The problem begins with you watching Dragon Ball Z for its story.

Yeah, I can see what you're getting at.

I also hated the ending to Loveless. I mean, I love the series itself; I just disliked the ending. =/

A lot of the time the anime's ending is affected by the fact that the original manga it's based on isn't even finished yet. So, the writers go on a fanfiction frenzy and write what they think should/could happen or just end it right there. ._. It's kinda sad, ya know?

The worst ending that I have seen is the one to Wolf's Rain. It made you feel like EVERYTHING that happened in the show (which was pretty good) was completely pointless. Way to make fans feel like they watched 30 episodes for nothing (though I guess that is nothing compared to you Inuyasha fans, lol).

The end of Outlaw Star was disappointing...
The way they set everyting up at the end, it looked like a new season was coming, yet, as we can see, there isn't...

Slam Dunk, because all of the manga was not completely animated. No Inter High Nationals ;-;
Also, i didn´t like at all the ending of Escaflowne. I was hoping for Van to die or Hitomi to stay with him >___>

Inuyasha.
Trinity Blood. So much more potential imo.
(But I think that's mainly b/c they original author died....)

Yu-yu-Hakasho had a boring ending
Hellsing had an awesome end to it. So did Bebop, even though Spike dies.

Also Inuyasha was bad to begin with.

Gurren Lagann's ending was disapointing compared to the anime as a whole.

Why thank you very f***ing much, you know spoiler boxes exist?

Oh well I guess I was asking for it, going through this thread, somehow there will always be a dumbass that will ruin the end of a show for you.... tyvm

- Air Gear, un-concluded ending, read the manga first and then watch the anime for the kicks .-.

Well I figured since the person I quoted gave it away I may as well too.

Anywho I'm not actually sure whether or not he dies.

Hellsing ended horribly because it left so much undone let alone sort of setup for a second season that never came.
If you read i said Cowboy Bebop only had a bad ending cause if left some people hoping thata their favorite character lived even though they knew he died. I liked the ending but there are alot of compliants about the ending.

Umm how did the hellsing ending leave so many things undone?
Alucard kills Incognito in an awesome manner, world gets saved.
I think the last episode of hellsing was by far the best, even though "it may have left some things undone."

Also I usually don't like endings where the main character "dies," but Cowboy did it in the right way.

One it still showed that there was still someone out there that was Alcuards rivil. The guy with the glasses was still alive. Also it leaves the question of who exactly is Alucard. Many people say it is Draucla's son but alot of people are actually thinking he is Dracula mainly because how it ended. We see him impale Incognito at the end which is the famous move done by Vlad the Impaler or Dracula. I loved the show i just think it left some things unclear. I wouldnt been so mad about the ending if there werent alot of talks about there being a second season that didnt pan out.
