Name: Baten Scorge, the Morning Star

Age: merely a number to begin with…

Gender: Male

Appearance: Baten true bodily form stands 6’5” tall and weighing about 200 pounds, being tall, slender, and semi-muscular. Even for his semi-sized muscles he is dangerously powerful. His overall body is proportionate that obviously indicates the time and effort put into it. Baten’s elegant posture is quite grand which can easily stand out from a large crowd. His face outline and structure can be classified as handsome, or to some even beyond that. Even though he shows calm expressions, his piercing crimson eyes can change any impressions in an instant.

His hair is of a dark-toned gray that is at neck’s length and the bangs, if straightened, reaching to the tip of his nose but at most times they swirl to the right. At the sides, the hair cover his ears and over for about a couple centimeters. On the left side of Baten’s chest is a tattoo of the word “wrath” in an exotic language. There are also other tattoos over his body, such as the back, left calves, and his right arm.

Scars seem to cover most of Baten’s body, and each one telling a tale of his past. These scars are however not significant at all but only remnants of his fallen enemies that were left behind on his body. The high amounts of transcending energy and matter that inhabits within his body seem to escape in the tiniest amounts, which will attract and collect with each other. At random times, harmless random swirls of light will spiral around him giving quite an amazing effect.

Baten can alter his age to any number he wishes. He may first appear to be a foolish child, but in an instant he can change into a wise sage. Also, even though Baten may have an original human form, he can change and transform into someone or something else completely. The only reason Baten even bothers to have a true form is because of his “true” powers.

Baten wears the metallic Eight Rings of Aeos from the cosmic energy of the Aeos Stars. The colors of these rings are silvery with a hint of a crimson tint. They are worn on all the fingers except the thumbs and pinkies. These rings are not considered to be weapons because they are not meant for offensive purposes, instead they rather compress Baten’s powers in a way where he can conduct the light with a more controlled manner for greater precision. Tongues of fire surround the rings and vary in size depending on how much energy he sues. The rings also seem to react to Baten’s emotions and mind. Without these rings, Baten may simply go berserk…

Persona: Baten’s personality matches with this stoic outwards appearance, as he rarely changes his facial expression. This does not mean at all that he doesn’t feel emotions. He is quite the person that will not allow the actions of others to impede the objectives he has. Baten only finds interest in those who he deems worthy and the others are just nothing to him that mean nothing at all. However, he is not the overly confident person or one who is highly disrespectful, but in fact has a high sense of honor. He is the calm type…

Abilities:
White Crown of the Eight Stars – Baten can conjure cosmic light and manipulate it with absolute will. He can bind himself with the Eight Stars of the constellation Aeos and keep a constant flow of spiritual energy into his body. The energy will reconstruct itself into something, which only Baten can use. The very format of the energy cannot be consumed, altered, or manipulated by any outside forces. The pure cosmic energy manifests its appearance into a form of what may be considered light, however it is far beyond that and can be summoned within impossible, such as in water, and from that notion of light comes fire, lightning, and waves. The light has eight different attributes that represent the eight stars: harmony, degeneration, construction, propagation, tranquility, solidification, activation, and rejection. With the eight forces, he can create numerous different assortments of attacks and defenses, in active and passive forms, while manipulating these forces materially and spiritually. Each different power has its own color, appearance, behavior, and texture of light. The energy within Bellsick is generated and must replenish at times, which one may deem behaves just like regular energy. The light of fire can be of horrifying temperatures and reduce objects into ashes. The light can be manipulated with such excellence it is both beautiful and yet chaotic.

Reishi – Dubbed, “Reading the Heart,” is a consuming power Bellsick has tamed and mastered. Whilst in some ways a useful ability, it is incredibly hard to control, as a result Bellsick is exposed to the constant thoughts of others. With this, he can proficiently read the hearts, minds, and essence of nearly anything that has no limitations or restrictions. He can project himself within these hearts to communicate with them directly. He can’t control them whatsoever or use any kinds of manipulations, however he can influence them to an extent. By reading the essence of things, he can observe and analyze with great detail. Nothing can hide from this ability.

Weapons:
Concerto Grosso & Forte – The two dual pistols are Bellsick’s main weapons deemed for pure destruction. They are both 39 cm in length and almost weighing to about 35 lbs. Initially, the semi-automatic dual guns fire custom-made explosive .454 casull rounds, with the orichalcum bullets having a mercury core. The Aeos revolutionizes the pistols so they can consume the energy force around its surrounding and fire magical essence projectiles. The type of energy they consume affects the projectile. The magical bullets are also reinforced by the Aeos purifying them tremendously in which they can pierce through anything. The Concerto Grosso has three barrels that rotate after each fire. The chamber for this gun has three different properties.

Death Butterflies – By bending his inner Light of Aeos, Baten manifested and created horrifying creatures that bring nothing but havoc and sorrow. These beautiful and elegant butterflies appear to be jet black surrounded by a thin lining of deep blue and purple light. The wings of the butterflies are sharp as swords and the wingspan is about five inches. Their size is of about three inches in length. The creatures also carry a single characteristic of the Aeos Flames, augmenting their offensive capabilities. Baten has two small tattoos on the palm of his hands where he seals the weapon within the deepest confines of his body so he doesn’t need to create them every time he engages in battle. The number of butterflies he created in his lifetime may in fact be within the millions. Baten can direct all of them within his mind. To kill the enemy, these butterflies will swarm the enemy and simply eat them away dealing both physical and spiritual damage, in which they leave nothing behind and completely erase the foe’s existence. A swarm of the Death Butterflies can literally erase any objects within mere seconds to minutes depending on their physical characteristics, such as size, mass, etc. Some of the butterflies may inject a liquidized form of Baten’s Aeos energy that behaves like some kind of poison where the enemy will enter a trance like state and their internal organs will start to deteriorate slowly, bringing great agonizing pain. The enemy will also lose their sense of mind and will start hallucinating their greatest fears and sorrows. They way this “poison” is built is so complicated down to the sub-atomic level that it cannot be reconstructed or overcome by the enemy in any way. The very essence of the liquid cannot change. Okay location is going to be...

Paris, around 9 pm and the city is still bustling like crazy. A lot of people going here and there, since it's summer time and some of them are on vacation. Yes you can even smell the delicious french ratatouille being cooked if you smell hard enough. The lights glimmer on the surface of a river near by, and the stars are dazzling scattered throughout the night sky. The full moon is quite grand with its silver shimmer. Lets wreck hell on this city! Lets BURN IT DOWN!

In the city of love, everything, and anything is possible, but is fighting possible. Can there really be killing in this romantic city, well there will be blood and guts scattered all around the entire landscape. The moon sending a nice, wonderous feeling to anybody who roams the city at night, the air has the most gentle breeze you could ever imagine. People roaming the city with no care in the world, the tall towers stand high and mighty, and well the bakery’s send off a strong aroma that will attract anything with a pulse.

In this city, is the home of a battle, yes it is a bit weird, but that is the world we live in, battles that happen even in the most crazy of places, but nevertheless it is the home to two fierce warriors, different in their own unique way. There is one, who is a light, gentle soul, and can be ever-so graceful in his battles, while his opponent is one who rarely shows any sort of emotion in his battles.

“Such a waste for this battle”

A voice spoke from a tall tower, his pressence known to many people, but to the civilians below, they had no clue what kind of warrior he was. He just stood up top of the Eiffel Tower, the tall, pointy-tipped building that is what made Paris the romantic city it is today. The man that stood up on top of it showed some unique charaistics about him, one being his normal attire that is a basic black trench coat, white button-up shirt, and black leather pants, black fingerless gloves, and a cross necklace.

“The place is perfect for this battle.”

He spoke yet again; his hair shined off of the moon, simply reflecting off of the silver circle, and showing the midnight blue shade hair that was seen that it had a light, gentle mist around it as if this warrior was a mystic being of some sort. However, the one thing that attracts attention to himself is the way his eyes stand out in crowded places, his golden eyes, they are what attracts many people to his presence.

“I am Vento, and I seek a battler”

The chattering of couples who were in love was bustling through the outdoor cafe on this elegant night. The stars were twinkling ever so brightly scattered throughout the deep black sky. A sudden gentle breeze swept through as a sweet aroma of sweets and delights followed soon after. The lights down the street were flashing from yellow, to red then to orange giving it a feeling of Christmas. Carriages drawn by white and black horses passed Baten as they galloped down the gray stone paved road. Such a beautiful night it was, splendid time for a bloody battle that is about to take place in mere moments. Baten opened his eyes once more and viewed the city of Paris, then closed them again to capture the serene sound of everything.

Baten rose from his seat in the cafe and looked towards the Eiffel Tower up ahead. His eyes wandered around the scenery and then found his target, an obnoxious character standing on top of the colossal structure. Who is this guy? Announcing who he is in front of those who do not need to know. Of course Baten immediately knew who really was as soon as he laid his eyes upon Vento. It would be useless for Vento to even speak throughout the course of the battle, every thought, picture, words will be known to him. "Well, lets start this thing shall we?" as Baten sent these words directly into Vento's mind, along with a image of himself who appeared to be at least in his early twenties, so that he would know who he was up against.

With Baten arms stretched out in front of him, the two small cross and diamond like tattoo began to glow in a hellish purple and they began to move all about on his hand. With a single ripple of black energy, thousands of Death Butterflies were released and they swiftly flew towards the Eiffel Tower. They swarmed the base of the tower and began to eat the structure quite rapidly. Most of the weapons were infused with the Aeos's degeneration attribute which will quicken the destruction of the building. It has been only about fifteen seconds since Baten unleashed them and almost half the structure was eaten away, now it looked nothing but a skeleton of its former glory. Now the screams began to fill the air as civilians and tourists began to run away from the collapsing tower. Baten is interested in how Vento will jump from the tower, but if not, he will go down with the wonderful landmark...

As Vento stood up top the Eiffel tower, just adoring the majestic city of Paris, just as he noticed an uneasy power source in a café that was near the mighty tower, and not long after Vento noticed that power source, that being sent some sort of message to him through telepathy. A simple smirk on his face, for Vento had gotten the message from the one called Baten, this being thought it could be so easy to scare or even to begin to think that he could itimidate Vento, well if that is what he thought, then he thought wrong; Vento will not be scared that easily.

After that message sent through his mind, Vento decided to get off from the Eiffel tower, but before he could do such a thing, a swarm of dark, black butterflies came rushing to the Eiffel tower, and Vento had little time to react, but how would he react is the main problem for him. “think, what to do, what to do.” Vento said, as he jumped out of the way of the swarming butterflies. As expected, that wasn’t the end of it, the butterflies kept following Vento, nonstop. He couldn’t believe how these little insects could cause him so much trouble, so to ease up the trouble, Vento decided to bust out some of his powers to show who the real boss is.

As he still stayed in the air, probably ten feet from the ground, Vento turned his body around to where his arms were facing the butterflies, and his back was facing the ground. Continuing what he had planned, Vento summoned out his Keyblade, and he simply faced it outward to the insects, and it fired a array of ice shards of some sort, and this completely froze the butterflies like beautiful icicles.

“Well so much for keeping my powers hidden.” Vento said sighing out in close comfort. Then not long after that, he looked at the café where that Baten person was, and Vento immediately gave the being a cold glare as he had a bone or two to pick with him.

Pathetic... the only word that ran through Baten's mind. Such technique wasn't impressive at all and was quite the disappoint to Baten, even though he knew all about Vento. But still, he could have at least proved something worth his time. Baten gave a deep sigh and looked straight at his enemy. "Trying to keep your powers hidden? The moment i looked at you, i immediately got everything i need. All the knowledge about your petty magic and the stupid weapon of yours, the keyblade." Baten laughed as the ice that encased the butterflies were melting in mid air, falling to the ground. And immediately as they were frozen, they were free once more to fly in the sky.

"Looks like you used up quite the amount of energy freezing the 5,403 butterflies that i summoned. It's quite the feat of trapping them all, but yet again you failed to do so. My butterflies have the attribute of degeneration at the moment and can degenerate pretty much anything right now... Ehh you could've done better." With that said, the butterflies all began to encircle around Vento in a low tornado. They moved so quickly All the butterflies released pulses of their degeneration light and was quite the bright fire show to Baten, amusing him at least for the moment. The degeneration power began to sap Vento's energy and consuming it slowly. Also, the pulses were spiritual and immediately, his magic powers were decreasing at the steady tempo, if he didn't get out soon, he would lose all of his magic. It would be momentarily before Vento would feel the effects of the butterflies.

Baten wanted to progress this battle and keep him occupied for the night. This wasn't even the full extent of his powers... NOT even close...
