So would that mean that a person not ranked would be able to remove someone else from the ranks?

Yes though in the observation of the rules, only 20 would be removed.

I actually think it'd be more logical to have the ranks be able to expand beyond the 20 currently listed. But again, that's just my take on things.

Also, is it just me, or would people like to see a more material reward for battles than just a bit of fun and a pat on the back? I was thinking something like rep goes to the winner from the loser.

I second that notion, the idea of expanding the ranks past 20 make it more interesting, and even more newcomers that could make things interesting.

To me, thirty sounds like it might be a bit much to take care of, twenty five sounds like a nice upper limit though.

Expanding the ranks seems like a good idea, admitidly i was skeptical about rules for a non-rank to challenge one of the bottom half of the ranks from 16-20. (then again, isn't the purpose of being ranked means your always challenging, defending, and/or climbing the bracket?)

Lastly 20 battle rp'ers out of the countless 50 or so that are active in the main section does kind of interval things in a way.

And I'd dare to say that around twenty five would be the most the system would be getting at this point in time, were it to end up expanding beyond twenty.

The problem with the first option is we lack the required numbers who frequent this section on a constant basis to expand the ranks further. The 3rd option should not even be considered. My bets are either on the 2nd or 4th choices.

I'm well aware of that, but that's what I've observed. I don't frequent the main section much myself, and there are those who never came here from when I showed myself within this place up to 6 months ago.

Of the 2nd and 4th choices, the 2nd choice is best. How long would it take before fresh blood wasn't so fresh? How often do we get new people in this section who actually stay?
