Anime Freak.....

So the other day I was showing my friend at school my Anime drawings,Then some kid walks over and calls me a Anime freak.Then he says you must be violent and I bet you curse alot.So hearing this I just wanna ask him,Have you ever watched any Animes in your life?
He replys yeah,So I ask him which ones.....Then he lists them: Family Guy,Futurerama,harvy Birdman.....basicly anything that was'nt Anime......I just shook my head and walked off.

So the other day kids start asking me have you seen the new episode of Family Guy man thats the best Anime ever!

There is probly 2 kids in my school that know what Anime really is.....that does'nt bother me but having some kid come up to me and call me an Anime freak does bother me.....when he does'nt even know what Anime is..........

Oh yeah for the record I am a Anime freakXDDD

there are a few anime freaks (aka: Otaku) in my school. Not much but still some. mostly just me and my friends and other people who know a few animes. sometimes they come up to me and ask about the manga im reading or the pic im drawing. I bet u heard this, they usually mention DBZ or something and say it sux but really i bet they've never seen an anime besides shows on Toonami or Adult swim. But yes i have been called an anime freak too but i think of it as a way to be proud! And i curse sometimes too but that depends on the person really

No, most of the people I attended high school with looked down upon anime, dismissing it as though every anime was just like Pokemon or Dragon Ball Z. There were a few of us (myself and another member of this site included) who enjoyed anime, and we spoke of it in between our jabs at one another.

not a lot of kids in my school know what anime is or what manga is. i tried to get a few more fans by making a speach on it in public speaking. most of my friends are fans of anime.. and yaoi. they know a lot more about anime than me.

To me anime posers r the fools who think watching foxbox and wb and adult swim are anime i mean ya know inuyasha is ok and paranoi agent rocked but there is plenty more anime out there on top of that u cant forget where it all came from manga of course and alot of ppl dont see that so they are posers in my eyes
We have alot of otakus at my school though i run as co president in the anime club at our school (god anime girls are freaks , to much sugar in thier blood or something) i also probably shouldnt make fun of posers when i myself will deny knowing the ppl form the club if questioned (and that in itself is pathetic)

Sometimes I think I am the only one in my school who knows what it is. Not even my friends know what anime is. Sometimes when Im reading a manga in school they always ask me why Im reading it backwards. And since Im a goth I tend to draw alot of dark anime pictures, and since anime is already weird in and of itself, drawing blood, destruction, and chaos really dosent attract people into asking me what it is that im drawing.:rolleyes:

well the only anime freaks at my are me and all my friends. but thir are some posers at my school like all of my brothers friends. i dont mide that thier posers but when they call me one i kick thier @$$!!!! so now their scared of me! >.< but i dont mind!
