On a more important note, the spell which was discussed was never implemented. If Raise had been created, people would have been more prepared for the revival things. It was never created and put into shops so it would have been safe to assume there would be no revival spells in the battles, meaning Cure/Leaf Bracer could still be used to revive your teammates. I understand that you rarely think independently of the rules which are explicitly stated, but come on. Without Raise, how would Rae be allowed to implement a rule which was only discussed? The only official PvP rules in the discussion thread are those first 4, anyway. The other ones, as Rae said in the post, were merely ones he was thinking of implementing. :3 I honestly don't get why you would build your stats with a non-existent revival spell in mind. 1:00 PM. | |

Because my opponent, is taking five minutes to make his move. And I know Rae said this is trial and error, so I should be able to say my opinion. I thought this whole 30 minutes deal was a great idea... Until my very first match, when I got to go about a total of 10 times. Which brings me to this; If we have to keep it at thirty, at least squads should agree to let members fight who don't have a crappy internet connection, or can actually pay attention. If you can only go about 10 times, there is no strategy really, it's just who can kill who fastest. Either that, or make it longer. |

| †The Jack of all Trades† | I'm thinking that the 30 minutes should be changed into 30 rounds. That way there can be no stalling instituted. :3 Every player will get 30 actions and then the battle ends. I feel that would be fair. |

| †The Jack of all Trades† | In a 2v2 fight, turns would take about 10-20 seconds each, and 1 round (on average) would = 4 turns, so 40-80 seconds for a round. o.o That ends up as 4800-9600 seconds for the full thing, not including the invites... >_> Huh. 80-160 minutes; 1h:20m - 2h:40m. Interesting. As long as people don't take forever to make moves, it could be done in about 3 hours. Much better than the 6 hours of today. >_> |
