Which anime is better, Code Geass or Death Note? - Page 2

Uh yeah, I see Death Note winning by like, a lot. A whole lot. But really, it depends on your personal tastes, like Cursed said.

If you like detective/mystery/psychological over mecha/supernatural, chances are you'll be more inclined to like Death Note.

If you like a less realistic art style like CLAMP's, you might like Code Geass better for that reason.

So on and so forth.

I haven't read/watched all of Death Note yet (I have a basic idea of the plot, but that's it), but I've gotten considerably far into it, and from what I've seen so far, Death Note is indeed better.

I'd have to go with Death Note.
I'm pretty hooked on both of them, but I love Death Note better.
They're both almost equal IMO.

i haven't seen Code, so obviously I am going to choose DN. That's my favorite show anyhow

I'll check out the other one later.

My personal opinion is that Death N ote is better, but that's mainly because if I didn't say that, one of my friends would end up hurting me.

I would have to say Code Geass. Lelouch was able to bring himself back from the bottom after he amde his mistake when Light couldnt even keep his sanity at the end. Not to mention he had horrible help from mikami by screwing up the whole plan. Code Geass also has the robots and entertains me more with the fighitng but I did enjoy the fights Light and L had. Still I would say Code Geass

Zero is a much better strategist than Kira in my opinion. (BTW, did you all forget that Lelouch's last name, Lamperouge, is fake?) Mostly cuz of the whole he-didn't-get-caught thing.

Plus he's got an army of 1 million+, and he can kill complete strangers.

Yeah, pretty much.

Death note I have seen code and just was not as amused as when I saw Death note light and L's mental battle was the best.

personally, i am a big fan of both Code Geass and Death Note, but i'm gonna have to say that i like Death Note better, mostly because Code Geass can sometimes be hard to follow (come to think of it, so can Death Note, though...)
