I only recommended Naruto because a lot of people seem to love it. So if someone comes in here looking to jump onboard a fad, they have Naruto, Bleach and One Piece. One Piece is the better of the three IMO. Nice lengthy chapters at least 3 or 4 times the length of Bleach. And at least twice the length of Naruto maybe.

I have a feeling most people who join here have probably heard of all three of those.

Also, length does not make a series great. I find it has more potential to ruin a series by dragging shit out more than anything else.

He's right. The longer some series go, the crappier it gets. SGT. Frog for example. That was one that they ran out of ideas for real quick. And don't even get me started on Dragon Ball GT!

It was alright, I just have a thing about screwing over the main character like that at the end, especially if it's as awesome as Goku.

I thought it put a good end to the series. Goku was always one to put others before himself, so it was very fitting and allowed the series to finally end.

I'm not saying that it didn't fit his character. Goku is still one of my favorite characters today. But the GT just seemed to have a sporadic story in the early episodes when they went looking for the black star dragon balls. Plus, I think it was kind of weird to turn him back into a kid. for the series.

Watched a few episodes of Kaiji (The Suffering Pariah). It isn't bad at all. Really different than many other anime in terms of story and character designs.

Just gotta find a place to watch the rest of the episodes. :I

Not sure if Yotsuba&! was mentioned, but I started reading it. I like. Pretty cute and funny.

I reccomend Sandland by Akira Toriyama. One of my favorite mangas. Very short, good story.

I didn't like how Goku was turned into a kid either. I think it ruined the series a bit for me.
