Most of them have already hit their growth spurt. They won't get much taller in the future. So, it'll most likely even out in the last two movies.

It would be weird to make 5 straight consecutive movies with a certain cast and then have some of the actors replaced for the last two movies.

I didn't see they would be replaced, just that they would seem to have outgrown their role. I feel sorry for the dude who plays Sirius. He really loves the role, and this'll probably be his last movie. Although, I heard that the mirror he gave Harry in the fifth book will be significant in Deathly Hallows, so maybe we'll see him in some shape or form, right?

"A publicist for Daniel Radcliffe has confirmed the actor will reprise his role in both the Half-Blood Prince and Deathly Hallows movies. He is set to begin shooting on Movie 6 in September. There is currently no word on whether Rupert and Emma will return for the last two films, but Rupert has already expressed a desire to do so."
