy said running to the door finding out it had been locked outside the room Gordy turned around and grabbed the bat "Stay away your not real" Rain laughed for a second "whats wrong Gordy Volt scaried of a ghost guess what you have been tryed quielty to be broken three places on you right arm and then severed a head" Rain ran at Gordy pulling out his sabier and cutting the bat in 2 then slamed Gordys arm in the door and again a little higher then rain said "Know for the next part" a block away a scream could be heard as a life was taken the next day police officers found the body in his bedroom with the letter V cut into the door next to the body rain on the other hand was enjoying a bottle of Brandy he had just found

Sau sits at his desk shuffling though paperwork when he gets a brillant idea to go down to the pub and get a drink.

Vanten was inside Gordy Volt's house, the day after his murder. Surrounding the house, both inside and out, were many police officers.
Vanten looked around the crime scene, trying to see anything that was odd. Suddenly, he noticed a sliced in half wooden bat, lying on the ground.

As he bent down to examine it closer, Vanten was interrupted by one of the men. "This seems to have been used on the two men over there, before it was sliced!" the cop said to Vanten.
"Was there anything else out of the ordinary?" Vanten asked the police officer, as he made his way towards the door.
"Nothing except this large v on the inside of the door!" the cop said as he moved the door, to allow Vanten a closer inspection.

"This is odd! As soon as you find something out, inform me of it immediately!" Vanten said to the cop, before an instant "Yes sir!" was heard from him.
As Vanten left the house and walked through the streets, he knew that that would not be the end of it.

Saffire walked down the same old streets every night,tonight being no exception.no one was out at night most of the time.she knew most of the town by memory but only by locations,but she couldn't remember many names of shops and other buildings in the town.
the next day she walked by a place that had many police officers inside and out,she knew what happened there,but it ment nothing to her.

Vanten walked into the extremely large building before finally finding the secretary. "Excue me, can you please tell Mr Rain, that Mayor Vanten is here!" Vanten said to the woman.
"Yes, sir!" The woman said to Vanten before she walked off to tell Rain. A moment later, the woman returned to the small office. "Mr Rain is expecting you sir!" the woman said in a small polite tone. "Thank you!" Vanten said as he followed the woman to Rains office

Upon arriving, the woman knocked on the door of the office before opening it for Vanten. With a slight nod, Vanten pushed open the door before entering the huge room.
As he walked towards the desk, he could see a man in a black suit and many white features, including his hair.
"Mr. Rain Tame I presume!" Vanten said as he stood infront of the man. "I am Mayor Vanten, and let me be the first to welcome you to our humble town!" Vanten said with a grin, as he stretched his hand out to Rain.

"Nice to meet you finally Sir Vanten" Rain said shacking his hand "oh i am so sorry to hear about a close friend of yours dying 2 days ago what cause i am sure these reports didnt get close enough into the house to truely know" said rain as he put the news down "Also thanks for the help with building my house that was really nice of you i will make sure to treat you back at some point oh and the energy you want me to build for your house it will take a bit but we can promise you great results" said Rain as he got a class of Brandy out that looked like the bottle had to have been cleaned "Would you like a glass"

"Would you like a glass" Vanten heard Rain ask. "I would love one, thank you!" Vanten replied to Rain
Vanten watched as Rain walked over towards a bottle of what looked like brandy.
Taking in the design of the bottle, Vanten spoke again. "That is a very nice bottle you have there, Mr.Rain. May I ask, where you may have acquired it?"

Rain smiled "Oh i got it from one of the stores i past to get here its a good year but they had held it so long the year faded so i had it cleaened so i could us it for times like this" said Rain as he drank the bottle "Also why'll asking questions can you tell me which one of these theatres is good" Rain asked pulling a list out off his pockett of all the theatre in town "Oh my look at the time if you dont mind I have another project to get to" rain said as Vanten smiled but before he left Rain ask "so which theatre heres the best"
