I started watching this too, though only 1 ep is subbed right now. It doesn't seem special like FLCL or TTGL, but the main heroine does kick ass with those SMGs.

The same emotions aren't evoked. It's more... generically dark.

I kinda like the intro. It's just ok. Episode 2 is out, but it's not really synced up well.

I think the third ep is out already, but I don't know if the 2nd one was even sycned up right yet.
