Rep Power: 1 ![]() | Kravorin looked up while optos continued on about protecting Spectra. Retrieving the Pearl. Etc...Kravorin never cared excepts finding out what it was capable and stopping it. Kravorin wasn't a hero. Nor did he want to. He just wanted to stop something that killed his family and took his life away. "EH." a voice squeaked. It was the woman that just arrived. "Don't mean to sound rude, but what use are you? You have never traveled. Do you specialize in something? Magick, maps, fighting, what?". Kravorin stared at her. Usually whenever someone said "I don't mean to be or sound" they usually were. This girl was in Kravorin's opinion, one of those people. "Well 'scuse me princess...but what can you do?" Kravorin asked, annoyed. |

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | It looked as if Mythrl was going to reply to Hera, but a man interupted her. "Well 'scuse me princess...but what can you do?" One of the men asked in the group. Hera turned her head to his position, with a straight face. "Well, to start off, my body is a very deadly weapon." Hera said as she put her right hand into a fist, with a fighters glove on. I also can call upon the Lusus Leviathan, he is the only Lusus I can call upon at the moment. I also study Blue Magick, the most powerful of all magicks, i can only master one right now, but i train every time i get. I have been in training since the age of four with martial arts and Blue Magick, Blue Magick is no easy thing to learn." Hera told the man with a small smirk. Hera then turned back to Mythrl, so she can give her, her awnser. |

Mythral found the question quite rude, she knew that she was just asking but it sounded rude. "Um..." Optos budded in, "My daughter is a skilled fighter and expert in magic, and thats is the reason wanted you people, to guide her. You are all here to seek the Pearl, the only reason I would chose people to seek it is if they were strong and had pertetial. That alone speaks for its self. Now you better get to bed, all of you. Your journey will take a lot of energy." Mythral got up and went to her room, waiting to fall asleep. |

In order to work well with each other, we have to know what we all posses." Hera stated before she walked out of the hut. "woo hoo adventure!" one of the guys shouts jumping in the air and causing a scene with a moogle flying around him. "Faralla Cave sounds scary i hope theres lots of treasure teehee" Hera looked at him. "I'm not saying that you shouldn't have fun, but be a little more serious about this. This is basically a matter of life and death." Hera said with a greating smile. "well guys i dont know about yous but im tired im gunna hit the hay" the same guy said. "Hay is for chocobos." Hera said as she chuckled a little. Before Mythrl left, Hera went up to her. "Mythrl, so what are your abilities exactly?" Hera asked softly. |

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | Hera came up to her, "Mythral, so what are your abilities exactly?" Mythral turned and looked into Hera's eyes, fire burned in them and Mythral knew that she would be a great fighter on the battlefield. “I study in the art of Ice and Water magic, I am very skilled. My father once said that he knows no other person that has matched my skill in the element of Ice. When I was eight, my father interested me with a magical Bow and Arrow that was connected with my soul. If I trust the bow it will hit any target I wish with tremendous force. I can also summon the beast Famfrit, the Cloud of Darkness. And because my Bow is connected to my soul, if I run out of arrows I can use any part of my body and turn it into an arrow.” Mythral turned and walked out toward her room and shut the door. Did she take it to far or go on to much about herself. Mythral didn’t hope she started of on a bad start with Hera. Having a princess hating her wasn’t on her to-do list. Tomorrow, a new day and a new journey. |

Rep Power: 5 ![]() ![]() | Though he had only been there for a few minutes, Mordecai was already fed up with the immaturity. The princess seemed to be full of herself, so much that she had asked a boy what use he was. The elder seemed to be tired but still answered questions from anyone who had them. And to top it off, there was a senseless bicker floating around the room. Annoyed, Mordecai fled and exited the hut in a calm manner. The door whisked outward and he glided past the threshold, making his way to the side of the porch. A small gust brushed by him and he sighed. The day had been long, the journey tough on his body, and his horse was wandering around by the creek somewhere. On top of this, Ariya hadn't shown up yet. This worried him; Ariya was usually never late. In the end, when she was, she would be fine, but for some reason he would always be puzzled and express a deep emotion. A brotherly, loving emotion. His fingers splayed out and he clenched them in a tight fist. Aching pains emanated from every joint in him. For that reason, he set out to the creek, in hopes of getting rest for the day to come. (ooc : not much, but.. you know. Time isn't on my side. ) |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Ariya straightened herself and stood in a perfect posture. Her face was devoid of any emotion, but still lingering in it somewhere was the divine confidence she held in herself. With that on her mind, subconsciously, she waded through the small creek, occasionally bending down to feel the rushing water with her fingertips. It was cold for the time of year, but not exactly odd. She remembered the creek always being chilled. A figure approached her from the other side of land. She squinted to make it discernible; Mordecai. A beautiful sight to her. Her eyes lit with joy for a moment, completely thwarting her efforts at appearing collect, then snapped back to their normal state. Silent hellos were exchanged in the form of a nod and Ariya walked by him. Before her now was the hut. The hut that the elder was in, the hut that would give her information. However, instead of entering, she looked back to the man behind her. If Mordecai had left, that meant that the speech was over. Was it? Perhaps. She wouldn't risk going against any tradition they might have had just to please herself. Especially if she could just ask someone else to recite what had been said. Then again, what did she have to lose? She entered. The warm air filled her lungs immediately, but gently. A soft sigh of relief boomed from her chest and she opened her eyes to see the people around her. Mostly younger people, but the one that caught her attention was Hera. Princess Hera, to be formal. She knew of her. "Would anyone care to explain what I have missed?" Her voice died and she waited for a response. |

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Mythrl replied to Hera and then walked out of the hut. "Would anyone care to explain what I have missed?" A woman asked as she came in. "I'm sure Elder Optos wouldn't mind telling you the details on our up coming mission." Hera said as she greeted the woman, then ran out of the hut to catch up to Mythrl. "Mythrl, i am looking forward and honored to be fighting along your side." Hera said to Mythrl. With that said Hera went to the room she was given to get some rest for the next day. Before Hera went to sleep, she decided to write a letter. It was five in the morning, Hera was thinking that at least a couple of people would be awake, but everyone was still asleep. Hera made her way out of the village and to the beach. The beach was so beautiful as the sun was creeping over the ocean, giving the water multi colors and sparkles, like the ocean was filled with daimonds. Hera stood still, watching the sparkling waves make way towards her. Hera then started to move her arms into different positions and did a couple of twirls. A symbol began to appear under her feet, and the waves began to move more rapidly, then started move up into the sky as the clouds started to combine and turn a darker color; as a hurricane was forming. The hurricane was then broken, and water splashed every where as if it was raining; reveiling a dragon like creature. The dragon made its way to Hera and landed beside her. "Leviathan, i want you to take this letter to the castle and give it to Cid." Hera commanded as she handed the letter to Leviathan. Leviathan nodded and took the letter, making his way to Greshtall. Hera watched Leviathan fly into the ocean. Once he was out of sight, Hera decided to practice on her martial arts. She was doing flips, punches, kicks, runing on the sides of the hills. Sand and water was being kicked up, making the practice look like some beautiful exotic dance at times. Last edited by kago; 03/19/08 at 07:21 PM. |

Rep Power: 12 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Breaking through the atmosphere, soaring through the brutal yet beautiful storms of Spectra, came Prince Cephiron Devastian in his battleship, the ship alarmed him of an apparent beast type water horse elegantly swimming through the sea, Cephiron declined the battle alert "Negative, it's only that humans friend, it means no harm." Swiftly through the clouds, the battleship was preparing for landing. Mythrl could feel vibrations on the ground, as if an earthquake was occurring, trees were like waves of the sea, dust and rocks flying everywhere. The battleship had landed on the soft sands near the Elder's Hut. Out leaped Prince Cephiron in all his glory standing tall and mighty he wielded his blade, and pointed to the hut. "The Pearl necklace will be mine!" And with that, paced towards the hut in a quite manner. Carefully analyzing Mythrl, of any threat, and kicking the door down. "Am I late?" Rep Power: 5 ![]() ![]() | ( gung, remember that commas can't always replace periods. Try to limit them to three at most per sentence. :D ) Mordecai stiffened as Ariya walked by him. She passed, and in turn, he relaxed. It wasn't that he was afraid, embarrassed, or uncomfortable. In fact, it was the opposite. Joy bounced around with his emotion and mind until he finally burst out and let it all escape him, in the form of a large sigh. His breath wrinkled away with the breeze, in a plume of fog. The creek whistled softly in front of him, slipping and crackling against the rocks beneath it. Occasionally, small fish would jump from the water and fall back in with a plop!. Mordecai grinned shyly every time he saw them. Before long, the fish came in a superfluous amount. They swam up stream, but somehow managed to go down the creek. Even in swimming against the current in hordes, they couldn't fight it. Feeling sorry for them, Mordecai lifted up his hand and put his palm on one brow, nestling himself in it. There was a greater message here - even when you fight to go somewhere, you might not make it. Now depressed, he sank into his hands and tried to collect his thoughts. Would they all fail when morning came? The pearl necklace might not be found. With a gust of wind, he fell back and into the grass. After a thump, a dark cascade floated over his eyes and he saw nothing but a blotch in the sky above him. Slowly, sleep infected his mind, and he drifted off into a slumber. |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Ariya nodded and sat down. She let the situation soak in before saying a word. "Wonderful," she said, trying not to make her boredom obvious. The journey ahead didn't bore her, rather the time of departure did. Tomorrow was too long for such an urgent task. Then again, it would be smart to be well rested before attempting any sort of long term quest. In agreement she nodded and sat down, as if giving her final approval of the plan. Another man walked in after she took her seat. "Am I late?" He seemed egotistical, but brave. Confident, even. So, Ariya relaxed and let the elder fix to explain, yet again, what was to happen the following day. She waited patiently for him to refresh her mind. |

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | OCC: Howdy, haven’t posted for a while, been out of Internet access. BACK TO STORY MODE! I'm trying to get the departure out of the way so we can get to the real story. IN: Mythral woke, again with a sigh. Then a great flush of energy arouse and she had to let it out, because it wasn't just any day. It wasn't like all the others. It was the day she left the Elders Hut, and the day she embarked on the quest to find the Pearl Necklace. She walked outside and saw the sky, it was getting blacker everyday. Soon the it would seem like night all the time, the world of Spectra would forever be in eternal sleep. They were told to meet at the Elder Hut gates to start their quest, All of them. They would be Mythral’s friends for the rest of her life, or her enemies. There was already people standing at the gate, “I hope every one is ready.” She turned and her father, Optos was standing there with his hands out. “Mythral this is my final goodbye. I hope your journey teaches you more about Spectra just as it did to me.” He went up to Mythral and placed his hands on her shoulder, she looked away and a tear crept down her face and on to her lips, “Find the Pearl and save Spectra.” He hugged her and Mythral found herself shedding even more tears. They all turned and opened the gate. The turned and smiled at her father and the Elders Hut, her only home. Now Spectra was her playground. |

This journey was going to be exciting and even deadly. Bakura didn't care. He had lived his entire life stealing and he wanted to do something right for once. He stepped out of the open gate and said, "So lets begin!". |
