I've got the first issue of the arc. Nothing really grabbing. Bats and Catwoman team up, and Bats now knows that Hush is still out there plotting something.
I'm sure Dini can do something interesting with Hush, so I think it's worthwhile looking into.

Well both of your posts are quite vague I'm not sure what you want me to say.
I don't read Red Sonja, nor Birds of Prey.

So i read Red Hulk #5 this past week and I have to Say, Its the worst Garbage I'v ever Read in my life. No lie, Im not pulling your leg. The book is funny but is so stupid and makes no Sense.

I thought the Thor Vs Red Hulk Fight would be Amazing and would save the Series for me but boy was i wrong. Me, My Friend and the Owner of My local Comic book store all agreed that this is the worst book to date. Im not gonna Spoil the book but i will say nothing you want to happen in this book happens.

End Rant.

I don't know how I feel about a Justice League movie. Especially from what I've heard.
And for future referance, movie discussion can go in the Coming Soon thread.

I still maintain that Thor should kept seperate from everything else, until necessary. Why ruin something good?

Also, I finally finished reading Watchmen. Shit is good.

Well I ordered the Watchman Novel, Hoping that Comes in soon. The Movie Trailer Blew my mind so i know the book will be 10 Times better.

Thor is a good book Like Captain america Because there stories dont Intertwine with all the Crap that is going on in the Regular Marvel universe.

As for Why i pick up Marvel books is its because how can i bash how bad a book is without even reading it. I used to read alot of MArvel Comics a few years ago but Civil War and Spider-Man One More Day/Brand New Day Totally Ruin Marvel for me.

Iv seen Morrisons Light and wondered into the World of DC comics.

The Watchmen trailer is just terribly misleading. They attempt to show some of the "heroes" (specifically Nite-Owl and Ozymandias) in "cooler" looking armor to make them more intimidating. None of the "heroes" are suppose to be. They're suppose to look lame and retarded with their spandex underwear.

Watchmen gives a very real possible insight on the mental condition of these "superheroes" If regular people today dressed up in their Halloween costumes and fought crime, we'd be laughing at them. We'd think that these people have a very serious mental condition.

I think Marvel's doing great. DC and Marvels both have their nice selection of of books. The writers from my pull list.

Marvel
Ed Brubaker, Matt Fraction, Dan Abnett,

DC
Geoff Johns

All the books by the Marvel guys are self-contained and Secret Invasion was already dropped because it's god awful.
I mean, were you really expecting a good read from keeping up with Spiderman? It's rare to read a good story arc in such a popular superhero series. Even if you did find a good story arc, personally I think Spiderman is bad character to get into. You might like the way he's written in a particular storyline but he's used everywhere and by so many writers that he's isn't written the way you like.
But yeah, I like the Marvel characters I keep up with. Iron Fist, Daredevil, Iron Man (Matt Fraction's), Nova, Guardians of the Galaxy. They're not that well known and their story arcs are taking place in a time period so there's no tie in issue crap.

Ive been reading Batman comic books lately.

I read "Year One", "The Long Halloween", "The Dark Knight Returns" and "Hush". Great pieces of work, "The Dark Knight Returns" is probably the best comic book I have ever read. I just ordered "The Killing Joke", should arrive in the mail sometime this week.

Unfortunately I still read Amazing Spider-Man. I've been considering dropping it lately as these new issues just don't have impact with me. Not from what I read of JMS' run. Though I haven't bought the 'New Ways to Die' issues yet. I've got the first and third parts in my box, I'm just waiting for the second to come in again. That, and I have money issues at the moment.
I will let you know when I get them, though.

Anyone read the Final Crisis tie-ins? Rogues Revenge is incredibly awesome. Legion of Three Worlds is great and I liked Revelations, but I need a bit more. I have Superman Beyond as well but I haven't read it yet.

Yeah, Awesome. I dont wanna Spend Money on AMS when i know i'll just be disappointed. so a Synopsis would be great.

I have Read all the Final Crisis Tie-ins so Far, And as you Said Rouges Revenge is Pretty Fuckin Amazing. I Really want to see how it concludes. I totally forgot about Piper until he showed up in that issue and the new Trickster i have a feeling something will happen to him in the next.

Iv never been a Fan of Super Man or The Legion but they did a great job explaining the background story for them for new Readers like myself. Only reason i bothered to pick this book up was because i want to see the Final fate of Super Boy Prime. Am Glad i bought this.

Revelations was Great. Dr. Light as wicked as ever. Raping 3 of the Female Titans. Boy i laughed up a storm on that one.

As for Superman Beyond, Again not a fan of Superman but i wanted to find out the Fate of the Monitors. This story really confused me as did alot of people but it was truely a great read. The 3-D Glasses gave me a Headache and i missed alot while i was reading with them so best bet is not to use them at all. Realized it was a whole lot better when i read it without the Glasses.

Dont know if you Read last will and Testiment. It was an amazing Piece of work even though the timeline contradicts events happening in The Final Crisis Story line.

Im Still trying to figure out Who Libra is. Several of my Predictions have already been proved wrong.
