i am lvl 41 and ap and sp not used and 5 stats are more than i should have...

Alright the Max Level Limit has been removed with the release of Chapter 2. Go ahead and feel free to level up to your hearts content. There will be another Level Cap for Chapter 2 later on but for now there is no limit, go nuts!
