Law of Ueki

Viewtiful Joe may be the best anime to ever exist, but I want to know who has read the best manga to exist..... okay maybe it's not the best, but it's certainly the best I've read. Who here has seen the Law of Ueki manga? It's awesome. It's about a competition for a celestial to become the celestial king and each candidate for the competition must choose a kid to represent them and the kid is given one power of their choice out of a list of powers. The winning candidate becomes king and their kid gets any ability they want.

That sounds really wierd, but the genius is in the writing as well as the art. What I love is how they are able to turn seemingly useless powers into really good ones. Like this one guy has the ability to turn electricity into sugar so he spreads sugar around so it can't be avoided and then turns it back. It's great stuff. I really need to finish reading the series.

I actually really like law of Ueki... it has a nice story and awesome ending. unfortunately i just watched the show but i am too lazy to read the manga. Good taste though!

It's the complete opposite with me. I read the manga, but I'm to lazy to watch the anime. But I heard the anime cut out a few minor things so I might as well just keep reading the manga if I'll get more out of it.

Yeah... the Manga is almost ALWAYS better then the anime... you shouldn't really bother watching it if you read it already.
i heard there is law of Ueki plus, have you heard of it?

boy urusai ur mouth i tend to disagree with this statement.

now now i haven't truly tested this yet to see if tis true

but from what iv heard in the naRUto thread, the anime is 1000000X better times the manga at the momento

and with BURICHI too cuz like srsly ogu ass arc at the moment ohemgee.

EDIT: but uh i aint testing shit on the naruto anime cuz it sucks ass fucking piece of crap

but bleach is all right it has better looking people in it and shiter[cooler] stuff and plot i believe hahah ayuck

The Manga is always better because its the artist original interpretation but there always are some cases where the anime is better... like death note for instance.

Actually anime are usually very close to the manga. Even Death Note.

i havent read the manga but i have seen the anime, im in episode 24 i think and its ok.
its funny that the guy turns trash into plants XD
