RPG Inferno Rules and Regulations

This is a nice easy list of everything you can do in the Inferno that will result in an immediate and irrevocable reset of your RPG Profile. Don't do any of these things, this is a warning, and may be the only one that you get.

Current Max Level : 103. Any players seen over this level will be reset, as the only way you can get to level 104 is through PvPing, which is illegal.

• No Player Versus Player Leveling - This is when two players fight each other with the intent of leveling up. Fighting each other should be strictly for fun and competition, exp rewards should be given as a result of a hard fought battle.
  
• Trading Etherite or any other "special" items in the Inferno. This ESPECIALLY goes for the Indigo and Silver Etherite. Anyone found selling or trading these will be reset.
  
• No players are allowed to trade weapons and armor to players that are in previous chapters. I don't care if you're in the same clan, if I see players level 20 with Crab Claws, people will be getting in trouble. This is treated the same as trading Etherite.
  
• No excessive swearing or rudeness in the shoutbox. Any repeat performances will end with the player or players in question being punished. Only one warning besides this will be issued. Be civil or don't say anything at all. This goes for cursing, harassment, and anything else that can be considered objectionable by the Inferno community.
  
• If you are found to be using Glitched or "Haxxed" Stats versus any Inferno bosses or in any Inferno run events, you will get in trouble. Be it a fine, a reset, or what have you. Don't do it on purpose, and always be responsible for your stats.
  
• There is no excuse for not knowing these rules. If you break a rule, even if you didn't know it was against the rule, you will still be punished. No excuses.

Rules may be added or amended as need be.

meh, ppl can get to level 104 easily if they defeat ryu a few times >___> unless ryu doesn´t give exp anymore <___<

Ummm with this lvl 103 being max lvl does that mean as soon as you hit that lvl you cant have battles with people anymore??? If so then that suckz

No, if youre level 103 and might level up through legitimate PvP fights, tell a mod and we'll take care of you bringing you back to level 103 :3 Also, Ryu gives level based exp and is level 97, soo... yeah.

Question about this, the special items, would they be considered items for quests as well? As in the shards for the Temple in Besaid? Wanted to clear something up with that >_>

I think its only those that continue the RPG that are gotten from Bosses, like the Mountain Passes and the Etherites, and Hook's Cabin Key.

This is pretty much the list. Shards for Besaid temple, feel free to sell and trade them, because they're not really game breakers if you sell them away. Just because you're allowed to fight the esper doesnt mean you'll win :3

But basically any item that allows you access to circumvent fighting a boss. Having a Southern Mountain Pass means you don't have to fight Tidus and Wakka. Having an Indigo Etherite means you don't have to fight Henskie. Having the Northern Pass means you don't have to beat that ghost trio. Hook's Cabin Key means you don't have to fight Hook, etc etc. If there's a question, just post here about it, like Omega did :P

Plus, not many people want to sell their GS, and if they did, it would be very, very, expensive.

As long as the buyer is in chapter 2 then there's no reason why they can't purchase something like that if someone is selling it. If you sold a Guardian Soul to someone who just started the game though, there may be punishments in order, or outright confiscation of said item. No matter the weapon, armor, or accessory, you may sell them to anyone that is currently in the same chapter as you are. This keeps the game balanced.

The rules aren't new. They've been around for a long time now. Neo just put them all in one thread to allow people easier access to them all.
