Avatars won't load

Do you keep the dimensions (pixels) at 0 or increase them to 100 or so? There should be a button that scrolls down and you can pick a size to make the avatar. It has to be 100 x 100. Or any amount in place of 100. Can't make it 1 x 1 or you won't see anything :/

Also, if you are loading directly from computer, it might not work. I run into that problem a fair bit. So I usually use Photobucket or some image hosting site.
