It's not manga. It's literature (Pure text). The original translator from Mangascreeners (who did Monster) did about two thirds of Another Monster. You can find it here.

Shit, I've had the first volume of the manga for almost a year and I still haven't read it for some reason. Though really, if half the people in this thread say it as good as it is, I'd say that's more than enough credibility for me to want to resolve that...
