Hey HV, I want to move up on the ranks so your my random pick. lol.

I'll post a template soon, is there any particular type of battle/character/genre that you fancy, so I can shape my template around that?

Nah, pretty straight forward. In the official rules since your making the challenge you can decide the conditions and restrictions.
Like what kind of characters, if the battle is continuum or not, the location, as well as any kind of obstructions to demerit both or neither fighter.

I know, but I didn't have anything in particular in mind, that's why I asked.

I'm thinking something sci-fi...

LOCATION_

A vast and wasted planet where the name is unknown. It has many tall rocks but most of the land is nothing but dry land. There is a contrast though, in the middle of the field is an Oasis with a large pool of water, though, there is no proof it is water. The atmosphere's gravity is somewhat light, allowing for large jumps but not the ability to float.

CONDITIONS_

New template must be created.
Template is small, I don't expect a huge novel because frankly, it all comes out in the battle.
Sci-fi theme.
You can't be from the planet, it's deserted and just.....nothing.

Glidus is from a distant planet, in fact, the planet known as Hydrogret would mark the most distant planet from the middle of solar system. Because of this, it is very desolate in the means there is no stars to keep it warm causing the planet and it’s atmosphere to be a complete layer of Ice.

PERSONALITY_
Glidus is very harsh, she doesn’t care what anyone thinks and only her opinion is right. That’s it. I would persuade you to think that as well for your own well being.

APPEARANCE_
The Hydrogret people are all gifted with the ability to not drink or eat and they still stands as one of the limited species that can maintain a human appearance. Glidus is very skinny and wears tight black leather. Her hair is blue and falls to around her hips and one large bang falls over and across her face revealing her sharp blue eyes. Her skin is a normal tan with a slight fade to blue.

OFFENSIVE ABILITIES_
Weapon – Blade of Hydrogret.
A blade given to her by the queen of Hydrogret. It is made of solid Ice from the core of the planet and takes a shape appearance. It isn’t made of normal Ice, the ice from the core of the planet is so cold that it can maintain its solid shape even in most temperatures; hot or cold.

DEFENSIVE ABILITIES_
Armour – Hydrogret Armour.
This isn’t unique just to Glidus, it is a trait that all of the people have from Hydrogret. A layer of Ice is imbedded into her skin so that it is hard to pierce and keeps her body at a reasonable temperature for hot planets. This is also good because when she punches, it deals more damage.

HISTORY_

Glidus was always spoilt because she was born into money. Her mother was the queen of the planet and her father...well, her father left them behind and left everything, even the money. She worked her way up in the world, confirming to the values of the Hydrogret people; getting married at an early age was something they all did and getting devoiced was something that was soon to follow. How could you blame them? They lived for god knows how long.

Her mother had been killed and it is still unknown to the being that did that deed but still, Glidus searches and hasn't stopped. Everything she does brings her closer and now as the Queen of Hydrogret, she must bring order.

Homeworld: Vespiren

Personality: Well rounded and aspiring young character encompassing the qualities of the swiftest and bitterest of persona. Seeing and thinking at angles not immediately resolved. Bringing to the table a kind of subtle and contained arrogance that stretches the word 'bold' yet not stupid...or at least not completely...

Appearance:

Nothing more than a gradeschool kid. He's about four feet and ten inches in height. His body is non-muscular or even developed. He has two now flaring red irises. Short hair, mildly spiked, and a nose thats none too protruding yet rounded. Ears attached to his face, and a nice peanut butter shade of melanin skin.

He bares a red scarf around his neck of which covers his mouth. A black sweater leading down to his arms and waist. Meeting a pair of dark denim jeans. A black plate fitting a structure about his entire left arm. Serving as a fitting bracer. And a standard pair of just black shoes.

Armaments:

Gibson Reverse Flying V: Electric. And shaped like a V. Emitting notes stringed along in a sharp pitch tunning into the ears. A flux of the pirate kings notes play notes like magic spells, and from both they etch off a physical kind of attack depending on the notes played and sequence following. Conjuration spells are played off this.

Gibson SG: Electric. With a basic pitcher shape yet with a more rounded out curve. In relation to its brother of the same series, notes are stringed along in succession and from the sound are magic induced spells orchestrated. Illusion type spells flow from the notes played.

Abilities:

~Nebras is an merge of himself and Atomsk, The Pirate King. He possess space breaking feats, able to survive amidst the vaccum of space, fly at hyper-accelerating speeds, spread his wings and levitate and blow the space of where the shadow extends out of the way. He possesses semi-celestial magic induced power making general magic in the forms of conjuration and illusion.

Memoir:

The Pirate King. In his fierce confrontation with Metal Mechanica had left the distant planet known as earth and further gone into hiding. Across the space and milkyway, he'd exited the galaxy long ago. It was only since then he'd moved to another planet and gone into hiding.

Only since then, later discovered on the night of the red star. As it was crashing down towards the planet of Vespiren. One of its residents, a gradeschool kid happened to be walking along the distant fields of Garvorein District. Crashing down, too petrified to move, the red star had fallen right on top of the poor kid. The collison click and sparked a rough flush of what it happened to be. For the first seconds of being hit he'd thought he'd been killed but to his surprised he mere bonded with "it"

A red halo atop his head. The insignia of a transmutative "A" inscribed on his forehead, slowly disappearing. He'd absorbed or rather, housed the power of the infamous pirate king, Atomsk. Being provided with two guitars as he stood there glowing red, his hair flaring into the offset.

Shortly after he left the planet in search of the riches of other verses parallel and even those within the same one he'd lived in.

This time...

Glidus watched as the planet came into her view. The vast land looked so destroyed but she knew she had to go there. She was afraid that she would be the only living being on that planet and would leave yet another without even clue of her Father's whereabouts. That was the worst thing of all.

Nothing...

Glidus's ship broke through the atmosphere and watched the desert-like land getting closer. The ship landed and a large wave of dust surrounded the planted vehicle. Glidus walked through the ship and to the loading dock and jumped off the ship. She felt the heat of the planet for the first time which was different and uncomfortable, but bearable. After looking around, she drew the Blade of Hydrogret and watched it sizzle from the heat, letting off a slight mist fall of the blade. The magic was working and she was ready to face whatever she had to face.

Riding a shooting star.

Falling from the space entering the orbit of the planet. The Red Star of space drifting off with wings wrapped inward as the force of the planet's gravity had engulfed him. Consumed by the force, entering the atmosphere at an amazing speed, steadly being a flagrant piece of debris now on fire. Like a meteor making its way to the planet he fell, then with a boom sweeping the dust of the desolate desert of a nameless planet.

He stood, weighing the two gibsons on his back, his scarf covering his face, walking out of the crater like a somewhat nonchallant yet nearly unfaltered child of pure casual scene. As the smoke began to clear, he could see a ship off in the distance. A single soul occupying the outside, he shrug and looked up at the red halo atop his head and the wings broke at impact so he was in his standard attire.

He strummed his Flying Reverse V, and brought himself closer with a simple teleportation spell stringed by the single note. About a good twenty meters apart, he stood observing this alien and off worlder as he was, again, with a shrug lifted his second guitar to occupy his other hand and he tapped the dirt leaving a cracked open hole as a display of not even trying to flex his strength.

"Twang."

Was all he said, by means of 'hello' his way.
