Halloween Clan Contest! - Candy Caper!

Well, it's that time of year again, and your friends in Halloween Town are gearing up for the biggest and best Halloween ever! Candy has been mass produced all year just for everyone to enjoy when they're out Trick or Treating across Waltier. However, something has gone horribly wrong, and Heartless have stolen the sugary goodness from Jack Skellington and friends. Jack has put out an urgent bulletin to all clans to retrieve the stolen candy. He has promised some spooky rewards for the top candy retrievers!

When? This event will be held this Wednesday, which just so happens to be Halloween! It will end on Friday, November 2nd. Each day between 4 - 10 PM Eastern Time you will get a chance to fight some Heartless and retrieve candy.

Who can join? Only clan members will be allowed to participate in this event. Each clan must PM me, or post a list of up to five members who will attempt to tackle this challenge.

What do we do? Your clan will be assigned a specific area to stay and hunt in. The heartless you defeat will drop stolen pieces of candy. The candy will be specific to each clan hunting (so no cheating >_>) and only YOUR clan's candy pieces will count towards the total.

What do we win!? Each clan will receive clan points equal to half of their total candy pieces gathered. In addition, the top three clans will win an additional amount of clan points! If that wasn't enough, the highest scoring clan will earn an exclusive item for their ENTIRE clan!

Rules: All clan members must remain in their assigned locations. Only clan members registered to compete are allowed to fight the heartless in these areas. If any other members from the clan is seen with candy, the amount they have will be deducted from your clan point total. No haxxed stats allowed, otherwise you will be disqualified with no substitute allowed. Speed cap is set at 60. If anyone participating is found over that number, you will be ineligible to compete for the rest of the competition, and no substitute will be allowed.

Substitutes: If a member of a clan is physically unable to be on during the hunting times, please let someone know of a replacement a few hours in advance. The staff has the right to refuse substitutions if notified during the hunting hours.


Jack needs your help! When your clan leader posts about this, please try to include members around the same level, otherwise you're going to wish you had. This is a friendly contest, you're all helping out the people of Halloween Town, remember!

Clan Leaders, if you wish to enter, please post the names of your nominated participants, and the level of each player. If your level increases before the day comes, be sure to update it. Be sure to also know exactly how many members you have in your clan, because if you win, you don't want to short change anyone on their reward!

In addition, I would like it very much if when the list is posted or PM'd that a link to each participating member's RPG profile be provided for use by the RPG Team.

Don't worry, the place your clan will be set up will be accessible to all participants from that clan. Some may even be stationed at Traverse Town, so there's nothing to worry about. It's very flexible.

Alright, there is a new announcement regarding this:

Do not PM Neo the list. Rather, have the leader of your clan post your clans list here. Only the leader may be taken as the official list, and if anybody else posts it, you shall be ignored. This is your only warning.

( Though, don't worry, there are exceptions to this, we're willing to be flexible if your leader cannot get onto a computer to post it or something. Just make sure to give us a good reason why your leader can't post it himself, and why you are. ;D )

I'm unsure. EST is -5 GMT or something like that. I don't really know the conversions.

In any event, this clan event is going to be moved so that it will start Friday the 2nd of November, and run until Sunday the 4th. The time will be decided by everyone here. Clan leaders, please post what times would be good for your teams, and hopefully we can find a nice slot of about four to five hours each one of the three days for the event to run.

ok about the stats once we post them we can't change them while we are candy hunting? or can we, because once we start fighting most people are going to have adjust to survive especially if the heartless are strong.

You're allowed to change your stats as much as you'd like. As long as you are not haxxed or go over the 60 speed limit in some way, you're allowed to have whatever stats you'd like. All I need are the levels of each participating member so I know how strong to make the heartless you'll be fighting.
