I've been watching two FF7 battles over and over again. The Sephiroth vs Angeal and Genesis fight and the Cloud vs Sephiroth Advent Children fight. Those are hardcore melee battles with slight powers. I want to have on of those with someone. Anyone. Shoot it can be a free for all for all I care as long as it's a good battle.

Rules: We all know the rules.

Location: Midgar with everyone watching including Sephiroth, Genesis, Angeal, Aerith, and Zack.

Other Names: Ref, Seru, Corbinek
Title: Essence Endeavor
Age: Uh what?? Reforge is hella old, by thinking on the basis that Reforge is as old as what just might be and now in this kind of form, one could say that he is an ageless being of manifestation and has lived for many spans at a time. Age is a meaningless notion for him because of this.
Gender: Reforge seems to be a male, but then again..
Race: Human/Mako mutation/Essence Alter
Home world: Somewhere in Orsa

Rank: Soldier 1st Class

Personality: Reforge is put off by others more than anything else, but he seems to have a rather gentle nature at times His long span of life being that which has gained him immeasurable amounts of knowledge His past is based on so much turmoil and the concept of the terrible that he merely exists and thus his fathom for being gets larger. As time moves on he reflects his counterpart.

Appearance: A cute lil thing, he has creamy caramel or lighter colored skin, Reforge stands at a short 4‘5, and has a tiny little body build as most kids do.. He is still perfectly proportioned, and his posture is very graceful and defined, something you don‘t find in most kids these days. Yeh you wanna just stare at his adorable little flat face don’t ya?? Just look at it and giggle. The hair atop his like completely anime random. Just huge spikes of hair going this way and that. Mind you he is just soooo cute that the hair doesn‘t look busted. His eyebrows are covered, but his BIG blue eyes give the impression of looking into a pool of azure that never ends. Reforge used to look like something pretty twisted, mainly being made of essence but now is on the slim side in his actual true kid form, . Rather than over dress or under dress like a lot of others people seem to do these days, he only wears a long multi-hued robe with both purple and red hues and purple shirt like armament underneath.

Reforge has a pair of wings made of void, or void in terms of Orsa as in "The Garden." Each wing is filled with the notion of naught, a basis of power that Reforge doesn’t readily control, but is quite in fact the embodiment of his counter part Garforge. The wings do most of the usual things wings do, but umm, they ARE Ref’s wings of course. His body isn't actually visible due to his clothing, and his legs also are obscure from view that is if he really even has any at all. Under his clothing, the center of his back has a rune embedded on it that houses a dimension from the plane of Orsa which heralds inner and outer meaning. Neither of his hands are visible, but of course he has some. Little kids needs hands to mess with things.

Armaments:
Fortinbras and Proginoskes~ "Brother then and brothers now. They mean existence."

These weapons are a manifest of symbolic ties to what is Reforge and Garforge, they
belong together as two brothers supporting each others essence as a whole. While Fortinbras is a weapon that which is based upon the actual distortion of the essence to break it down for use unto which isn't supposed to be, it is deemed in this case the link to Garforge. O the other hand, Proginoskes is that which is used and held together by the raw format of the essence, amounts of it that can be ultimately used to focus and form whatever may be brought into being, such ability makes its connection with that of the younger brother; Reforge as he wields the essence to build rather than negate.

Fortinbras~ "The essence that binds everything to everything, or naught to naught."

A weapon that seems to be made of a cohesive of fluxes that are bound to what is in essence. The sporadic nature of this weapon makes it so that it can generate nearly any kind of property and shift the weapon into many forms. Its has very high impact damage in contrast to how light the weapon is. It also spawns quite a few alarming spell like effects during attacks, mainly bursts of elementally coded magick.

Proginoskes~ "Such a notion of will and the desire to be essence incarnate, I AM."

This is a weapon made of unknown amounts of tampered essence, The weapon manifests outside of Reforge as a cape of sorts that starts to flow down behind him, and at most times reaches just above the ground in appearance. It has the appearance of essence, which in turn gives the cape a mildly odd translucent red/blue appearance, and even though it IS a cape, it looks like essence because that is exactly what it is. There are a quite a few rips and tears in the cape as well. The cape is able to extend to just about any size, and move in any direction, slamming into foes or surrounding them in a pressured field of energy that causes harm. The cape can be used for defensive purposes, or for offensive purposes, and ref at times uses parts of it to chase down foes or emit conflicting magick. In weather, the cape works just the same, but because it is very light, in the wind, it can blow about, and stretch to insane shapes, and sizes, putting on a show for others.....

Abilities-
1st Class Liminality of Orsa~ Embodiment: The redirection of forces through Reforge in this plane of existence. Something based on the breakdown of Mako.

1st Class Infinity~ "The forever source of essence, the manifestation of what is."
The magickal and the physical, the spiritual, the essence in this plane. The format of raw essence to formulate, use, breakdown, interpret, and control magic’s used in this place. Magick mastery of a whim.

!st Class Shaper~ "I hold the building blocks to you and me.."
Reforge's semi-celestial force of essence and magickal constructs give him probable high physical power. Ref can easily reconstruct small pockets of what is reality and warp his configurations to move at particle accelerating speeds. His intelligence is something close to boundless so beings just might be subject to analysis essence direction in "polar opposite" forms, which is mainly a counter for attacks and magick but not perfectly.

Bio: In this place think a Soldier like Sephy. He just climbed through the ranks hella fast having power that is just uncalled for, but hell who wants to argue with a Soldier First Class like that huh?? Regarding any number of feats and tests, Reforge has just come out on top of what doesn't even need to be there. He knows this person and that person, but his history is just like another soldier. Full of missions and dealing in a bit of death....

Personality: Happy, fun-loving, courageous, confident, cool, caring, and adventurous. Skye loves his friends to a fault, and would do anything to guaruntee their safety. He is committed to his friends, and they look up to him. Sometimes Skye makes foolish decisions, but he is always prepared to face the consequences and figure out a way to fix things. Skye is sometimes stubborn and loses his temper, causing people to back away from him. But otherwise he is well respected and admired.

Moon is a powerful sword with two guns attached to the hilt. This is Skye's first line of defense and always gets the job done.

Sun (Sword in pic): Skye's pride and joy, this sword is much stronger then Moon and Skye can swing this sword much faster then Moon. Having mastered the use of this sword, Skye can swing it with one hand much faster then he could swing a lighter weapon. One would say that when Skye pulls out this sword, he is going all out and would be called his Master form.

Abilities: Being a SOLDIER 1st Class, Skye is very skilled. He is a master swordsman to the highest degree making him extremely dangerous during battle. Able to release raw magical energy, Skye can release showckwaves or coat it around his sword making his strikes much stronger and explode with energy upon every strike dealing no damage to Skye. Though Skye is also skilled when it comes to Thunder, Blizzard, and Wind magic, mastering each one all the way up to their hell forms.

~Whooo GO GO GO!!!!

"Let's fight dude!!!" Reforge peered across the way and up at Skye and smiled. he was really bored, and after yet another time and space phase, he was in YET ANOTHER place where his abilities needed to be changed to format the plane so everyone didn't just drop dead. In this case he had gone a bit further and weakened himself quite a bit, but it was all good. he was still gonna be on top. He drifted lazily in the air and then swirled around, layering a few small frames outward with his cape. The magickal energies washed around and then settled, the cape moving around everything as it it were made to do so.

Reforge was on some glee type shit at this moment and a random 'Journey' song ran through his head, he hummed along to it and then yelled out. "Your mine!!!" This kid was looking more and more dangerous. With a burst of speed, he took off and jumped into the air from a perched spot, and then opened his hand while hurling a bolt of light toward Skye. It flared out into a string of bolts that crashed toward Ref's opponent.

"Here I come." Twas true, the kid moved faster and flipped forward closer to his opponent then twister down and drove his blade upward in a slash to strike at the bigger man.

Appearance: He's roughly five feet and eight inches in height, a sandy blond kind of hair, cut short but styled in rows that slope from his forehead's hairline to the midpoint behind his neck. He has three spikes that hang to the left and right jutting downward. His attire is standard, a black uniform fitting the first class of a soldier. Yet he's got a personal touch of a navy blue coat with external shoulder plates, onyx with silver furbishing. His gloves worn are the same color of his over coat. On his back you'd often see him carrying about his gun blade.

Personality: Kindred spirit, with a bright kind of personality that seems to wan for something more than whats usually accepted. Not in a sense of greed, but an untamed curiosity about him. He's a dreamer, yet so extraordinary on terms of idealism that aren't completely liberal backwash. He's got a stern demeanor on hot topics, and even more so to say a sturdiness that balances his kindness with a kind of fluent ruthless mindset that sets in to fit dire peril.

Armaments:

Courageous Intent: A standard type gun blade weapons. Serving as a primary weapon, its pretty lightweight for a soldier thats been enhanced thoroughly to wield it. Fused with a gun, it sends vibrations into the blade to rupture explosive fissure of magic to converge like a burst. It has the ability to augment and maintain a flux of magic before the initial blow and even afterwards so its always channeling.

Glave: A vest-like veil worn underneath his torso and standard SOLDIER uniform. It serves as a buffer to rend the effects of magical and physical impulses enacted upon the recipient. Greatly reducing what would've most likely been fatal.

Magic/Materia:

~Within his body is stored nearly every kind of materia except for black and white materia. He houses the physical enhancements of several as well several cohesive magic type mako produced materia. Within his weapon Courageous Intent the materia of the magic attachment is also stored, enabling him to cast a spell right off the blade. Of course summons of destructive powers as well as curative also reside between both.

~He possesses the X-gene. This is the genetic stabilization of Project Gillian and Sephiroth. Whats a perfect abomination and a transient entity of the cetra brought together to form something then unparalled. His genetics are so thoroughly augmented, he bridges a connection to the planet and can hear and see the flux of the lifestream as Aerith Gainsborough could. There is the heavenly wing that forms from his right side, its white, on the other side a black one as he is a combination of both. The secrecy kept well hidden by one Professor Hojo shortly after the extermination of the SOLDIER Class with the rejects being murdered or cast out. As for his existence roughly 8 years proceeding through Crisis Core and Final Fantasy VII to Advent Children time frame he'd then only recently turned twenty three.

Skye stared upon his opponent wondering why they would pit a child against him, but if even Sephiroth recommened this kid then Skye would take this fight seriously. "Are you watching Cloud and Zack? I'll show how far my training has taken me." Skye said outloud to them. It had been almost three years since Skye was promoted to SOLDIER 1st Class for kicking the mighty ass of Angeal as a test. A hard road to travel, Skye could only push forward and this would only help him to move forward.

Keeping his eyes on the child, he watched the boy move quickly into the air. This boy was quick and had released a bolt of lightning taht had become several bolts of lightning. Reacting quickly, Skye lifted his hand into the air and yelled out Thunder. Several bolts of lightning was sent flying from Skye's hand, smashing against the boy's bolts of lightning essentially canceling them out. Gripping the handle of Moon, he was surprised by the boy's quick movements. "No child should move like that." Skye said knowing something was wrong. Quickly dashing back, he barely missed the tip of the blade. Pulling out Moon quickly, he relased a shockwave toward the boy. He then dove forward, lunging with his sword. He stabbed at the boy eight times before pulling back. He turned around and dashed to the closest building and began running up the side until he reached the top of the five story building.

"Is the other one coming soon, Genesis?" Sephiroth asked as he watched and Genesis replied "Yes. I recommened this one. Let's see how all three fare in battle against one another."

"The hell??" There was like a bust of energy from the blast caused by the light attack hitting the lightning one and Reforge was just about amused by this all happening. So Skye was skilled he would be a 1st if he wasn't so there was no reason to start complaining. He dodged the attacked from Ref's sword and just countered, actually stabbing at him like 7, or 8 times. "Geez!!!" Moving in a flurry, Ref spun and used his weapon to parry the blows other than the last one which he was caught off guard by.

He got whacked by the lingering shockwave and flew back, "Ass." Skye turned and ran. Ref just eyed him annoyed before jumping onto a building and flinging himself upward into the air. "Crest of Madness." A glyph ripped through the sky and fell to the building that Skye was on, not to be regarded as it wasn't for attack just then. Reforge shot down and molded his blade into a rather long pink form to what it just was, slashing around in a cyclone while keeping his body unmoving at points.

His attack whirled around and at the last second, the glyph bust into a dome that trapped Skye inside it. "Oh please." Ref spun around and kicked quickly at his foe, then did another spin kick into a somersault. He drew away force and fired a blast of light at Skye for a finish. The dome shattered then.

[Healing Vision]

((BIG WAVE BIG WAVE!!! Wait, not really.))

"Bang bang."

Like a flying burst or condesed and contracted spherical magic, a spell shot down ripping off the tip of a gun blade, speed up by hastega, then splitting into several red spheres the size of basketballs. His aim was dead on, like a blur of red, this circle had enamured itself around the kid on the building. The spheres convulsing with magic fluxed from the gun blade, roaring, then combusting flames around him. The speed moved in as he'd hit the top of the roof at the angle to his back, hence it being unseen in time.

"Ahahahaha." he was already moving as the other one had formed an array of magic about him to follow the incentive. He jumped and flew amidst the scene and from his hand, a red luminescence flared. "Burn!" he'd shouted firing multiple flaming orbs of firaga from all over, hitting most every dimensioned angle. Then waving his wrist and other hand, commanded them to follow his lead. Loosing count of the number, one by one, they zipped inward to consume this foe of his.

"Tell me if they were watching that."

Courageous intent roared as he'd raised it to his upside and it flared one of likely a spectrum of colours for he could initiate the next attack in a number of ways. A radiance purged from the steel, elongated, of white and shot straight a massive hyper-concentrated blast. That was...until he cracked his pinky, shattering the flaring gunshot. Like ash it spread over the flaming embodiment that was this not yet named soldier of first class, then like daggers of light, reforming all coming into fruition like shackles pinning him at each side.

OOC: Yeah he did. He told me. And he attacked me first. I'm assuming that his first paragraph is the attack on me since he said he attacked me first and the second paragraph says he attacked the other.

IC: Skye could only pay attention to the glowing glyph that had ripped apart the sky. As it dropped to the buidling, Skye blocked only to realize that it wasn't going to hurt him but, something else would. Right as the Glyph touched the ground, Skye was smacked by a red sphere. The second one struck quickly. Skye was knocked off his feet and rolled across ground as he was smacked by the third one. Rolling to his feet, Skye took hold of moon and slammed into the sword, causing him to slide back but, he gained the upperhand and sent it flying away from him. He quickly dodged the next one and smacked another one away. The rest were either dodged or smacked away.

Looking from where the spheres had come from, Skye saw that a man had entered and he was wearing a SOLDIER 1st Class outfit. "Wow. Who next? Sephy-kun, or maybe Genesissy. Bring'em all out to play." Skye said with a grin until he noticed that a dome had formed around the roof. He had lost focus of the kid only to be kicked in the face. Taking a couple steps back, he was kicked again and then somersaulted, literally lifting him into the air. Right as the child was about to attack again, he was interuppted by the attacks of the man that had just entered the battle. "Lucky me." Skye said outloud. Recovering in the air, he did a back flip and landed on his feet.

"My turn.." Skye said grinning. The dome had broken and a nice sized building was beside them. It had to be atleast fifteen or twenty stories tall. Skye ran and dove straight at the building, releasing all kinds of shockwaves and cutting through the building. Skye came out the other side of the building as it toppled over but, not on Skye's side but on the building that Daecus and Ref just happened to be on. "TIMBEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!" Skye yelled out he watched if his opponent's would crushed by the building or would they survive.

Hit, hit and hit!!! He was just doing great, but as he was going to go gain the upper hand he realized that not only was he going to NOT have to keep going for a few seconds, somebody else had arrived a blasted Skye a few times. Ref giggled, "Ha eat that." He turned and drove his sword toward Skye, and then felt a huge energy from the other guy who showed up. "Aw hell....." He flipped back and turned around, using one hand to get ready to hold off the blast that got hurled at him. "What is IN THIS THING!?!?!"

Somewhere else, a being was holding something odd and looking at a screen. "Yeh that's twisted, so I am supposed to press circle to guard??"

Ref faltered for a second and that was when the attacked flared out of control or rather into control because the Solider Justice used it in a way to cause a number of streams of magick to attack him. Once again something started pressing buttons.....and Reforge's sword glimmered, he at first went to attack m but chose to go from guard and magick instead. The cape blew about, and flux started to seep into a possibility for magick defense. The cape was ultimately unharmed, but a blast had gotten through and hit Reforge in the chest. he wasn't feeling it though, his thoughts were on Justice and how to get him back.

Already moving toward him with extreme speed in tow and then amping it up with Hastega, Reforge had a thought and like before there was a quirk from elsewhere....

"Limit-break 1??" Fingers moved, then...."Mash square to fill the gauge, got it!!!!" Reforge snickered. "Whoooo." He grew a giant blade upon himself and then moved it to hack away at Justice. He began quickly delivering a series of slashes all meant for success. They were low blows coated with magick flux designed for the impulse to draw Justice to him. It was because of his materia storage.

Ref coughed, and spun with the last slash directed solely at Justice's feet. "Boom!!!" A huge beam of mako flux fired from Reforge's mouth right at Justice, and consequently also annihilating the building that could have hit them both.

'...why the fuck am I always the only one that never states my opponents name at the start or throughout a battle unless they've said it and I've heard or registered it?'

In his mind he'd pictured the release of a popular hand-held game. A similar motion, being played through his head. Going into the limit break it seemed, the space warped and the other one extended an elongated blade, following with what seemed a purge of magics fluxing through it. His wings twisted pushing a kind of opposing flow, while still connecting, greatly weakening the click of the strokes, his vest was the cake to this at the sametime.

With the last one, he'd been slammed into the building, and the blast then crippled the building that he'd crashed into. Still laced over by the wings doing nothing but enduring, the mako energies were being counter-fluxed and channeled to Courageous Intent.

"Enough already." He spread his wings intaking the still scattering debris of the building and sent them into the fray at one seemed like a rain of massive slabs of worn building. He flipped out C.I. and extended the hearty gun blade radiating a brutal enemy skill. "Cut." Without blinking, he'd flown past the soldier on the ground that threw the building. Eight-slashes, multiplied by two, spelling out sixteen slashes nearing yet not surpassing Sephiroth's fluid move. Octaslash lvl 2. Essentially flushing out every ounce of what flux was witheld from the previous limit break unleashed into a single blow.

"Hell yes, got that foo, I just gotta keep this up and pay attention make sure I don't get nuked." His mouth was still tingling from the last attacked, but it still was usable. It was all good in the hood. "Wait what?? no counter attack??" The answer was obvious as the forces that got absorbed thought not at first obvious were driven toward Skye. Reforge only thought about the simplistic nature of this fight and why they had all not trained together before this, or at least talked.

Skye had a crazy attacked let loose on him, and Reforge just thought that he should have joined in on the fun. "Yeh, let's do it." Tearing off from the side of the building he'd been near, he ran and then flew toward Skye with his cape blowing about, and landing behind him, kept enough distance to not get hit by the other attacks.

"Magick much?? Yes." His hand flowed with energy and he began hurling coated ice magick down at high speed, stacking them upon each other to form larger and more dangerous blasts of ice. To make matters worse, his cape was now shooting down and tendrils of it were darting at Skye to inflict staggering damage combined with each blow not dealt with.

He just fluxed the last magick force with his powers, causing the ice to explode all over......

OOC: I said I was gonna do it Tavi.

IC: Skye's eyes were glued to the other SOLDIERS as they fought but, now it seemed Justice was coming straight for Skye. "These guys are tyring to kill me. I swear." Skye stated with his hand on his hip and one hand on his forehead. "MODULATING PHASE!" A roulette appeared and there were three pictures of Tifa with the number seven beside each one. "LEVEL UP! Skye level 93." Tifa stood up from the stands and yelled "You can do it." Skye began to glow bright green. Gripping Sun once again, energy began to lift from the area, making its way to Skye. "OH YEAH! JUST BELIEVE IN ME TIFFY!" Skye yelled out as he began to spin around.

Energy began to raise up, swirling as more energy and raw magic was absorbed from the area until it became a giant purplish-blue tornado of powerful raw magic and energy combined. There were japanese signs glowing everywhere in the tornado and Skye was within this tornado, spinning rapidly. This tornado was not pulling but pushing and could be considered a more contained F5. Destroying everything around it, Skye was safe for now. As Justice's attack and Reforge's technique was about to slam into Skye's defenses, there was a white flash.

As the flash disappeared, Skye, Justice, and Reforge's attacks were gone as if they had been blocked and stopped. Standing between the lovely combatnents was Sephiroth, Angeal, Genesis, Zack, and Cloud. "Are you trying to kill everyone here? Watch yourselves. Stick to beating eachother and not harming everyone except for Cloud." Sephiroth said before they all left the arena. "What. The. Hell?" Skye asked Justice and Reforge with a confused look on his face. That was unpredictable, but the battle had to go on. "Hey let's take it old school and show off that SOLDIER honor." Skye said as he put away Sun. Smoothly grabbing Moon, he pulled it out signifying that he was now serious. Running toward Justice, he seemed to be moving much faster with Moon in his hands.

Striking quickly, he aimed for a vertical slash, that went into a diagnol slash, that came right back into a lunge. Going from the lunge, he went into several slashs taking a queue from Cloud's omnislash in the way that he moved his sword up until the final jumping strike. Omnislash in a basic combo but, not as powerful as Omnislash. Skye was much quicker now and his swings were much deadlier then before.
