I watched both the shows.
The first one kind of lacked charm after the first four episodes, but was amazing.
The second show... gods, abusive ;; I loved how it ended though.

As for how to get it, sadly, I only have a source for the second show, Higurashi Kai. If if helps you, drop me a PM :3

I hate this anime. It just bores me senseless. Yes, the creepy bits are creepy but the way they set it up by lulling you into the cuteness then hitting you face just makes me constantly bored.
The easiest way I can explain it is like the creepy parts are yellor, the cute parts are blue. The anime should make a nice green mix of creepiness made more unhinging by the cuteness. Instead of making green, it's just some blue and some yellow.
