choco is glitched!

my lil buddy is glitched he has 42 sp but i cant apply it its been like that for weeks and every time i try it says he dosent have any i had this problem before once but it worked about 5 mins after i got it can sum1 please fix this?

You do realize that SP doesn't count towards stats, you apply it to Alchemy/Welding/Arcane/Combat/Taming... right?
