Thats not his face i've seen an episode with that same exact background and everything. Someone took out the mask, and put someone elses lower face on there.

You can tell that it is fake cause the colors are wrong plus there is a nose line before the nose and it is a little low its totally fake.

Maybe if they make an episode or chapter were he gets both of his masks torn off but knowing kakashi he probally has 500 masks on.

lol that was the weirest Naruto spoof ive ever seen...I wonder what Kakashi's face does look like...for all we know he could have a normal face and just were a mask for no reason,but who knows thats my theory
