A Viewtiful celebration

[Karutomaru]

Karutomaru stands atop the high perch in the Hall of Empty Melodies in The World That Never Was alone, where his throne sits looming down upon the wide floor below. Karuomaru presses a button on his throne and a televised recording of himself is transmitted by holo-TV robots throughout the Kingdom Hearts universe.

"Today is a very special day. Today is the day the greatest entity to ever exist transcended down from the celestials and gave perfection to our reality. Today..... is the day Viewtiful Joe aired in my world. And to finish off this wonderous day of celebration, I propose a BATTLE! With my wonderful Gizoid once again! I will allow one person to enter the arena and defeat the Gizoid, and if you can win you will recieve 3 sets of the limited edition Viewtiful Joe figures! Now THAT'S a prize. Oh... what's that you say? How am I able to use the Non-existing world to stage such an event? Well Maleficent let me. That's how. Of course she needed some persuading. Anyway, first come first serve, so try and come if you dare."

Rules:
You can't declare your opponent's death

You can't bend dimensions (you can bend time, but not stop it completely)

No full-area attacks

And no power playing. Don't just make yourself as powerful as you possibly can. Think. Do something clever. I like that.

There was a loud belch that echoed throughout the empty white hall. The Hall of Empty Melodies held instead a chorus of raucous flatulence. It was rather gross to be honest. It was followed by the shuffling of a few steps and an incoherent mumbling; such an odd sound to be passing through this vibrant place. The boastful Karutomaru would hear these fateful movements. There was another loud belch, this one followed by a series of quick hiccups. It must be quite a lot to hear for the figure sitting upon his King-like throne.

"H-hey! Karutomaruuu!"

The voice was slurred and loud, as if the speaker was unaware of how loud he was speaking. A door on the far corner of the Hall of Melodies swung up, and a man entered. Well, fell was a better word. He slumped in, a dazed grin dancing on his face as he slumped along the wall, a bottle of half-full Jack gripped tightly in right fist. He took a swig, the golden liquid spilling down his throat as a few droplets spilled onto his cheeks. His face was clouded with stubble, and a few drops of the amber alcohol spilled onto the floor. He let out another belch, his cheeks rippling as if with the force of his belch and he wiped a bare forearm on his lips sloppily. He was overweight to be sure, looking to be quite obese; his wifebeater stretching over his beerbelly and holding several stains; surely more spilled Jack Daniels. He grunted, stumbling forward, swinging side to side loftily as he pointed wildly to Karutomaru's side.

"H-hey," he sputtered out, losing his balance slightly as he tried to locate Karutomaru, "I- I got a bone to pick-hic wiff you. My n-name ish... Yenshid.... hehe... I have m-any powers... hehe" He swung the bottle like a sword, swishing it around as he threatened the man with it. "I-I can..." he slurred, trying to find the words as well as clear his head, "I k-know how thingsh workkk... I c-control elements... v-very fine, even like-hic- this, almost auto-hic-matic..." He stumbled a bit more, leaning against the wall as he took another swig of the Jack Daniels. "B-bring it on... douch-hic- bagg... hehe..."

[Karutomaru]

Karutomaru looks in disgust.
"Okay drinky. Come back when you're sober."
2 flaties come onto the field, grab the man by his arms, and start to drag him out.
"Anyone ELSE want to participate?"

[Chromatic]

(I think that Prophet knows what he's doing with this man. You should probably just let him battle you).

[Healing Vision]

"KIRIN!" A thunderous clasp of lightning in the shape of giraffe impaled the hall of melodies dead center. Tearing a hole through the plateu that was dubbed thus, center stage. A man at the edge, holding a fluxed raikiri coursing through his hands, nonchallant, and raving with annoyance. "Ugh, you never know where this clad takes you, ya dig?"

Rayex Kunokai. A mortal, a shinobi, and a master of the ethereal and physical, along with his list of chakrakinesis applied in every jutsu used. His hair was white, jagged, laced in a white clad covering him from head to toe. A konoha vest underneath, dark blue shirt, and pants. A black headband for his forehead and a smile to fit all else.

"I volunteer, god forbid a ninja kick your ass off the block and back with shadow clones from every turn right?"

[Prophet]

"W-wait a minute..."

Two robotic entities grabbed his arms, and Yenshid drunkenly pinwheeled around. His eyes, glazed over with the alcohol, seemed to alight with a subtle glow for a single second, and suddenly, the robots were hurtled from him, spinning away in opposite directions. Yenshid stumbled forward, his body surrounded by blades of spinning air, hurtling around him like a miniature tornado. The Aeroga spell had broken the robot's grip on him. And Yenshid's drunken look of anger showed that he was not pleased with it.

"N-no! F-fight me like a man..." he sputtered out, waving his bottle at the man as his eyes glowed yet again...

As he waved the bottle, there was another Air-based spell cast. This one however, manifested within Karutomaru's core; his center of gravity, his stomach, whatever. It was a simply ball of condensed air, drawn into existence from the Astral Plane. The condensed ball of air would swirl in the empty pit of his stomach before exploding outward in a roaring microburst of raw air. The miniature tornado would literally rip him apart from the inside.

[Chromatic]

Think. Do something clever. I like that.

"What's this? A party, and I'm not even invited? Bad form people... bad form."

The slick, drawling, half psychotic voice, resonated throughout the room, echoing ff of each wall, creating the illusion that the speaker was talking from every position available to him. The owner of this voice, was a tall, thinned, yet lithe young looking man, clad in the old overcoat, having harsh, white eyes, and long, greased black hair that spanned down to his waist, tied up in a ponytail. The man descended steadily, in the process, erecting a wispy, semi-translucent aura around his body.

Upon his speech, a pair of gray thorn streams issued down from his hands, piercing through the metallic hides of the robots as they dispersed from the wizard's proximity. Their existence, so fragile, so dependent upon the actions of others, was fractured, and quickly erased altogether by the very essence of non-existence, and, as consequence, faded into nothingness.

The man, named as Nex, landed softly on the ground, as snapping his fingers, and flanking himself with a team of three sorcerer nobodies.

[Karutomaru]

(this takes place after KH2. Xemnas is gone. Like I said, Maleficent let me use the room.)

"All right dude. You can fight."

Karutomaru snaps his fingers, signaling the robot to smash through the overhead window and land on the ground where he does the Viewtiful Joe transformation sequence of poses as Karutomaru smiles with his teeth.
"Let's get ready to rumble!"
Karutomaru then feels his internal spell.

"Attacking someone outside the battlefield? That's a big no-no."
Karutomaru holds up a card. The card disappears in his hand and carries out its magic, negating the air spell.

"Now I've locked your wind magic. You can no longer cast any wind spells, and I've got more of this seal, so if you keep pulling junk like that, you'll have nothing to defend yourself with. Now fight."

[Grace Falls]

Wow totally ignored Prophet's post... You're just so pathetic Karutomaru.

I'm sorry. I corrected it.

"H-hic-hey! No fair!"

The drunk sputtered as he felt one of his magick spells being sealed away. This Karutomaru had somehow stopped his spell without being torn apart by it first? How could he feel it? It was inconceivable...

"G-gonna regret t-that Karutomaruuuu"

As a robot smashed through the ceiling, Yenshid looked up, eyes glazing over as they attempted to register the android's descent. As his alcohol-clouded eyes stared at it, they automatically covered every rivet, every component. In his drunken state, he still managed to comprehend how the robot worked. Such was his ability as a mage. So as the robot hit the ground, Yenshid grunted, swinging his bottle like a wand as the alcohol spilled onto the ground. From within the robot, several things had just taken place. The seal that Karutomaru had used could block specific spells. The air-based explosion may have been sealed by the man, but there were several other magicks that Yenshid could utilize. The robot required programming and a power source. As the robot landed, Yenshid caused a variant of the Thundaga spell to manifest in it's core. The lightning rippled throughout its hardware, shorting out its circuits as well as doing significant damage to its central processing unit. With it's 'brain' and controls fried, it would collapse to the ground as a useless pile of scrap metal.

"Hehe, every time you seal one of my spells, you lose one of your own!" he laughed drunkenly, waving his bottle of Jack, "And I d-don't know how you avoided m-my wind spell before it tore you up... d-doesn't make any s-sense hehe."

[Karutomaru]

The lightning attack fizzles within the Gizoid's strange structure, but seems to have no effect on it. Karutomaru smiles and explains.

"The Gizoid is an ancient machine of incredibly complicated structure that even present day government computers crash because of. And what's more, it doesn't even run on electricity or have circuits. It's a wonder of the modern man. Thundaga won't work. The only thing I know about it's programming is that it can copy the abilities of others by simply seeing it done. So naturally I showed it all my favorite anime, movies, TV shows, and video games to turn it into the ultimate machine of awesomeness! Plus it only listens to someone it forms a link with, and it has to form a link with someone if they demonstrate more power than their current link. Heh. But good luck doing something more powerful than DESTROYING A WORLD!"

The Gizoid attatches it's arms together and circles it's fingers, forming a minigun, and starts firing rapidly directly at the old man while sputtering a quoted line.

Karutomaru: "I don't know HOW he makes his own bullets or HOW he morphs, I don't know WHAT his power source is, and I don't know WHAT made him, but I don't care."

[Karutomaru]

Due to his failure to respond, the minigun pelts the old man with a hailstorm of bullets, filling him with holes and wounds all over his body.

(Sorry, college apps. Just applied! Fingers crossed, but I was giving some time to see if the others would respond. Guess not, so I'll post ASAP. If you would mind edited that last post; we've talk about this time lapse before, Karutomaru.
