Need help with a glitch?

I killed hook,but i he didnt drop a key,someone said that happens a lot and says i should screencap the map and send it to a mod,but the screencaping isnt really working...>_< so isnt thier another way thats REALLY easy???

i worked to hard to fail at this point now...>_<
Edit1:>_< nothing i tryed works...ramens advice didnt help(though it sounds useful)but nothing seems to work for some reason...-.-
