New in the guild? Well we think we need more requirments, since we have a clan base, and if you mean new in our lives: I have been kicked out of band and now they have changed their minds and I have to choose between band and some other class, and next year (when I move to a new school) that choice will carry over. Like: if I give up band now I give up band forever. I'm struggling with this, so its something my mind is so focused on its hard to concentrate. But I will get through this. I have to by next week.

Well, I was kicked out of band in the first place. See, I never got to march with the marching band all year, to them all I was was a replacement for practices only. And no matter how much I begged they wouldn't let me march. So when it came time for the last performance, and I was told that there was no way that they would let me (they told me themselves, the band directors I mean) I didn't go to the last compitition, by order of my parents. And the Christmas parade my father wouldn't let me march in so they kicked me out. Basically: To punish my parents they punished me. And then they "changed their minds" (because their butts were on the line: If they admitted to it they would have gotten fired) and now I have the choice.
Stay with band or Don't. Its harder than it sounds, because of all my friends that I have that are in band. But since my best friend is moving away, and I will never see her again, I have deiced that I am giving up band. The only reason I stayed with band for so long, through all the humiliation that comes with being a band member and all the time that I have lost going to practices and rehearsals that didn't even matter
, was because my best friend was there and thats all that mattered. And now that she is gone there is no reason for me to be in band. I dislike the whole thing, really. I love music, don't get me wrong, and I like playing my trumpet, but Band I don't like. Its complicated, and I don't understand it myself. But thats just the way it is.
And if next year is the same as this one: where just from marching practice I hurt my ankles so bad (not even from twisting them or anything: my ankles are just that weak, its a genetic condition I have) that I couldn't walk for 2 whole weeks. I had to use crutches, and I should have had a wheelchair. I don't want to have to deal with "OMG! Your faking it!" from everyone including the band directors. So I am dropping it and I'm taking Acting for the rest of the year and then I will probably take a dance class or something next year in my new school, when I move to Texas again. 600 miles away from these *ahem* fools is still too close.

hmm dilemma u got there and omg i know how it feels when u lose a BFF it hurts real bad -sighs- but just try 2 member all of the good times and not focuse on how things should turn out, anywayzz isin't it u who controlls ur future not them ^^ sowey i've been away for long i had a huge BIO test 2day so i had 2 study study study

Its alright. I have kinda gone into one of those "no emotion" break downs. I haven't been in one of these since the 7th grade. Its been awhile, so I'm a bit surprised. Thinking of the good times hurt though.
Anyway, I know I am the one the controls my future but I never really cared for band. It was always just something to do for now, since there was nothing better. And I have made up my mind. I won't change it.

man i'm getting a headache! I'm only failing one class and thats algerbra! ITs so hard! and we have only one more test So I have to pass this test But thats only like the iceing I have to get at Least a "B+" on It!
And its only like 17 questions So I'm like TOTALLY SCREW!!!

Thanks Ellie. I know what you mean by that saying, so its fine.
And I know I gotta keep going. The hard part is to keep going with out totally breaking down. Maybe thats needed, to relieve the stress and everything else. Just to break down and cry a time or two is just fine, right? I know it is, but still.... I'm still afraid to do so. I don't like all the attention that comes with it.

well riku just lock urself up in the bathroom or ur room, or do wha i do eitheir cry urself 2 sleep or cry while ur in the shower......it really helps and no attention ^^
