Honky Sam is done. Chevalier Sombre has been promoted to super mod.

Livi will now be spearheading the graphics department.

The only reason Victor's being hired is because he's put up with so much of our bullshit… nah, seriously though, he's a good kid. He's got GVG, which he's sharing with Duo_forbidden, who will also be maintaining the anime board as well.

In addition, Guardian Soul, Yttrxium, Xanagar are being made global mods.
