Dr. Wheelo was the villain of DBZ movie 2, The World's Strongest. He's basically the brain of a genius inside of a giant robot that tries to destroy the world.

Garlic Jr. was in two movies, but but Broly is way better than him.

for me it was a close battle between broly and turles, but broly is just the most diabolical, crazy, insane, powerful, green haired saiyen ever!!!!

Borly FTW....I love how he was so crazy he killed his father...(I love how he did it too)...but android 13 and 14 were awesome too..XD...I cant decide which i like more though..

I liked Cooler almost as Broly, but only from movie 5. Metacooler wasn't that great.

i only put cooler cause i haven't seen any of the broly movies so i felt i could not judge off of games/what i read.

janemba that whole movie suked when i first saw i was like gogeta is going to pwn gogeta comes out and what happens janemba gets owned in one hit i! i wanted to see a long drawn out battle between the two not some half-arsed punch to the face....

^LOL...I didnt like the one with Bojack...Movie#9....it just wasnt very interesting to me....but why isnt the Hillgran(I cant spell it) up there...from movie #13...even though its not really a villain...its just a giant lizard thing coughgodzillacough that destroys stuff put it was still cool...and it made goku go into SSJ 3 and use Dragonfist..which was awesome..XD

Broly's the one who I thought was the best. In second I think I would pick Cooler. He was so much more mature (and..."cooler") than Frieza.
