That ending was Epic. Epic Winz. I really hope they go on with the thing. I loved it. Toph was still my fav character. Expecally when she grabbed Zuko's arm at the beginning, wanting a "life-changing" event. Serious lulz.

It looks like a Series ending to me, which upsets me immensley. I thought there would be four seasons, because they call each season a "Book" of an element, and there are four elements in Avatar.


But from what I heard is true, Finding Zuko's mother isn't enough for an entire season. Maybe Aang searching for survivors of the Air Temple attacks and attempt to restore the Air nation maybe?

Toph is adorable in general xDD. She's like....so close second to Katara for being my favorite character...but Katara is always number one for me~~! After stopping Azula like that, after almost being killed, makes that clearer to me even more :DDD.

There are no other airbender survivors, the creators have confirmed that countless times :P. I can see with more reason now why they didn't make a Book 4, there just isn't anything to fill it up. There are questions left over...but those of which could probably be answered in an episode or two. The story had a nice end. Thats that.

Well by the time that happens it'll have been like 500 years...chances are Aang and Katara will pop out another airbender by then dont ya think :O. I assume they will repopulate from there :P. Slowly but surely.

D: Airbenders are necessary for season four: the book of Air? Though there are still some loose ends to tie up, like the explanation of the energy bending that Aang just did, what the kingdoms will be like, where Zuko's mother is, and some other stuff ._. Though... the following stories and episodes would be non-canon considering stopping the fire lord and his conquest for world domination was the story.

Roku's Daughter didn't have any fire bending skills, so there's no garuntee that Aang's children could bend anything at all. And All of Aang's children with Katara could end up water benders.

True, some could indeed end up waterbenders, but definitely not all. I think it more likely that an airbender would be born, even more so than a waterbender. Since ALL Air Nomads were airbenders back in the good old days, it is obviously more likely for an airbender to be born. Since the Air Nomads were the most spiritual of the 4 Nations, all the people in the Air Temples were benders, and therefore I would think the trend to continue.
