I'd have to say that Fullmetal Alchemist Ep 25 "Words of Farewell" is as close as I got to crying over an anime. I can't remember any others.

Argh, this page is stretched too much. Anyway, I cried during.....

Grave or the Fire Flies- knowing that it's real makes me feel worse

Fruits Basket- Hatori and Kana's past, the memory flashback

Haibane Renmei- I don't think many people know about this anime but it's really good

Oh, and the first Pokemon movie. That was the first time I cried from an anime, that was ages. I think I still have the vhs for that too, hahahah XD

I cried many times in One Piece:

-The end of the Alabasta Arc with the X thing
- When Robin finally declares she wants to live in the Enies Lobby Arc
- When Luffy lends his hat to Nami in the Arlong Park Arc
- During Water Seven, the thing that happens with Ussop

and probably some more events...that anime truly touched me.

I've been on the verge of tears twice in Naruto, when Haku and Zabazu die, and when you have the Flashback to Gaara's past after Naruto defeats him

And then I actually crieds (Just like, watery eyes and a tear) when the 3rd Hokage dies and it's his funeral

Though really, Sadness and Sorrows is like 95% responsible for all of that, it's probably the saddest song I've ever heard ='(

I shed a tear during Maes's funeral in Full Metal Alchemist. He was one of my fav characters and I just never in a million years expected him to die.

And at the end of Lee vs. Gaara in Naruto, when Lee gets up even though he was already unconscious. Very touching.

And back in day when I watched DBZ, the scene when Namek explodes. I thought for sure Goku had died, and I was just a kid. lol

An anime has never made me cry. Granted, I don't watch them alot likeI used to, but, I don't ever remember crying due to an anime.

I only cried twice for an anime. That Was:
The end of the second season of digimon(I was young)
And i cried for the anime X tv (a few months ago)

I cried in FMA on the 2 last episodes because I turned my tv off early and thought that Ed was dead

I also cried in fruits basket when it showed the true form of Kyo

emotional response is a natural thing. besides judging it on the fact that it isn't real isn't exactly fair. Even if it isn't real a response can still be issued. no? =D
