Looks interesing...but good news to fans of this. ADV Films licensed it in AX07, along with Devil May Cry anime and Kyoshiro to Towa no Sora. (They also have Xenosaga anime and Innocent Venus). I haven't seen a SCRAP of info concerning their AX2007 acquisitions anywhere on the site though....the DVDs will probably come out November the earliest. I just hope the dub will be suitable. :O

I heard that a few days ago too but that was hella quick the shows isn't even done airing yet and I'm not exactly praying for a dub anytime soon though.

My concern with the dubbing (for some odd reason) is whether they will say "Simon" or "Shimon" cause to me I like saying "Shimon" instead of "Simon" but whatever.

WHO THE F*CK DO YOU THINK WE ARE?!

...Yea...currently obsessing over it. The show gets me hyped up n everything. I almost wanted to stop watching after ep 8. But then Nia made up for it. (sorta)

The 2nd arc started to drag me down a bit, but it's paying off now. The Prison fight made up for it, and Yoko...omg....I went stupid from the awesome-ness of ep 21...

Bumping this thread because Gurren Lagann is epic.

Also DVD releases in the US, they will come in 3 volumes, each containing 9 episodes. 1 volume will come out monthly, starting June. Not dubbed, subtitles, dubbed versions are coming out in 2009.

& a movie is gonna be released, hopefully till the end of this year.

simon surpasses kamina in gar about halfway through the series. kamina is way more quotable though

and gatdamit stop using epic get a thesaurus

I downloaded the whole series a few weeks ago and didn't notice it was in spanish subs until I burned it on dvd DX

Know any good groups that subbed all the episodes?
