the way you pronounce your r's and l's is completely insignificant to the entire scope and basis of this thread/project. if you were say asking if you could do something that WASN'T singing the actual song, such as rapping as steve had requested, then i wouldn't have thought of it as an incredibly retarded question. any inquiries on topics that i haven't covered, statements that tell me that you're in the project or potentially might be in the project, or simple questions that are just trying to reconfirm the information given is fine. i don't care about anything else unless i feel that the question covers an topic appropriate enough that would make me have to address it.
