Technical audio problems

When a battle comes up in RPG Inferno, a tab comes up that says "Additional plugins are required to display all the media on this page" - Quicktime 7.2 - then a window comes up that says "your browser does not support basic music controls and as a result any music controls will not function."

I use a PC that runs on Windows 2000 Professional.
I installed the plugin installer, but it said "this program needs to run in a Windows XP or a Vista"
I read the release notes for the Quicktime plugin and it said for a Quicktime to run im Windows 2000, that windows must have Service Pack 4(SP4). Do you really need SP4?

Mabye the music-player thing just won't work on your computer? It makes the battles slow to load for me, so I just disabled it from the RPG settings section. If you can't get yours to work, I'd suggest doing that.
